Ok, I’m confused…
So I got letter 4464C 0 today…kinda freaked out about it but after reading some more posts I am a bit lost. The 4464C is dated 2/6/2015, the day after I was able to first access my transcripts (which 2 out of 4 were N/A blank, no return filed etc etc). Since that day I have been unable due to technical issues access my transcripts until today 2/18/2015. My transcripts give me a cycle code of 20150605 but I still have 570 listed. The only codes I have on my transcripts are 150, 806, 768 and 570.
Would I have a 971code as well?
Here is a time table
1/28 filed/accepted via TT, one bar WMR
2/5 accessed transcripts for the first time 2 out of 4 n/a blank no return filed
2/14 lost bars on WMR, still have topic 152 and refund amount
2/18 able to finally access transcripts again, received letter 4464C dated 2/6/2015Could I have been under review and they reviewed my return by now and have given me a cycle code? If so I am supposedly a DDD of 2/19/2015 (tomorrow).
Hi Bart,
I was wondering if there are any negative repercussions to checking your IRS transcript too often (daily or more) when waiting on your refund, since you have to log in. I have been limiting myself to twice a day. Does it set off any red flags?
Also, if your transcripts don’t update that day, chances are you’re not going to get a WMR update that evening, right?

Spicyfirshtocos the answer is a little more complicated then you think 570 is a freeze on the return and can be for any reason such as error audit verification of income Id verification and so on depending on the reason 2-3 weeks unless it’s something big then 4-6 weeks
Corndog you will have a dd of Tuesday or Wednesday of next week and wmr will update over night tonight or tomorrow night
I was finally able to call in (today is my 21st day) I was told by some witch that my refund still has not been processed and that it was in the “posting” department which means they have up to 8 weeks from Feb 9th to process my refund. She never allowed me to ask questions like what is the “posting” department or if my return was accepted Jan 28th why did it take almost 2 weeks to get to another department. FML I still havent received a letter from the IRS and im just as lost as I was before I spoke with the witch today
So I was supposed to get mine on an Emerald card, called this morning and it was sent on the 17th. Then it shows 3 misc debits 2 for H & R fee’s then they took the rest of my refund out. Should I be worried or just hope it posts in the am?

I posted a couple times yesterday…filed and accepted 1/27 and called irs yesterday and they told me that refund was re-sequenced and they showed it as accepted on 2/16/15. well, all of my transcripts were available this morning and it finally changed from “no returned received” to code 846. so my question is How long after you get the 846 code on your transcript do you actually get a DDD? date on transcript changed from “as of 2/16/15” to “as of 3/9/15″….Is that the date I can expect a DDD? thank you for all of your input.First off thank you for taking your time to answer all the questions. It has helped due to the sheer amount of information you have given.
My question is if I am exempt from the ACA Healthcare penalty would I still get a code 570 on my transcripts? What is the typical waiting period for code 570?

CAMEO yes this is common for employement verification… the only thing tht i suggest you do is let your employer know and have them fax the irs what ever they want to verify as soon as they get the letter… thats the only thing that will speed the process up
erica G dont worry about them online if you can get them by the mail its def a good sign showing at least you were processed in 1-2 days wmr should update
memphismom i hope everything goes ok with the baby and yes it takes about 2-3 weeks as of right not for you to get the money after id verify
stillnothing call the irs seriously… you need to know what is going on did you check to see if you were in ID verify department… was letter sent out… you have to call and ask them these questions
So I filed on the 20th…..was accepted same day according to TT. Not til the 23rd according to IRS. As of today, no bars….all transcripts are NA Except wage which says technical difficulties Refrence #122. What could be going on?
UPDATE
I had lost bars on WMR over the weekend…still am missing bars, I have topic 152 and my refund amount is showing. After weeks of not accessing my transcripts I was able to access them. I am able to see three of four. Also I finally have a cycle code of 20150605 (2/19/2015)…but I don’t have 846…just 570.

Able to access transcripts 2/18/2015same hear, filed 1/30/2015 accepted same day and still no change…

I was accepted Jan 27th around noon. Had 1st bar for a few days then it disappeared with an generic msg. No transcripts, I have tried online, thru mail and I’ve callebed to try an order them… nothing tells me information is incorrect.
Feb 17th was my 21 day mark, so I called lady told me there were no problems but there’s a delay on mine for 6 to 8 weeks. She said cldnt she what the delay was and that i wouldn’t be receiving a letter. To me that wasn’t good enough so today I called back, talked a lady first it took her forever to find my tax return finally she tells me that my return needs employment verification for my w2 and that it would be 6 to 9 weeks b4 I would get a DDD But maybe it would come sooner.
Never had this happen before and my yearly wages isn’t nothing for real. My refund isn’t big at all. I guess just don’t get why mine was pulled for verification and is this true or was it just something they told me to keep me quiet because one lady said one thing and another lady said another thing.
Bad thing is I filed my dad’s an hour after I filed mine and he’s already gotten he’s refund back.
what’s the dealHow did you get in contact with the IRS or a TA? I filled and got accepted on 01/28 and all my WMR says is “Your tax return is still being processed, a refund date will be issued when available.” My refund amount is still showing up on the left side though. Im really anxious and I just want to know whats going. Any information would be much appreciated right now.

