I filed 2/3, was accepted 2/5. WMR was on one bar until yesterday (2/11) morning it had moved to bar two with a DDD of 2/13/14. My transcript became available the day before (2/10), with code 846 cycle 20150602, so I knew I was good. SBPT bank as of this morning is showing my refund with fees taken out. Praying is hits my bank tomorrow or even today since I’m with a credit union. Refund Dust to all.

Do anyone know a live number to speak with republic bank, I keep getting the generated message. The IRS already senty money out, it is this fake bank that is holding my money up

Hello Bart. So I tried to see if I can update my information on IDverify online. I could not. So I called the department that handles these issues. The woman I spoke to checkd and said my return was not sent to her section. But instead my return was ‘rejected’. Not to me, just rejected out of their system on 2/5 (the day I lost my bars) and now it has to go through the process again and it will take 6-8 weeks. Seriously?!?
Filed 1/15 (EITC, edu, child, workplace ins), acc 1/16 (according to TT) and still waiting…..
I filed and accepted 1/27/15. still have 1 bar and “no return filed” on transcript. wth could be the hold up? transcript says “As of Feb. 16, 2015”. what does this mean?
After reading many posts on this site, we called the IRS since it is now been over 21 days. Our transcript has codes 150-806-766-768-570-971. I have studied up on the codes and know that the last two are the troublesome ones. The IRS said that according to the date by the 971 that the letter will be sent then, for whatever reason. Then it will be 45-60 days that we may see our refund. By the way e-filed with Tax Act on 1/20 accepted within an hour. We got our Georgia refund within 10 days.
These “random” reviews are a bit crazy, or is it really that they are having that many issues at getting things caught up.Am I the only one who didn’t recurve their funds yet?
Sbtp shows they sent money yesterday 2-11 but I have no deposit yet!

I really does seem to get slower and slower every year! Last year, we had to wait about 6 weeks to get our refund! I just about drove myself insane waiting. That was the longest we’ve ever had to wait and I’m just hoping that this year isn’t going to be a repeat of that! What ever happened to the days of getting your refund within just a couple of weeks or less??? I know that it hasn’t quite been a full 2 weeks since we filed, but after our experience last year and how long we had to wait, I can’t help but be impatient and frustrated!
I filed on Jan 29 , accepted on the 30th. It has been sitting at “Return processed but refund not approved ” ever since. On Monday Feb 9th I received a letter requesting hard copies of all W2s. I sent them off immediately.
Today I got through to a human (yay) and she told me that Oklahoma was one of the 18 states affected by the Turbo Tax fraud issues. I happened to file Turbo Tax this year. For security purposes they are requesting W2 verification on random people, especially Turbo Tax users. That is what is holding up our refund, she told me it may take several more weeks to process once they receive our hard copies. Oh well.

Now for my question: I filed on 2/4 @ 6:00 pm, accepted at 6:45 pm. After reading on this as well as other forums, I have discovered I am in the “weekly cycle” (05). I still only have one bar on WMR, and all transcripts are N/A. I am unsure how the weekly cycle works and was wondering if you could explain it. I am thinking I should see some movement either tonight or tomorrow night, if not, I probably will not see anything until either next Thursday or Friday, is this correct?Thanks again!!
Reading the other threads… there seems to be hope. I remember “back in the day” I would get my refunds super quick. It seems the more money I make, the longer it takes.
@ Mina I called the Taxpayer Adovate line. If its been over 21 ddays they can assign you an TA and give you some insight as to what’s holding up your return. But if it hasn’t been 21 days you have to do a little prying from the IRS. Also the TA only helps if you have an hardship :(. Anyway the Taxpayer Advocate number is 1-877-777-4778. Just to be sure the IRS number is 1-800-829-1040 (1,2,2,4,1 are the prompts to reach a live human)

