Ok, this my scenario that I came up with. I’m assuming but I’m not sure this year they only update on Tues night and Wednesday night. Mine is still at 4of4 approval since Wed night with no date as of yet, and my daughter has the generic message. I too have the on-time process under returns. I was already approved so maybe tomorrow night. My daughter also has Credit in green in and balance in green as well.
Anyone getting a message that says they can’t verify personal information when trying to get credit karma refund advance?
Hi, I’m waiting on a little after 10 to see if anything was sent to my bank. also, my daughter to see if she’s approved, she was accepted on 1/23.
For my state tax return in 2022, I filed February 16th. I didn’t get mine until April 13th. I wonder how long it will be this year?

I still have the generic status message, but in my account…I click on returns, and choose this return period (Dec 31 2022) and it shows: “24 Jan 2023 Ontime-Processed Individual Income Return”
So….now I am really wondering if the update is only happening in batches on certain days. I am concerned that I didn’t update on the 25th.
Does anyone see anything different than what I show when they look at their account?Don’t know about the times but their website says that IRS will send them the refund info 1-2 days prior to your deposit date so SBTPG can make sure you get your refund on the actual deposit date.
Well turns out since I used H&R block and elected to have fees taken from the refund. Sounds like it will delay my state refund as well according to the office associate.

Yeah I assumed that’s what you meant. My balance does say 0. If I don’t get it soon I’m going to start being paranoid that my tax preparer made a typo on my bank information… Hopefully that’s not the case.

When you check where’s my refund if it says issued on whatever day login to your fob account if it shows a negative balance they it hasn’t been sent yet if it shows 0 balance then it has already been sent out. You can go further into account balance activity and it will show you more breakdown

I’m very skeptical of that 2/13 ddd at this time.
I filed on 1-20-23. Got the processed message 1-22-23. Around 6pm got the message that it will be deposited 1-31-23.

Sorry, I worded that weird. I have a DDD of 2/13. I just don’t see how since my WMR has Path and “mid-late feb” generic message but my scripts have my code. I just find it odd.

Nice! It seems paying up front leads to faster refunds every year. I had fees taken out, hopefully we’ll see action tomorrow!
Believe I filed on the 24th. CA refund site says issued on the 26th. I’m using Chime. I’ll update once it hits my account. I saw another user posted it hit their Chime account 2 days later.
I contacted FTB and they advised the authorization date is not the date the direct deposit was sent. She said it would be sent 7-10 business days from the authorization date. So I assume the guy that stated he received his 2 days after the authorization got lucky.
You have a Ddd? Or are you asking that to some one?

Anyone with a DDD of 1/31 or 2/1 with fees see any movement on SBTPG? What time do they usually update the system once they receive the refund from the IRS?
ThanksFiled on 1/14 and mine wasn’t even showing in the system last time I checked. Sigh…….I bank with BofA and only seem to get tax refunds deposited on Wednesday or Friday.

If yours says 2/13, you are likely a PATHer and they will not even begin processing until after 2-13.

Same I usually get back around 9k and this year I’m only getting back 5. I made 31k instead of 28. But I dont get it. A coworker and friend makes the same and she’s getting her usually 9k back. I used turbo tax as usual and I dont know why mine is so much less this year. We both claim 2 kids as well.
Filed 1/28 using H&R Block. Was accepted almost instantly. MFJ with CTC and dependent care expenses. WMR showing 1 bar and tax topic 152.
@Charphilly I used FreeTaxUSA as well, they use TPG unless you pay $0 or fees upfront. I added extra options, so I had a small fee from them.
SBTPG USED to be a pain for holding on to people’s refunds for an extra day, but I’ve seen on Reddit that this has stopped as of last year?

They always say end of February every year. Nothing new there last year it was March and I got mine about the 16th don’t pay attention to what the irs say they say it to stop people from calling on the 14th. Which is mid February
No, I have not. I was approved with step 4 of 4 on 1/25 as well. Hopefully, soon with a date it was sent. last year it took mine 6 days. I’m confused on what days or night they update now. Is it just on Wednesdays? I guess we see in the next couple of days. I know previously it was every night.

So Chime is usually pretty good on depositing 2 or 3 days early? Mine says as if 2-13, so I could get it the 10th maybe? I am on the stupid path thingy.

Last year my refund posted on Chime until around 6pm! So hopefully this afternoon
So I just got in contact with someone from MD and the agent said Give it 10 days after 1/23/2023 to check your status and called Agents for updates. I asked them did they at least have my return and they said they have my return but it is not processed yet. She said wait until Feb 6th to call back
