This is for 2024 tax year obviously, however I’m not seeing or hearing much about Missouri State Refund.
I received $21 of a $2k+ refund. The site tracker hasn’t updated at all. When I called Missouri Department of Revenue 2 weeks ago they told me nothing was wrong,and my refund was on its way. That was 2 weeks ago though. Then I got a random deposit of $21 from them and nothing has updated, and no emails or snail mail.
Anyone else?
I still have N/A on 3 and 22on wage box. Still processing on wmr. Filed 1/28 accepted 1/29.
I’m going to pay off a few bills and finally fill the fridge with stuff I usually can’t buy. Then I’m going to invest what ever is left.
FIled 1/28 late night and excepted 1/29 early morning, less than 30 minutes. Used H&R with fees coming out. ACTC and EITC apply.
Filed 1/28 and accepted on 1/29. Pather only getting EITC and ACTC this year. Ive been a weekly for years so I’m most likely a weekly again. Filed with H&R online this year.
Last year I received 12k and I know it was because of the “enhanced” credits. This year though I’m only getting 3,9k and nothings changed other than the fact I made 4k less than last year. I doordash and because of tax liability and refundable credits apparently I’m not getting the money I usually get. I have 5 kids and MFJ. I didn’t get the CTC, but I got the ACTC and EITC. I say we got royally screwed this year.
My wife and I filed MFJ and are only getting the ATC because of the tax breaks we are getting. She doordashes and made $5k less than last year and we are making $9K less on or refund this year. We didn’t qualify for CTC. and we are getting the EITC. I guess I’m thankful for what we are getting I was just hoping to get a bit more because I’ve got bills to pay. Ugh This blows.
I wonder if it’s just H&R being this slow or if the IRS is being their poopy selves. I know it’s early but I’m ready to file the taxes already. I file 1/31 last year with H&R in person and they messed up. So Ive decided to do it online. Anyone having any luck with other tax services?
I’m using H&R for the first time this year to save a bunch of money, I usually do it in person. However I was filing taxes online and ran into the same error. This is what they told me.
The IRS hasn’t released the form to them yet but somehow it works off and on. They told me that it will be released on the 1/31, so to expect it then.
This was directly from H&R so I don’t know what to think. Ill update if it get in before then.
Mine was pending sincing last night in my CommunityAmerica Credit Union account and cleared at 5am. I filed with H&R Block and had fees taken out.
I actually got my refund in the wee hours today but I’m here to help. How can I help?

I filed with H&R Block and its pending in my Community America Credit union account with means I’ll see it first thing tomorrow morning!!

Depending on what it is it may clear itself. I would call them just to see what the issue is and see if there is anything you can do. They left a dependent off of mine and my actc was off I got fixed asap and exactly a week later I got an update and DDD.
DDD 3/2 updated Friday! Bank with CommunityAmerica Credit Union and don’t expect an early deposit but expect to see it pending early. Will update!
Even thoughi got my DDD and my WMR updated I’m not giving up on you guys. If I can help let me know. I know how frustrating these codes are.

Not yet but I’ve been informed that its going to be good to check after 6am. Looking forward to a DDD!
It means your return been processed with no errors and you have a DDD of next Tuesday!! Congrats!!
All18wheels you must be one of those rare weekly! I’m a weekly that only updates Friday and Saturday.
So no updates yet but I did talk to an IRS rep who said since I got my 570 fixed last Friday over the phone it would be 7 days to get a 571 unfreeze release code and a DDD! So here’s to hoping tomorrow’s the day! My account on IRS no longer says that it’s processing even though the WMR says that it is.

I was told by IRS rep two days ago that once you get the 570 fixed it should take 7 days to update on your transcripts and wmr. I got mine fixed last Friday and seeing as I’m a weekly Friday seems to look promising. I’m assuming it’s 7 days from when the problem is fixed over the phone because that’s what I did. I’ll update yall!
You need to call and find out why the adjustment was made and make sure there are no errors you can fix.
Here’s what I found out today. If you get your 570 code solved over the phone then it will take 7 days to get a WMR update and 571 release code on your transcripts unless there’s another issue. That’s what I was told today. Friday is my 7th day so I’ll keep you updated.
Also explain to them your transcripts haven’t yielded any information as to whether or not your return has been processed or not. Explain to them its been weeks and you’d like to know any updates.

I had a N/A transcripts up until the 18th that generated 570 and 971 codes. Come to find out the irs system that input my wife and I info forgot to add a kid. Which triggered and auto adjustment and thought I claimed too much money. Also come to fi d out my tax rep from H&R didn’t put in the previous years actc numbers right. I got that fixed last Friday over the Phone.
So here’s what I found out yesterday fix I did Friday takes about 7 days to update my transcripts and WMR. So my return should be unfrozen Friday and I should have a DDD. Better late than never.