Filed 1/31 finally given DDD of 2/17! Post updates here:)
I just checked our card and there is nothing pending! The rep I talked to said it updates at 10pm PST so I’m praying by in the morning it will be there.
Filed on 2/4 (at night) and only have one bar. Found out yesterday that I have an offset. Called IRS and they said that the offset won’t delay my refund, but I’m not sure. I almost always have my refund within a week of acceptance. My offset is from some NYS taxes I owe. Just filed my state return yesterday and it says it’s in the final stages of processing. Hoping that I get a DDD soon.
Anyone else not have anything deposited ? And nothing pending. I bank at a smaller local bank. Used TT had no fees.
@ Mina I filed 1/20. WMR bars disappeared 2/2 and gave me the msg “Your refund is still being processed a date will be given when available” No transcripts or anything. After countless calls to the IRS getting no information. My WMR status changed this morning to “we have recieved your return and its being processed”. I called my advocate and she advised me that my refund was hung up due to verifying my info (I have a ID theft indicator) but someone got to my return and fixed whatever it was that was delaying it. She said it was corrected on the 10th. and now it looks like I will get my refund by next Friday (Thank God!) The wait is almost over folks. However she did say some people aren’t going to be handled as fast as mine. Some won’t get their refunds until after July.

From my understanding of the manual, the standard IRS policy for “identity verifying” returns is 14 days before they are either given a 70 day freeze or released to process in the cycle they are in. Many of us who filed on 1/20 are being told it was actually accepted 1/22 on their end. The past few times I spoke with reps, they confirmed they actually pulled my return on 2/5 to begin processing. This is exactly 14 days from the 1/22 date they use for acceptance!!! I already know I’m a weekly update (05) from the last TA I talked to, would this mean that an update tonight could be expected?

Any updates? People are posting while waiting but once they get the check we get no updates letting us know how it went. Please try to follow up even after u get ur money.
@ Jenni – Same situation here! We filed on 2/1 via TaxAct and were accepted immediately. My brother-in-law also filed on 2/1 also using TaxAct and he had his refund in less than a week! He got it that Friday, the 6th! Unbelievable!

Nothing as of yet . Using serve and no fees taking out. I’m also one of the ones who never get a early depositSc you can call the irs and ask them for ur local TA and they will provide you with a number to call
Who has used HigherOne to get their DD? Did it come in early or on the day it said on WMR?
First year putting it onto my HigherOne card and am nervous about it now!

bars went missing the week after that
transcripts N/AI called yesterday, and the rep was extremely nice and helpful and told me that there was a math error and that it would take 4-8 weeks from when the error was found (he told me it was found on 2/2).

Same boat. Filed HOH, 2 kids on 2/1 thru Turbo Tax. Was accepted within minutes.
WMR still shows processing. N/A on transcripts. Frustrating. Brother filed same day and got there’s within the week!I got the same this morning. I was accepted 2/3, I had one bar and it was all missing as of yesterday. Was able to get transcripts today with cycle date 20150604, 846 Refund issued. I believe that’s a DDD of 02/17/2015 – Hopefully WMR updates tonight.
No update for me either. Transcript still says N/A. I’m starting to think I wouldn’t be able to see them even if they were available because I can’t view the older ones. I get an error 122 code.
I wonder why some people have the amount missing and some don’t. Or why some still have topic 152 and others don’t.
I think I’m a weekly so I prolly wont get any type of update until Friday maybe Saturday morning if I will get one.
Someone on TurboTax forum who’s bars went missing just got a ddd today for 2/17. So I’m a little hopeful. :-/……just q little LOL
tallahassee no it means that your refund has still not been fully processed…… you wont get a dd untill the transcripts are fully completed

scgirlwaiting yes it depends on how quick you respond to the letter for wage income and how quick your employers do as well
Syoun as of now there is nothing to worry about but if you dont get an update next week i suggest calling… and the verification of transcripts have nothing to do with the return…
Angela because he was in it last year it can delay your return up to 2 extra weeks,,, regardless of the pin you still can be flagged
@Jinxd I’m in the same cycle code with a 570 date of 2-23 on my transcripts. I just wanted to ask you if you think they will wait until 2-23 to update? I’m confused over your statement of a refund “Someday” Do you have a gut feeling of when you might receive a refund?
Still no update. Bars are still missing, refund amount still missing, and still have topic 152. Transcripts still say N/A. We filed and were accepted on 2/1 and bars went missing Sunday night/Monday morning. So frustrating. :(

