@Alisen…you might have to do ID verification or there might be some other hold on your account. You need to call them and ask what you need to do. Code 570 is account hold. My brother had it happen last year and they sent his refund shortly after he verified his dependents.

Thx . ill try that today.. Im not sure why im SO anxious for my refund being wrong or something. Ive had no mail since i filed 2/6 . i did get accepted on 2/6 ,then got a congratulations your refund has been accepted and your taxes are complete and we will notify you once they go for direct deposit on 2/13. All info is still on the left side , same 152 crap on bottom. And im being processed on top under 1 bar . maybe i should just be patient and stop trying to understand something thats not my job? Thx again

My transcripts updated today codes listed 150, 806, 768, 570 , processing code 20190805 and the a date of 3/11/2019. Anyone have any idea what any of this means? WMR is still showing the same message, your return is still being processed.
The code 570 Additional account action pending date 3/11/2019 amount 0.00

Nevermind, i cant access online or through mail . just keeps saying some part of info does not match our records. Im a jockey agent so i live everywhere from year to year . not sure what part doesn’t match records..
