Ordered transcripts over the phone for 2015 around 10 am today. I have a simple return, single deposit at my bank. Hoping for an update tomorrow morning.

I used TT submitted on the 25th got accepted on the 25th, now that’s what TT said. Now when I go to the IRS website to look it shows the one bar of return received. I know I’m not getting my refund in the next week, but I’m a little lost as to what’s going on with my taxes. Is it accepted and IRS has Not updated it on there end or was it just TT saying it was accepted?

Refunds come from the Treasury. If you have any offset, it would be reported to the Treasury. So all the treasury do is deduct that amount and send you the rest. Should still be within that 21 day period.

FTB site says my return was processed today. So I’m assuming that’s approved as that’s the term that was used for the previous years.

For those of you who are saying H&R Block sucks. Keep in mind that H&R Block and TurboTax are the only two tax software that goes above and beyond in verifying your identity and keeping your information secure. The last few years, there have been so many identity fraud that this year, they are really focusing on making sure that there are no fraudulent returns, meaning no one stole your identity to claim your money! Because if you were in that shoe, it would take months to clear it up before you would see anything.

@wannapiece The IRS didn’t open for early filers until January 11th. Today is the 26th. So it’s only been 15 days. But they didn’t start processing until January 19th (which is the day you start counting from if you were accepted in the test batch). So that means it’s really only been 7 days. Take a chill pill.

I filed the 12th and was accepted on the 14th. Sbbt is showing an expected refund date of Feb 2. That being said , the 2nd is a Tuesday and I’ve never gotten a return on any other day of the week but Friday. I’m assuming I’ll have my dad this Friday the 29. I also only have one bar on wmr but last year it was the same thing. I was still on one bar two days after I got the $$

I file with Tax Act every year, and I was the same as last year… file on the 18, but refund was issued on 2/4. I file 18th this year, and accepted on 19th of this year, and No news… I guess it’ll be on 2/5 of this year. Would love to be in that group that get theirs on the 29th, but I doubt it, lol.

OK so I just did some last year research and looked back at my records from netspend which I still have but don’t use…anyway, I was accepted on the 20th, approved a few days later and even with an offset my refund was deposited to netspend on Tuesday the 27th of January. This year I’m using a different card which will take two days to post after its deposited. So if it’s anything like last year it will be in my account by the 29th this Friday. And last year I never moved from one bar on turbo tax or the irs tool…so that doesn’t mean much at this point. Lol. Hoping this is how it goes ! Good luck everyone! ;)

I always get mine sooner. I think the date SBBT gives you is the typical 21 day period. From what i’m reading, most will have an update on WMR in the morning. Hopefully you and I will as well. :)

I was accepted on the 11th with TT. 1 bar. No update on transcripts because I moved and the new address isn’t updated. I’m not feeling to confident. SBBT states expected refund on 2/1 which is 21 days after accepted.

So I follow this site year after year just to see if my taxes are in line. However first time I ever read about SBBT bank. When I looked it has an estimated deposit date.

I filed on 1/21, and it is estimating 2/10/16 for the deposit date. Anyone ever get there deposits sooner than what they state or is it pretty much the same.

Congratulations to those who can order transcripts. I remember last year, the day after I was able to view my transcripts online, I received a DDD. I was kinda hoping for something similar to that this year. But last year I filed on the 18th and was accepted the same day. I didn’t get my refund til 2/4. My coworker who filed after me received her refund a whole week earlier.. So if I don’t get a DDD for Friday then I know it will probably be on 2/5.

It’s usually in the same day or the next. They subtract their fees and it deposits automatically. In the years prior I’ve gotten my refunds deposited, if its on a weekday, on to my emerald card that night or the next morning after it was deposited.

No. You’re not getting money tomorrow. IRS isn’t updating until tonight (early tomorrow morning) and refunds aren’t going to be sent out until the 29th at the earliest.

@ crystal…I filed with taxact. I have been using them for the past 4 years with no problem. Last year I filed early and was accepted on the 14th and I got my DDD a week after tax season started and my refund about 3 days after that. I received my DD before the actual DD date that was on the WMR tool. Thats because the Republic Bank that Taxact uses requests your refund a few days early to get their pay then they send it out early. Hopefully tomorrow all us early filers will have an update on the WMR.

I filled and was approved on 1/12, haven’t had any activity at all on any of the three web sites I check. I paid to file out of my return. Been seeing a bunch of people saying they got emails from TT or HRB saying thank you or they’ve been approved. My return is getting deposited onto a net spend card. Could I get my money tmrw? Can anyone tell me something to calm my anxiety over this seemingly endless wait?

I tried getting my transcripts it told me incorrect info, i was able to get in with my wifes info, but it was for 2014 today i cant get it using my or her info, i tried old and new addresses does this mean they are working on mine now?

Mine says, ‘Refund issue date: 1-27-16.’ I assumed that’s the day I would get it. Maybe they send it that day and I get it the next day. Could that be the case @Latricia? Did you verify your account number & routing number?

Now what REALLY would be nice is getting our DD’s this coming Friday! :)

No updates on WMR and not able to order transcript

I did receive my MO refund! Even with a state offset. Their site never gave me a date. Call queues for the DOR have been long but I would call if you were suppose to get it by now!

I’m getting super pissed off that people that filed after 1/18 can get transcripts. No offense to them my anger is at the IRS and Tax Act and other providers. I filed on 1/15 figuring test batches were over. I wanted to be first in line on 1/19 but I think I’m stuck in the test batch group that hasn’t been able to order transcripts.