I’ve heard from tax pros, irs workers, and people in another forum that may be a good thing! Same thing has happened to me but I got my 570/971 fixed Friday. It means they are updating your account so you may get a 571 and DDD soon.
Songbird33 mine was reduces by $3700 and some. But I’m getting a decent chunk back.
Called my H&R Block Tax Rep today and went over my return and she said that she made a mistake and entered only half of the actc numbers from last year. We got payment weird last year and my wife and I got two letters stating the amounts we received. So that is also why the IRS did what they did. Glad I checked!!!

I filed and was accepted 1/31. Transcripts updated to 570/971 3/7/22 on 2/18/22. I called them and found out the IRS electronic system didn’t add one of my kids and thought I claimed to much money and auto adjusted it.
Got everything fixed over the phone in an hour. She said they are sending a CP12 but I can discard it and I will get my refund before the letter.How do you ID verify what the number or site I’ve been trying to do that just incase. Anyone who got ID verify can u see ur transcript what codes did you have
If you google Id verify irs it’ll pull up a site the irs has. I tried copying the link but it’s a generic link.

Metabank doesn’t process transactions from the federal reserve when its closed or on federal holidays. So this includes weekends and days like tomorrow.
I got these codes but it it was because they forgot to add a dependent and tried to adjust my refund. I called them and had it fixed. I was told I’d get my refund beefore my letter and I could discard the letter because it’s fixed. The letter wasn’t being sent out until March 1st at least. Your refund is frozen until the issue is fixed. You need to call them.
Emerald Card banks through Metabank which never do deposits when the treasury is closed ie weekends. Or Federal holidays. So the earliest you’ll get a projected refund if they Metabank does deposit early, it can happen, however not likely, will. E on the 22nd.
This comes from experience of having an Emerald card and using g H&R Block for years. I used them this year again but used my own credit union.good Luck!
Unfortunately metabank doesn’t do weekends. They try to do it the day before or the following Monday if it’s not a Federal holiday. So it looks like Tuesday the 22nd for you. Sorry!
The next transcript update isn’t till Wednesday just look at the calendar then you’ll see a update
Well Tippy unfortunately I’m a dead last weekly who only updates on Fridays and Saturdays. But I didn’t meat the deadline to update today apparently. Hopefully I have me refund by then. I’m just so darn impatient!

I was in the exact same position yesterday! I called the IRS and found out that there was a systematic error that didn’t add one of my kids! We spent an hour+ fixing it over the phone. My transcripts and wmr still say the same thing as yours but it no longer says my 2021 taxes aren’t processed on my IRS account!!
Thats only if you have a offset! I called to check to see if I had a offset yesterday and I don’t. No other info given. Unless I’m missing something?
Transcripts updated from NA on Friday but adjustments were made and I have code 971-570 as of date 3/7/2022 cycle code 20220705
I was in the exact same situation! That’s what happened to me yesterday. Ms. Tax gave me a number and I got through to the IRS. Turns out the forgot a dependent and thought I claimed to much money! Got it fixed! No updates yet though.

I totally agree with you and understand on all fronts!! One thing the IRS lady told me was that she had deealt with 3 H&R cases exactly like mine that day! She also said that Turbo Tax was throwing them a fit on their end.
My transcripts read No return filed on record for 18 days. Call the number MsTax posted and talk to them on Tuesday if you can. They helped me a bunch! However, my transcripts finally showed up on Friday because I’m a weekly and I had been waiting 18 days.I filed and was accepted on 1/31. My transcripts sat on N/A for 18 days and for good reasons too!
They updated yesterday with codes 570/971/766/768. No 846 yet. The IRS’ systems forgot to add a dependent and thought I claimed to much so auto adjusted my refund which caused an error.
Got it fixed yesterday afternoon. WMR and Transcripts haven’t updated but my IRS account no long says my return is processing!!
@voslik I think that’s what is happening to my return and transcripts right now. Had a baby in November and it looks like they didn’t include her in my return. Did you call them to correct the issue? If so what number did you use?

Transcripts were N/A from 1/31 to 2/17. Recieved codes 570 and 971 today but found out they forgot a dependent and tried making an adjustment. All is fixed though and was told I would receive refund in between now and mid March. I also got the good codes but obviously not 846 yet.i didnt even state a bank or state and they said it was minimum of 7-10 days. wife was told 3-5 days extra
Unless something has drastically changed or is different this year I’m going with what I was told. I’m already getting my fee reduced for their mess up!
H&R Block messed up the calculation of my ctc and I’m getting $3700 less than expected. Not a huge deal but kinda sucky. They told me the 7 to 10 day thing your talking about is a bank differential and varies state by state. So I wouldn’t worry too bad.

Call this number and talk to the IRS! The 971 just means the made an adjustment which is the 2000 and the 570 is afreezeorhold on your refund because they need to correct so.ething and are sending you a notice.

I talk to someone and found out the forgotten add a dependent because the system didn’t add him!Found out my 570 code was because they thought I claimed to much on my taxes and forgot one of my kids! All fixed!! Still have the code they are still sending the paperwork but to expect my refund in between now and mid March.
I checked id.verify and got we cannot provide you information via I’d verification. It wouldn’t even tell me ifi needto or not.
Check offsets and debts and I have none! So I’m hoping for a quick pass. But have a 570/971.
