I also processed on 1/26 and am still waiting. It’s crazy how long they are taking this year.
I am in the situation nor are transcripts available.
We received our refund which was supposed to be dd on 2/3. We literally just got it into our credit union. I hope everyone gets theirs soon!
I was not able to view my account transcript online nor my refund transcript but was able to order them to be delivered via mail. I am getting really irritated to say the least…… Why are us 21’s not being updated?
I am getting so mad. My husband needs new uniforms before he goes to his new command and let me tell you that they are not cheap!
Ok I just got off the phone with the aholes at the irs tried to get info again and again they hung up on me…… I was not rude but he was….. I am so tired of the irs they need to just give me our money……..
I have been on hold with the irs for over an hour…… let’s hope it will pay off and I am able to get some sort of information….. the irs website won’t even let me in to check anything i keep getting errors. ….
We filed on the 1/21 accepted 1/21 with turbo tax and stuck with 1 bar on wmr. It is getting really annoying……..
I called and spoke to someone at tge irs…… A real piece of work that one was…. Anyway she said that there is no way for anyone to get information about their return because they were told not to even look up peoples taxes unless it has been more that 3 weeks since they filed. I said I didn’t even tell her when I filed she said to me she hust figured it hasn’t been 3 weeks because it has only been a week since they have been accepting returns. Then she said I have to disconnect the call and hung up on me. I was not rude so who knows what was wrong with her……….
Filed and accepted on 1-21 nothing yet…….
Yep same situation feel the same way.
We do not owe the irs nor do we have offsets. So this is just plain crazy……. There is no rim or reason to the bs that has been going on the past couple of years with the IRS.

I have tried all day to speak to someone it states that because of call volume they are unable to take the call and hangs up……. I called our local irs…..
Ok we filed 1-21-2015 got accepted 1-21-2015 simple return just a W2 that’s all and we are not able to obtain our transcripts plus we are still @ 1 bar 21 day thing with the 152 code. Who knows what’s going on this year.

The issue some of us are having is it is saying “we found a debt” then it says a debt that we know has been paid!

I wish they would get their stuff together! It’s sad to say that we used to get the returns and information faster before the irs went to this “new” system!
I am wondering what is going on with the IRS Offset system as well. Called yesterday it stated my husband nor I had any non taxable offsets. Now tonight I called because the system states they are added everyday. Now it says my husband has no offsets but I have and offset from last year with a pay date of 02/12/2014. This is getting crazy! Been filing income taxes for the past 18 years and these past two years have been crazy. Who the heck knows what is up with the IRS!!!!

Noelle, We have used sbbt every year and we have always gotten ours the same day as our ddd is. I hope that this helps! :-D
My husband and I had fees taken out by sbbt when we filed on 1/21/2015 with tt and sbbt already has our fee schedule but on wmr we only have 1 bar and the 152 message.
My husband files today with TT 1/21/2012 accepted by the IRS 1/21/2015
