Take this with a grain of salt, as it isn’t “official” obviously, but tax refunds to be delayed at least a week, according to a news story published on wishtv.com out of Indianapolis

  That’s been in the news for a while now – it’s a week later for those who paper file. I see CNN as a more reliable source than WishTV …