what’s the dealOk a little update from yesterday. My 2014 return transcript is now available but I still cannot view it online everytime I put my information in to be viewed online it say “Cannot verify identity at this moment” but I was able to order it through the mail…does that mean anything? PLUS WMR is still saying “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.” Is my 2014 transcript now being available a good sign?
Spoke with an agent on February 6, they said they were releasing my refund that day. Still nothing.
@Memphismom I filed 1/20, same scenario, just spoke with our assigned advocate yesterday and she confirmed almost the exact same thing. I need to fax her copies of the return and my info and she can have it posted within 2-3 weeks.
Good Morning everyone. I just wanted to give a brief recap and update.
Filed a joint return Jan 30 and was accepted the same day. Feb 6 husband lost bars, and tax topic 152 but still had amount. Feb 16 I finally lost my bar and tax topic as well. I could log in to see my transcript but they all said N/A. Hubby could not log in due to IPSU message.
Well my tax advocate called today and let me know there had been a stop on our return. She started asking if we have had any identity theft issues in the past, or if someone has tried to file using me or my husband’s ss#. I told her no, not that I know of. Well anyway she verified some personal info, and then verified certain lines of the tax return. She said that since everything was matching up she would let them know they could continue processing our return. She said we would give them 1 week to do so and that it could take up to 3 weeks after that notification to actually see our money deposited into our account. She said she would call me by March 11, but if she got any information before then she would let me know.
So hopefully we will get our money soon. I sure hope so. I’m due March 30th with a high risk pregnancy so this can’t come quick enough.
I will update as soon as I know more.
FIled 2/3 and accepted 2/3. Fed DDD already happened on 2/12. Waiting on State. Still says wait 90 days for processing

jes52 that can take 3 weeks they are slammed and its when ever they get to it. ps she cant release anything they are just phone reps… also previous year has to process and be completed first
chantami the TA will prolly drag their feet and wont help much honestly but they do have access to your file so they can see a lot more then us
alice seems like they had to fixe something in ytour return the caused the refund to be frozen then un frozen and the amount at the bottom is what you are getting back… abd the 3/2 is the “latest” date of the cycle so you will get it on the 19th
sandye yeah this is about 2-3 weeks as of now
so_done if that is true i would never use them again… i also would find away to transfer all the money out of that card as quick as possible

confused68 no your still processing but i would call to make sure your not in id verify department other than that you shouldnt have anything to worry about

cj yeah did u call to make sure ur not frozen for id verify if not then there was a error in the return that had to be corrected and then they will release the refund
SBBT Has finally received the funds. Waiting game on when I will receive them to be funded to Credit Union.
I filed on 2/5, accepted on 2/6…sat on one bar until 2/14 ). Woke up that morning to a DDD of 2/19.
the irs sent me the letter on the feb 6 . received yesterday and faxed the papers today. so many people i read are having this done. hopefully it wont belong now if they actually do their end
anyone else that filed around this time having the same issue? my transcripts are all 000’s with as of date 2/16/15 had one bar with tt 152 until 2/14 bars gone w/ tt152 no codes on trans either. still all 000’s

I am in the same 505 cycle with some of you…. and my 570 code is dated 2/23 as well…. i efiled my IS with my taxes this year…. from what i see we are the early filers and so when they do start working them we should be the among the first sent out….. HOPEFULLY!!! fingers crossed for all of us!!
I had a 570 and 971 on my transcripts for the past few weeks, i got a notice that my refund was being held due to a previous year not being filed, i had sent that year in when i realized that it hadnt been filed on 2-4-15. So i called yesterday and spoke to a nice helpful woman about it and she showed that the previous year had been received and not processed yet but she said she could release my 2014 taxes due to it showing that i will actually get a refund on the previous year instead of owing. my question is, how long does it take to update on wmr and/or the transcripts that the hold has been released and that my refund is being sent? i am probably stressing more about it than i need to but i have a bad feeling that they will continue to hold it even though she said it was released to be sent to me.
I have the same issue. 20150605 which should have been today but the 570 code nd 3/02/2015. So now its a waiting game which sucks.
