they are processing returns in batches and it unfortunately is putting more returns filed before 1/25 in a delay log. Which means all returns before 1/25 are delayed

If your tax return status is “Still Being Processed” your tax return could be essentially on hold until the IRS corrects any issues and/or gets the additional information from you to continue processing your return.

@angela Second I’m a pather my transcript updated a week ago my as of and processing date are 2/13 all codes there 150 806 766 768 just missing my dd which will probably be between the 13-20. I’ve always gotten my 3 days after my processing/ddd because of fees taken out

@angela that’s incorrect they do work on them before as I have family that works for irs and they are told to tell any pather that they won’t process til mid February but they actually do work them besides a ddd which the system will do on its own.

As Of 01/31/2023: Balance still showing on mytaxillinois. When checking WMR status it says it hasn’t been received from Illinois Department of Revenue (hasn’t been processed yet for release).

Hopefully balance will change to 0 soon and this refund will be released prior to PATH being lifted (fingers crossed!)

Similar situation here. Filed TT on 1/19, accepted 1/20, WMR showing 1 bar. No data in 2022 transcripts. Simple return, no PATH or other credits holding me up. Family members who filed TT last Monday have received their deposit already. In the past it’s deposited within 2 weeks of being accepted but I usually see a little movement before it happens.

Not looking good.

Seems like all the people that were accepted 1/19 or 1/23 that are still N/A on transcripts, have filed with TurboTax. Even locally in my town, everyone I know that filed TT is still showing as “N/A” on transcripts.

First time I checked WMR I was on one bar and that’s where I remain today. I had my fees taken out of my refund w/ TPG. I’ve checked there and it shows what’s expected and then unfunded.

Just wondering if anyone else was accepted on or before the 19th and still nothing? I don’t have any idea what transcrips might say because I have no idea how to get them.

@winnermade I have my fee’s taken out every year. I always receive my full state refund and the fee’s taken out of federal. That has been my experience with Turbo Tax.

I know we have PATH but for example last year I received my refund on 2/9 with CT no EIC.

So I am weekly updating with transcript updates on Fridays and updates to your Where’s My Refund status on Saturdays.

Just remember the code is the year, week of the year and the day of the week your IRS account was uploaded to the master

So I finally spoke to someone at H&R block that advised me my state will be dispersed from Pathward tomorrow 2/1. I’m not sure if they are taking the fees out of my state or federal since I get mixed answers on that. My state was authorized on 1/26 I’ll update once it hits my Chime.
