Finally got cycle code 2/20. What does is mean?

Finally had my transcript update. My cycle code is 20190803. What does that mean? Processing date says march 11 2019. Does that mean I won’t get my refund until march??

  Based on the patterns I’ve seen this last week, I am guessing 20190705 gets updated this week, and 20190803/20190805 gets updates next week, Probably a DDD of 3/06 or 3/08 at latest. This is if they stick by the weekly cycles like each year. Sometimes people get lucky and get it ahead of time, but I’d plan on first week of March.
