A word of thanks for putting up with my ramblings. I got a DDD 3/11. – my birthday. The Cp05 letter never arrived but somehow it seems they worked it out. Best to you always for dedicating your time to listening to us all.
@Brandyinit2 – the DDD is actually next Wednesday the 11th. I have the same code FINALLY, after having an 1121 code forever and having to ID verify.
Looks like I’m in the same boat as everyone here. I filed and was accepted on feb 13th. A week later I had no bars, no tax topic, but the amount didn’t change on WMR. I couldn’t log in to see my transcripts anymore, before than i could but they were N/A except for account and wages and income. I waited out the 21 days while doing research on the possible problem , because I never received a letter from the IRS. I did the ID verify online on my 21st day before i called the IRS. When i called the IRS sounding lady (seriously lol) told me I was pulled from the system because of ID flag, and the letter was mailed out 3 days ago! I told her i did ID verify earlier that day and if I would have to complete it again., She said no, but the eta is 6 weeks max to received my refund. I’m screwed! I counted my eggs before they hatched and now I’m about to homeless. Lesson learned…no rely on refund ever!! I still haven’t seen any updates on WMR or any new transcripts available and this was 3 days ago.
@JD: when I did IDverify it just said completed. No sure what that means.
I have 896/570/971 in that order, does this just mean it will take over 21 days to get my refund? i only ask because everyone else seems to only have 896/570. havent received a letter yet. but since the code is there im waiting.
WMR won’t update until early morning I have faith you will get a dd everything happened to you like it did me and I have me refund

Hi, this year is really strange it seems reading all the different it’s issues everyone is having. I filed on 1/08 excepted 1/12. Bars disappeared two weeks later. When I was able to pull transcripts I had a 570 code along with the normal codes. The 570 had a date of 3/2 so I’ve been patient. Then this Last Monday I see a second 570 code with the date of 3/9. I have not received any letters at all. So I thought I would check transcripts today and noticed that the 2014 account transcripts and 2014 record of account are gone and now say “NA” where the dates just for 2014 should be. I’ve lost all patience now, have you any idea why this would be? I’m so confused!
Thanks,Can anyone help me decifer this transcript date for my dd? I’m not sure when my refund should be deposited. I filed 1/26 and finally my transcripts updated yesterday. It also had a code of 846 I believe and it said refund issued but I need to know when to expect it sonce my son is scheduled for dental surgery in a week and I need these funds to cover the deductible. I filed 2/2. Lost bars told I was put in manual review for identity issues. I’ve been told 6-8 weeks from 2/9. TA sent identity verification and request to release refund 2/17..
WMR now says “your refund is still being processed”.
3/10 my TA is suppose to contact me. Irs says no letters being sent and thy need nothing from me. Any idea or estimation of refund?
still waiting.. ive called three times technically 4 .. I tried for a ta but was told no. Anyway still no answers just keep waiting. I’m getting highly annoyed at least send a letter or something! geez this is getting old.
What does that date next to the codes mean? When I had the first 570 and it said march 2 they added another that said march 9th the week before the 2nd.
Hello Bart, I have been following all of your great information and thought might as well add my problems. Maybe you can give me some advice. I filed and accepted 1/20 got a letter stating manual review dated jan 28 I have 2 570 codes 1st dated march 2 and the 2nd dated march 9…nothing has changed since they added that march 9th date. Do you think I am getting close?
You should have a dd update tomorrow my refund was actually just deposited an hour ago my wmr has not updated it is because I have netspend im almost positive you will have your refund next Wednesday at the latest

chatami u really should have an update soon… the ta should have the refund released within 2 weeks especially since they have been doing ur return review for 5 weeks as of now..

PEARLM1 it means they are reviewing your return “under review” and will take 5-6 weeks to fully process your return… may come quicker but not likely this year
Blndgrl yeah this is correct and a lot of people are in the same situation
sadtime the 249 code is for obamacare issue… thats the issue and u have to wait for them to fix what ever they need to fix

Nicole- Google IRS transcripts. It will take you to the IRs website to order your transcripts. You can either view them online or have them send you a copy in the mail. If you click view online you can either view them as a guest or create a username so that you can sign in to check your transcripts. In order to create an account it will ask you some questions to verify your identity.
Hi there – my husband and I files Injured Spouse and it was accepted on 2/6/15. I keep seeing people looking at “transcripts” but not sure how to do that – can anyone give advise please? Would like to know whats going on with our return since its been a month now.

