@Randall Im so pissed now, like what the hell man. i eas expecting this big refund and now im gonna have to pay money to them. SMH
SO i just got off the phone with the IRS and apparently, when i filed with TT they didnt calculate something correctly and it caused me to be selected for review. with how much money i made in 2018, i dont qualify for EIC when TT said i did. so that entire credit has to be removed. the review can take up to 45 days. TT also stated that i should file MFJ bc my fiance and i have been together for 5 year, so that means we are common law. Florida doesn’t have common law, so i have to change my marital status. never using TT again. messed me all up this year. smh. now im probably gonna owe them money. damn man.

I didnt claim any education credits tho, i mean my husband is in school but we didnt claim anything for it. Plus the line next to says

I have the still processing message but my amout is still listed and so is the Tax topic 152. No other codes or errors.
I checked and I’ve never gotten that email, but this is the first year ive ever had to wait this long for my funds. I have filed with TT every year since 2007 or so.
I called the irs ealier and i was on hold for almost 30 min and then it hung up on me saying that there was a problem with the line, i called back abd waited 15 min and same thing. Sooo yeah. Im frustrated.

Maybe thats what happened with me, i filed on 1/22 and was accepted 1/23 tho, so thats different, but everything else is the same. mmhmm. i haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone, and its to frustrating to keep waiting on the phone just to be hung up on. so ill just wait.

Thats cant be true, but i filed 1/22, was accepted 1/23, it changed to still processing on 2/6

So I just check my account transcripts and there isnt any info listed fpr the return amount or the 846 code, but it does have the HOH filing status, I filed MFJ. Does that mean anything?

Personally, I’m concerned bc last year I already had my return DD into my account, just like every year. Ive never we had to wait past the 20th for my refund. Ive had EIC since 2012. I know that PATH changed the time we get it, but I still never had to wait. So for me to still have this processing message is frustrating. No erros codes, no letters, cant reach anyone when i call, no online record of account transcripts.

I finally got my code in the mail today, went into my account and theres nothing there for 2018. So i guess they havent even looked at mine yet. I already had my return DD this time last year :(
@jeanette I got accepted on the 1/23 date as well. Same cresits but I filed MFJ. So i can let you know if I get and update, but im getting same message. Nothing on account transcripts yet.
I was accepted 1/22-1/23 and I gave the still processing message too.
I coulnt get anyone on the phone at all. It said it was too busy to transfer to a person.
When i search under my name and info, no bars and the still processeing message but my amount and status is still there. When I search with his info no amount but same message. Dont know whats going on.
Same for me. I was accepted on 1/22-1/23. Then on 2/6 my messaged changed to still processeing.. So confused.
@Cindy is that the same for people who dont have TT or account transcripts online. I dont have either and im still with the same message. My amount is still listed tho.

Ive had still since 2/6 ish , my amount is still listed, no error codes no conflicts. Only different between this year and last is I filed HOH last year and MFJ this year. So Idk whats up but I want my money.
I cant view my transcripts till i get a code in the mail, which of course I ordered over a week ago and still havnt gotten. I need my money so they need to get it together.

I would love to check my online account but I have to wait for some stupid code to come in the mail.
@Mavispt36 im in the same boat I have the same message. Mine is a simple return as well. Filed the same way every year. So I’m frustrated no uodate last night. Last year i already had my refund in my account already.

Im still being processed. Im nervous im not gonna get a DDD and that something is flagged. I dont need this shit this year. Ive never had to wait like this.

Mine says still processing, so we shall see what happens. Ive seen people who have had the still processing and just being processed message and there was not a difference in how they recieved their refunds. Both people I know from prior years got them in the correct time. I dont know anyone personally who had that message and had to do anything, they just got their monies. Of course this year might be different. Who knows till it happens. I just know im still getting the still processing message asking with TT 152 and my refund amount is still there. Im assuming if something happen I would have been notified already.
