@jackie I believe the as of date is the projected date they plan to have worked on your return and if they don’t it will be replaced with a older date. I’m also 05. That’s a good time frame to get your money I wish I could say the same. I am praying we all see updates !

2-23 your tax return is still being processed a refund date will be given when available no bars but tt 152 all my info on the left. I was really hoping I would update this weekend 😩 waiting for code in mail to access transcripts online. This is ridiculousSame here hoping it doesn’t take too long !
I’m receiving a check also after my account was closed Republic Bank notified me of the changes. I’ve always had DD so I hope a paper check doesn’t take long
Yes they are doing the PATH supposedly so those that claimed the EIC and ACTC won’t be processed until after February 14 and days you will have a deposit by February 28
@Rachel I had to amend also and I have a TA who doesn’t communicate with me properly the last time I spoke with her about 2 weeks ago she did say it was approved but didn’t give me a callback date or anything. And I’m hoping we update this weekend. Who knows ? Maybe I should get my senator involved
How long can a hold actually stay on your account ? I have a 570 dated 3-5 and and 961 dated 3-12 those are my last two codes. My as of date has changed and it has passed. *sighs* it’s been a long wait past 100 days

@Canes18 what 1800# did you call to find out about being released if you don’t mind me asking ?
Your cycle date is the day your return was sent to the Master File. When I called H&R Block they gave me the date of my cycle date said that’s when I was supposed to have received mine and I’m 0705. No one knows when anyone will receive their refund we are all still waiting. If you haven’t gotten a TA then maybe you should consider if not then just continue to wait it out you should have it before summer.

I amended on 4/16 by TA also and I’m looking for answers as well. When you speak with your TA they should be able to inform you about the process and I’ve ready where some say it’s a 2 week process and for others it has been longer.

@Kelcf I’m 0705 also and I’m still processing…did u call for a TA ? Or how did u get the letter from one ? I’ve tried contacting them twice and was told I didn’t qualify due to not having a hardship. I called Irs today and was told to basically wait until 4/26 when my review will be done I originally filed 1/25 have yet to get a update received the CP05 3/12

Me called a TA again yesterday to see if I could get some help I was transferred to the accounts department were I spoke with a lady who told me I was still under review and that I had to wait the 60 days but my cp05 has 45 days from the notice date which is March 12….any suggestions on what I could do to speed the processing up ? I filed using my last check stub I was trying to beat my daughter’s dad from trying to file her so I could have miscalculated my wages or something. I filed 1/25 here it is 3/29 still getting processing message
