OK…update! Checked TT again just for the hell of it and DDD is gone. The section is blank! Freaked a bit and looked on WMR and everything looks about the same. Although, noticed Tax Topi 152 listed under everything.

This will be the first time in two years I won’t have an offset due to Federal student loans! I had one whole refund taken away and partial last year. I’m praying nothing pops up out of the blue (have called hotline!).

I filed on the 21st, was approved in a hour. I got a email today saying I was approved through TT and to start tracking my refund. The TT tracker said that I should have a deposit between 1/22 and 2/11

I file through TT at about 7 am 1/22/2014 and got accepted at 8:30 am by the IRS. Finally after all my trouble with TaxAct. And in case anyone was curious TT also gave me a bigger refund.

I’ve been provided a DDD via TT of February 20th, but I think this is a generic date. Typical from TT. I truly believe I’ll be seeing my refund 2/6.

I am having the same issue with H&R block when doing it online. Unable to file using form 5695. My e file keeps getting rejected. If i try to call H&R block forget about it. They had me waiting for 2 hrs only to get disconnected and another 1 hr wait. I dont have a walk in location close to me. The tech support guys dont even have a clue. Does anyone have any ideas? As this will definitely be the last time I am filing with them. Been with them for 5 years and never had a problem. I had use customer service now. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!! I have never seen customer service this bad in my life.

I filed my return jan 8 and didn’t offer me form 1040a or anything. Guessing it was still software from last year and now you have to file it when you try to do it. My return was already accepted by irs on 12th what now?

Nope, these are not codes, they are dates, I know what the julian date code is… These dates dont match up with reality at all…

I know people that don’t even work and they do tax returns and put in random information and they have never been audited. I don’t think you have much to worry about atleast you are an honest work that earned your refund.

Last year I got the manual review… same as this year. I called year and they couldn’t give me any info. I checked a week later and there was a DDD. I wouldn’t worry, I got the same thing 2 years in a row, I think it’s an error.

It wasn’t an actual date on the transcript, it was in code but someone on here knew how to decipher the code and what they told me mine was was exactly what it turned out to be. The first numbers are the year and then the next two numbers were the cycle week and cycle day, but you had to figure out what cycle week we were on to be able to decipher the code.

And by “problem”, I mean they sent it to you but something got mixed up either in the mail or with your bank account. Once they send it, they don’t take it back. If there was an audit issue, they’ll just notify you by mail of your overpayment. Source: My mom has worked at the IRS for 30 years.

I don’t want to spread any false information, so correct me if I’m wrong… but last year I had a DDD on my transcript that was exactly 15 days after I received my actual refund, which was on 2/10. So just because it gives you a date, it does not mean that is the date. That just means that basically if you haven’t received your refund by then and you’re supposed to, there is a problem. Hope this helps.

These transcripts dont make sense to me. I have been looking at previous years transcripts and they all show the date filed AND the date refund was issued as the same date. AND Two of those transcripts show the refund was issued on a date well after I had already rec. it. I keep records every year of fileing date, accepted, approved and deposited and the transcripts dont match those dates///

I efiled on the 11th w/ TaxSlayer and Fed was accepted on the 13th. State (OK) was just accepted on the 20th. Still only have 1 orange bar on WMR + tax topic 152. State says accepted, but not approved. Hoping we see an update tomorrow!!!

It was a couple hundred dollars difference, it only affected my return by a few dollars. I basically mixed up two of my numbers. It was honestly no big deal to fix. And if you have a prior year w2 just use it and match it up with your last pay stub. Best wishes!

If you have the same job as last year just match up your numbers from your last paycheck stub with the boxes labeled on your old w2 I’ve done it this year and prior years its no biggie….

@Don Johnson~ the transcripts don’t show a DDD but there is a code on them that does translate to be your DDD, that said I think it’s crap that he has his transcript.

I got a DDD for state, I live in Wisconsin. 1/29/15. 1 bar and tax topic 152 on Federal. I filed Taxslayer on 1/19, Federal accepted me 1/20 around 10:30 am. State accepted me yesterday around 6pm.

I filed the 8th of January and was accepted on Jan 12th. Had one bar on the IRS WMR saying it had been received but since the 15th it has had the message “Your return is being processed a direct deposit date will be given when available. Hope it is all going smooth over there.

Filed CT state on the 19th, was processed last night with a deposit date of 1/22/2015 so I’m assuming that means they send it out today and I’ll have it tomorrow. That’s what happened last year.

I read that KY is a piggyback state which means they don’t approve a refund until the Fed refund is approved. I don’t know if that’s true I usually get my state refund a week before my fed refund. I guess we will find out soon.
