I filed 1/27 recived email from hrb on 1/30 that it was accepted and then also recieved the text yesterday. I paid my fees upfront so I wonder if maybe they are just behind on sending the texts. I was all excited hopibng for a dd date today but still says processing. Tried ordering transcripts but it would only let me order the account ones and not the returns..not sure what that means. Last year we had to wait almost 4 weeks for our refund and was hoping this year it would be faster:(

I filed on the 29th but was accepted just before midnight on the 30th. I have no date yet. I did however had a orange bar that said my refund was being processed but when I logged in this morning it says info cannot be given at this time. And when I tried to order transscripts it say im entering the wrong info. I kinda flipping out here. I called the IRS hotline…they are closed on the weekends so I guess i have to just wait and see. I think we all are looking for a sy of relief here.

I’m sure your going to already, but definitely call the IRS on Monday. They should be able to give you a time frame if this is what is happening. I wouldn’t expect them to be done for at least 6-8 weeks if that’s the problem and wouldn’t be surprised if it was longer, since its tax season. Prior year tax returns are always put to the side for current years. But, I wouldn’t worry about it until to speak to someone and find out first.

Filed and accepted 1/30. WMR gives standard one liner but I was able to order a transcript today. Sched C, EIC. No DD date on IRS2go either. Some posts say that an IRS rep was able to give a dd date once transcripts were available, but they are closed on the weekend so won’t know.

I filed my taxes on 2/1 and it accepted like 30 minutes afterwards, I had one bar on yesterday now WMR and IRS2Go says they cannot find me. TT says to wait 21 days….so hopefully next we will our deposit

Everytime I try to order our transcript it says my address is not correct. I put it in exactly how it shows on our taxes.

As of now WMR still shows “processing” and I can’t get my transcript.

I usually get delayed for one reason or another so I am expecting the same this year. However, people seem to be getting their returns pretty quick this year so there is hope.

The website and app will lock you out if you check it too many times a day. That’s why it will show info and then stop showing it.

Anyone expecting large refunds? Curious if there’s extra time spent on refunds that are over a certain dollar amount. Maybe that’s why we dont have dd yet?!

Filed with TT on 15th accepted the 24th, had to call to get a DD date of 2/6. WMR just updated today saying I’m approved and DD of 2/6… lets hope…

@Expat its possible but I did my daughters return on the 30th and it was accepted on the 31st and today we were able to order transcripts for 2012 so we will see if she has a DD on Mon or Tues.

I’m not sure transcripts have anything to do with refunds. I was NEVER able to order my transcript last year & got my refund right away. Even after I got my refund I could not order a transcript so its hit or miss just like everything else w the IRS

I also was accepted on 2/1:) not able to order transcripts yet..but I was reading comments in the other forum and my tgthoughts are after the IRS accepts your info it can take up to 72 hrs before you can order your transcripts that is as long as you dont have any issues. Once you are able to request your transcripts I think your in the final stages and DD would be next. I dont trust WMR or IRS 2 go would be more reliable.

I wasn’t able to order last night but was able to this morning. No update on wmr yet. Hoping to see something soon. Last year I filed early, accepted on jan 17 (tues) and had dd on the 24th (the next tues). Crossing my fingers I have it by next week. Btw, I use a credit union which tends to deposit earlier than traditional banks.

I did not see a topic for those accepted on 2/1 yet so here it is! I filed at 5:00 pm on 2/1 and was accepted at 6:15 pm, just an hour and 15 min later! As of now (not even 24 hrs yet), I’m not able to order transcripts and WMR says processing and shows one bar, all as expected. I will update as I see changes.

I was also accepted on the 24th and still “processing” Spoke to a IRS agent and he told me its suspended until the 15th..then it will start processing again. I am just praying that they are just allowing a cushion for their-selves and its true that they have started SLOWLY processing the 8863s. Hoping for good news with a DD soon!!!!

I do my moms taxes, and I did hers around the 25th. She has to file self employment as a hair dresser because her salon doesn’t do taxes or anything and she has to pay them in herself all year and handle it all herself. Anyway, she already got her money. She had a DD of 2/4 and hers posted on Friday. Not sure whats up. She has custody of two of her grandchildren, she officially adopted them, so she was able to claim them. She also had a lot of work related deductions like her hair supplies, booth rental, ect.. I did my own on the 19th with a regular W2 and nada.

When I call the HRBlock hotline it tells me the IRS has accepted my returns and they are reviewing my refund for their fees. Does this mean they have the money now or does it just mean they are still waiting it for it? WMR goes back and forth between pending and not having my info. I was just able to get transcripts last night at 2am.

If you are still seeing that try calling. On the main page there is info straight from IRS employee saying there have been some glitches on WMR. Some people never even saw an update and got their deposits.

While I haven’t had that exact same situation, my husband and I a couple of years back had to amend 2 years worth of prior tax returns. They won’t release your current years tax return until the other years are processed.

I’m assuming since its been 2 weeks the IRS has them in their system, which put up a red flag to hold your current taxes until the prior years are done. I think they do this in case you are getting a refund they can take out any taxes or penalties out of your current one. Since they haven’t processed them they don’t know whether you do or not at this point.

I know ours took a couple of months to finally get processed, hopefully your don’t take that long.

Mrs. Simmons if you used TaxAct you can call 866.491.1040 to check the status of your refund. Make sure you enter the amount of your refund in dollar and cent for example (7989.00) followed by the # key

Hate to tell you, but anyone who hasn’t filed returns in the last few years will definitely be pulled for a manual review, and most likely they will wait for your 2010 and 2011 returns to show up and be processed. People who reappear in their system out of nowhere are flagged for fraud. Be prepared for a long(er) wait. I wish you the best.

Starting this thread to keep people updated who receive this message on WMR: Big red exclamation mark that says TAKE ACTION. Also says to contact them at 1-800-829-0582 x 319 and gives a reference #. No date regarding sending me any paperwork, so doesn’t seem to be same message as others are receiving regarding under review.

Background:
Had not filed 2010 or 2011 tax returns, received unemployment and did NOT have taxes taken out. I paper filed these with HRB when I filed my 2012 return. I owed almost $300 for 2010 nothing for 2011. I mailed these returns about 2 weeks ago and I am hoping that they have already received these, just not sure how long it will take to process these.

My husband is a contractor and received a 1099 and is considered self employed. Filed and accepted 1/31. WMR showing nothing. Says info entered is incorrect. We have a bit of a complicated return. 3 dependents, EIC, CTC, mortgage interest, etc. So I am just waiting. Would love to at least see processing on WMR.
