If so do you know if the refund goes straight to our account from the IRS, or does SBBT still get our refund first? I keep checking SBBT and it tells me there is no record available so I’m wondering if it won’t even go to them.

Filed 1/19 excepted 1/20. Woke today to DDD 1/30 call if not by 2/6. Last year mine was deposited to sbbt about a week before DDD and they released it to my account a few hours later. As soon as they receive it, they will release.

I’ve always got my refund the same day they sent it to SBBT. SBBT have never held my money. I contacted SBBT and they gave me all my information regarding my deposit. They told me the IRS will deposit my refund on the 6th of Feb, I ask them is there a possibility that the IRS will deposit sooner and they said they honestly do not know. I was accepted the 16th so that’s why I asked if it was a possibility I’d get it sooner.

Did SBBT give you the same Feb 6th date?

Noelle, We have used sbbt every year and we have always gotten ours the same day as our ddd is. I hope that this helps! :-D

My husband and I had fees taken out by sbbt when we filed on 1/21/2015 with tt and sbbt already has our fee schedule but on wmr we only have 1 bar and the 152 message.

Does it take longer then if you would have had fees taken out and go through SBBT or is it usually the same time frame?

If you didnt have any fee’s to pay or paid them upfront then there is no need for an SBBT transaction. IRS would refund direct to your bank