I did speak with a representative yesterday regarding the 1121 Code and the refund cancelled. (841, I believe). The only thing she would tell me is the return was pulled for review and we would receive either a letter 4464C or a CP 05 letter and it would take 60 days. She would not elaborate on anything further.
I found this on the IRS website from one of their manuals. She told me this exact thing.

There is a pending P- freeze An open IDRS control with category code PFRZ The P- freeze will post the next cycle and a Letter 4464C or CP 05, Information Regarding Your Refund, notice will be issued.
If the taxpayer is calling about a refund, advise the taxpayer of the normal processing time. Refer to IRM 21.4.1.3, Refund Inquiry Response Procedures, for processing time frames.
Note:Integrity & Verification Operation (IVO) involvement indicates possible Identity (ID) Theft. Therefore, if the caller is requesting an address change, inform the caller to complete and submit a Form 8822, Change of Address. Inform the taxpayer they can obtain a copy of Form 8822 by going to http://www.irs.gov or offer to mail the information to them.

my DDD 2/11/15 Netspend card still no deposit as of today, check WMR I have 3 bars now. IRS is taking their time I guess… any one knows what is going on?

Accepted 2/2 DDD date of 2/11 wmr changes to 3 bars over night. I don’t need the money but I want it now BC it’s supposed to be there lol still nothing as of 8am pst. I’m sure we’ll all wake up happy Friday morning. Good luck to all
So I filed 1/29, only to find out I wasn’t accepted til 2/2. 0.00s on acct trans, others n/a, filed via TT. Now when I called because of an issue concerning my 2013, I asked if my 2014 was on hold due to this issue. Rep puts me on hold for about 7 minutes, comes back and says first that I’ve been set back a cycle, and that I’ve also been randomly selected for review.
How true is this? What does ‘set back a cycle’ mean? I am still one bar with WMR, and was only able to see acct trans on 2/6. Does a cycle mean a week? Can I very possibly expect an update tonight/Friday?

I hope 2/13 gets deposited today, some others received two or three days early but no I am never that lucky. Hah. Still at two bars wmr but I don’t expect that to change it never changes for me until after I already have the refund. So it’s a waiting game can’t really check anything Cept here! Luck to all!
Has anyone heard of any issues with WMR or delays with IRS? I usually file same time every year and I always have some kind of date on website or something by this time (9 days since filed)….Actually, I usually have my refund by Valentines Day…..I guess IRS does not want to be my Valentine :)

Refund was sent on 2/11 still nothing posted to my Jackson Hewitt card. I called and asked what bank they use and he didn’t even know. How can he not?? Anyone out there know what bank they use?

E-filed with IS through Tax Act on 1/28, accepted within minutes but have a received date of 2/2. Transcripts became available 2/6 with the expected 570 code, cycle 20150505 and date 2/23.
WMR has stayed at one bar, the normal one liner (processing, blah, blah, 21 days) and shows full refund amount. I got concerned after realizing that my IS form doesn’t show on my transcripts and called yesterday… Talked to a very nice gentleman who informed me that it won’t (and then I did what I should have done to begin with and checked my transcripts from the last time I filled IS, it doesn’t show on those either). He said it has already been processed, it’s my husbands debt but I’m the only one with income from last year so it was pushed through and my account is not currently showing an offset so the entire amount should be coming back to me. Someday.
My refund is still on hold and will not be released yet despite my return and the IS being cleared =(
I’m not flagged for review, no calculation errors or other offsets, etc. Apparently they’re just holding on to it because they can. He was very apologetic but not any help after that point. I’m impatient and irritated as hell, especially knowing it’s all done and ready to go but probably won’t be released for at least another month for no reason at all.