I filed my IS first week of February. My transcript updated Tuesday 3/3 with code 846 refund issued and a cycle code 20150805. From what I have researched that cycle code was Wednesday or Thursday. But I have no money and WMR still says we have received your refund and are processing it. Anyone know what is happening
if your refund is 10,000 the 971 is telling you it’s not going to be direct deposit you will get mailed check
I filed 2/3 with turbo tax. Was in errors resolutions for over 21 days. They didn’t send out a letter or anything they corrected it themselves and sent it back to processing two days ago.
I got my state but no federal after over a month.
3 hours trying to dial in, finally got through to an IRS rep…
Apparently, because I moved and there were “address changes” between the last time i filed and this time, they suspected identity theft/fraud… so they decided to send a letter to the address that I no longer live at to verify my identity, and when they got no response assumed that identity theft was indeed the problem.
During the call i answered about 25-30 questions to verify my identity, and apparently now they will send a letter via snail mail to my new apartment which holds the instructions to help me finalize that I certainly am myself so I may finally have access to my stupid refund.
CALL THEM DILIGENTLY… many of you may not know that their phone lines are open until 7pm… i started calling in around 4:30pm… make sure you hit the right numbers to get to a rep… Have your previous years tax info & weird random stuff like your mother’s maiden name/ your last 10 addresses/etc/ etc
@Jordan When did you file? I too am in errors right now with an incorrect 1095.

I wanted to give you an update. I filed on 1/21 received a DDD of 1/30 then on 1/29 received a 1121 code. Everytime I contacted the irs they told me your return was randomly selected for a random review And that I needed to wait 60 days. On my transcript I have the refund issued/refund cancelled for 2-16. It has been 6 weeks since I’ve filled and 5 weeks since I received the 1121 code. Still no progress so I opened a case with a ta on Tuesday and I sent her my proof of income to see if that may have them release it. Any ideas of how much longer I have to wait? Any people with the same issue receive their money yet? It’s frustrating! 60 days will be at the end of the month and 3 more weeks
Today i received a Direct Deposit from COMM OF PA-PA REFUND — $1.00 …………really one dollar
Great news for IS fillers refunds are starting to get issued. I filled electronically on 2/6 accepted on 2/6 My cycle number was 20150605 with a date of 3/2 My transcripts updated today with a 846 on 3/23 my cycle num changed to 20150905 so just hang on a little longer they are working on it. I did call the irs a lot of times though so idn if that had anything to do with it. Here is the irs num i called not that long of a wait maybe 15 to 30 mins and they are actually nice and took the time to look up everything and explain what was going on i know i have been stress these pass couple of days but its finally coming so GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!! 1 (800) 829-0582 ext. 652
To those with 846 codes on their transcripts that are now viewable as of today…with a cycle code of 20150905…you with see a change (possibly) on wmr at the latest by Monday (although I assume by tomorrow)….with a ddd of the 11th…release depending on your bank! The date 3/23 doesn’t mean anything relevant (hasn’t for others in the past) as long as you have a 846 (release of funds) good luck to y’all!
I was also able to view transcripts as of this AM…I filed on the 19th of Feb. Accepted next day. I do have the approval code of 846 with the 3/23 date (which I read means nothing or possibly means that by then they for sure must have released your funds/only for their records if that makes sense) ….I also have a cycle date of 20150905 which should result in an update with a ddd tomorrow morning ( so far I am only on one bar/received return)….I just assume this since ppl have posted updates to wmr even on sat with ddd. Now the cycle date implicates a ddd of the 11th of February (sooner or later depending of the the method used aka card banks etc.)
Now I assume for those that do not have a 846 code that whatever holds up your process either get a letter or will be done completely processing by the 23rd at the latest….and then it goes by how long the irs takes to issue the refund due to the error or problem that they had with your tax return.
Now there is hope if you do get a ddd by tomorrow or Monday at the latest if you have the same cycle date accompanied with the 23rd date as I do.

I called the IRS and she said I should have my refund by the end of the month- it says 3-23-15 for me as well. She told me to just keep checking WMR for updates.
Hey so I ID verfied on Feb 6th,could see the code 570 on Feb 13th with the as OF MARCH 2nd Date on top
THe AS of Date has changed to MARCH 23 now ,what does this mean? 570 still has march 2 date next to it.Hey Bart! Me again :) thanks for all your help. This morning when I checked my transcripts at 7am it had changed my as of date from March 9, 2015 to March 23, 2015. Cycle code is still 20150405 and no refund issued either. I checked my transcripts again and my as of date went back to March 9th. What does that mean? I am on hold for a tax advocate.
