All I know about transcripts is if your cycle code ends in 05 then you’re a weekly.

Transcripts update on Friday morning.
Weekly people update Saturday morning on WMR.

I’m unsure if daily people update everyday but I do know Wednesday mornings are a big update day for daily people on WMR.

Checked my bank account about 3, when my bank posts deposits for the next day, and my state refund is pending for deposit for tomorrow Friday March 2.

When I checked the Illinois Where’s My Refund I get the same message I have since yestersay:
