I have no idea, I had my taxes done through a tax preparer and When i went to go check mine this week it wasnt working it said my information was incorrect. I got in contact with someone and they gave me the correct amount and when i checked it today its says ddd 1/27.
JennIn regards to offset for student loans, if you haven’t filed your taxes yet, DON’T! We were offset twice for student loans, the first time we lost the full return, the second time we called the collection agency who had the loan and started to rehabilitate it. We requested a delay in filing our returns for 2012 tax year and were given until October to file. In the meantime we got our student loans out of default so we were able to get our full tax return. We started the payments in February and had to make 9 consecutive payments in order to be considered out of default. We were able to make a double payment for our 8th and 9th together. They have to allow you a reasonable payment that you can afford and if they say you have to put a large sum down, you don’t. We told them sorry we can’t afford it and they worked with us to pay I believe 109.00 a month. We were finally out of default status in early November and paper filed them (the efile system isn’t available at that time) and our returns were direct deposited the first or second week of December.
YaminahWhen did you get accepted?
JmacYeah Dion same here expect updates tomorrow or Monday
jessicaI am in illinois also and still nothing!
DionLike Melissa I was accepted on 1/13 and have not lost any bars but still stuck on one bar. Last year I got a ddd on a Sunday and a dd on a Wednesday.
giniThe irs is saying topic 152 usually occurs when your about to get approved . Also lots of peoples bars have disappeared but not to worry its a glitch you will still get your money
MelissaI filed on the 9th and was accepted on the 13th. I check once a day, and never had bars missing, just still at 1 bar.

You are ONE person judging many who are just excited to get their returns. Be nice or be gone.
Shanii got ddd for 1/27 for nys refund
January 24, 2015 at 6:06 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093842BobbySome people like me have just never had this kinda issue or this status on there so it worries me.
mystryI had to file injured spouse last year. I would recommend getting an advocate if there is a reason you need it sooner than the 14 weeks they say it can and probably will take. If he did not work then all of the return is yours, but if you file injured spouse it takes a long long time! Some will tell you to file married filing separate, this is ok if you don’t take the EIC, but, if you do want that you have to file together. Otherwise you won’t get EIC if you file separate.
January 24, 2015 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093840KimJimMorrison you are really rude. Why the name calling? If its bothering you that much about people saying the 6th just leave the forum. There’s no need for the name calling.
MarkIf you can show good cause why the IRS should not take the offsets out they will give you the refund money back. You have to file paperwork along with evidence why. The one year I had an offset my car needed some serious work, I sent them the repair estimate and they gave me the amount of the repair. It may have helped that we were in a natural disaster area, but it is always worth a shot.
I also had problems with the phone system and different reps not being able to find out whether I had an upset. Don’t rely on these things. If the IRS sent you a letter telling you owe money and it will be removed from your refund if you haven’t already paid, bet on it. They don’t magically go away.
CoralNo, i haven’t even been accepted yet!
KathrynI guess the question is what does it mean when the offset line says no information available at this time. If you dont owe would it just say you dont owe? When I called it said no info available so I’m confused.
rynoMade this for people in Illinois, Have you got approved/refund yet?
MRSLEDLOWI created this thread for those who are in Mississippi and want to keep keep with where people are and what is going on Mississippi Federal and State Tax Refunds….
AlexisMy bar disappeared yesterday and I’m really worried even though when I called, the irs rep said he couldn’t see any problems with my tax return. Never had this happen before… Anyone talk to a rep? What did they tell you?
ladyofthenightMy fiance has an offset for student loans from 2003 he called the number the other day and it definitely states he has 1 offset. I’m so frustrated because we were going to use this money to get caught up on bills and buy our toddler some clothes and other things children need. Is it definite that they will take the entire refund it will be more than the refund I just wish they didn’t have to take the entire refund because he is claiming our son so that leaves me $hit out of luck. I have contacted the collection agency issuing the offset in regards to what our options are but we still haven’t heard from them. Has anyone been through this?
AshleeIf you personally don’t owe any offsets then it will say so. Just because you file jointly, doesn’t mean both of your social security numbers are linked together into one offset so when you call, it will not say the same on both. However, when you get your refund, whatever offsets you and your husband have separately, will be deducted together.
ladyofthenightI think you would have to use his ss# if he owes it and not you.
ShoMine also says the same Michelle. I know it’s correct. Today was my first time checking it since Wednesday last week(which at that time said processing).
KathrynI knew my husband has a $60 offset. However under my social it says info not available. What does that mean? Does it say no offsets found if you dont owe? Or is that what it says?
AnonymousLauriL, Hr block users their own bank so you can only go off of their website info
deedee leeksWhat’s the irs offset hotline phone number? What tax topic shows up for offsets? When I check where’s my refund it says tax topic 152.
MichelleHi
I filed on 1/12 accepted 1/13. Showed up on WMR almost immediately with one bar, refund amount , and tax topic 152; until Saturday the 17th. Since then it says I am entering info incorrect which I am not. I am using same info I used 1/13-1/16 and only checkenonce a dayAnybody else ? Ideas?

Tax season has just opened a few days past and your returns were JUST transmitted literally a few days ago! Why the hell would you expect a DDD or a deposit in your account already? If you dont like waiting at the beginning of the year for your tax return if youre lucky enough to be recieving one, then adjust your withholdings. dam its only a few weeks to wait .
Youre dealing with the IRS dummies…have they ever in your whole lifetime of dealing with them, moved faster than you wanted them too?? get real people. find a hobby…I keep trying to post that I know for sure that last year we had transcripts at least a day before we got the DDD, but I’m wondering if that has changed now. If anything, maybe because of these dead cycles, maybe we won’t see them until everything posts.
AnonymousI filed on the 16th got accepted on the 20th ,now in the first bar, last year I received mine on the 2/6 but wasn’t accepted until 31th so I just don’t see having to wait until 2/6 or longer to receive my refund and was accepted 11 days sooner
Crap, no, it’s not working. I bet that’s a good one, too!
Does this link work for you? Or is it another ‘special access’ file? http://serp.enterprise.irs.gov/databases/irm-sup.dr/tds/TranscriptAvailabilityTimeframes.doc
Amanda,
The issue some of us are having is it is saying “we found a debt” then it says a debt that we know has been paid!
SteveI filed with Turbo Tax on 1/12. IRS accepted 1/13. WMR shows status as accepted. No DDD yet on IRS site but Turbo Tax has a deposit date of 1/25 thru 2/11.
I have a bluebird account as well great perks! We prefer it over our accounts at chase and bofa! No fees up to 10000 per Dd and up to 100k a year in total. The limit per Dd was 10k last year but they may have upped the limit since so many people use them now. I know the first year the were open my refund got rejected because they didn’t allow you to use it for government payments but a lot has changed in the last couple of years.
Exactly, but I just really, really think that that deferred date calendar is based on the one from last year, like a placeholder ,because they weren’t sure at that point what the dates actually would be. If you look at it, it’s laid out the same, but the dates are different, obviously. But it says deferred until that last Monday of the month. Of course, as always, we could all be so wrong, but I just have a good feeling it’s going to be tonight. It lines up with how things played out last year.
Searching for the transcript info now, I had it yesterday (when)
AmandaIf it does not say “we found a debt” then you should be good.
Based on the example, yes. The problems comes from the posting cycle….we don’t know if the March chart is updated or not if it is still on deferred day until Tuesday, as it shows. It can process, but can it post?
AmandaMy fiance has his offset each year and it has never changed the date he would normally get it. It has always been on time with everyone elses but ya never know.
OK, this is the part that I thought was so hopeful, because I’m comparing it to last year. Outputs from MF weekly, Cycle 201512 processing, will be transferred to the respective campuses by Friday March 27, 2015. These output files will be available for the weekend IDRS update on March 28 and 29, 2015 and be available on IDRS real-time on the morning of March 30, 2015.
I think what this means is that everyone who was accepted by 1:30 Thursday and fully processed by yesterday (right?) would update this weekend and it would be visible by IDRS, so by the tax reps (I think that’s their system) in detail, by Monday. I’m also wondering if when it becomes available to them, that’s when we’re able to see the transcripts.jcable2Get a American express bluebird card from Walmart. No fees and has $100,000 limit so no worries about the deposit being over limit.
JmacIt’s not THE real date key word “anticipated”
AnonymousDoes H&R Block use SBBT or do they use a different bank? This is my first year to use them.
Oh okay, I thought Iwanttoshop had already gotten a personalized DDD. I know last year my wmr didn’t update until about two weeks after I actually got my refund. Never mind I’ve got the point now..
Angela B.I e-filed my VA on 1/20 at the same time as Federal thru TA. It was accepted on 1/21 and I checked on 1/22 and had no info. I checked last night at 8:30 and it stated “your refund has been processed” I opted for the debit card this year so I am assuming as soon as I receive that and activate it my funds are available!
@iwanttoshop- where can you find the anticipated DDD date is this on your account with sbbt? Or is this with your tax software that’s telling you the date? Thanks so much!!
JmacLol lol everyone feb 6 is the default date everyone is using because it’s 2 and a half weeks after the IRS started processing, Feb 6 is not your real date
@iwanttoshop!!!!! Omg congrats maybe that’s why it was down earlier to update it? I think I’ll go check too!!!
AnonymousFiled 1/15 accepted 1/16, 1 bar, 152 topic, SBBT acknowledged my refund to be deposited Feb 6th.
I am hoping it comes before then!!!
mystryFiled on the 7th accepted on the 13th. One bar. No updates. My transcript isn’t showing either, so I guess I’m stuck waiting until about the 2nd to call to find out where it is. Some are saying there will be nothing before the 6th, some say this week? If it is the 6th, it would be over the 21 days for me.
Anonymous@aspis, I filed the 15th got accepted the 16th, it looks like they are going based on the 21 day cycle, but they said the IRS is depositing it on the 6th.
courtneyGuess no nc state refunds yet.
JamieHow are they checking to see if you have insurance, and what will be the penalty? Example I file HOH because I am separated and living not with my partner and won’t be dropped till we officially are divorced. So there was no reason for me to carry my own insurance. Also what is goimg to be the penalty. My friend who one made like 21-22k said she was expecting like 2300 to be taken out of her tax refund
MichaelNothing new today. We should see something next week. Hopefully
WALT CRANSTONmy va return was supposidly ,according to OLT ,THE PREPARER, accepted on 1/17.All the va wmr says is your return has not been sent, you can leave your email address and we will notify you of any change” noaccepted ,approved ddd or anything just that in red .anyone else?

The mobile Sbbt is down but this one works
AnonymousI’m not expecting to get anything from them anytime soon. They are being more cautious with security this year, so it may take a little longer.
tiffyAspis yes im getting the same thing on sbbt….I hope they are updating
January 24, 2015 at 1:47 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093790logcabnnutThese delays are nothing more than the ARROGANT and manipulative IRS trying to “flex their muscles” and show the country that they are STILL some kind of “almighty” entity after a year in which they got dragged in front of Congress for some questionable behavior. They have all year to prepare for this annual event and seemingly every year recently they are making more excuses for delays and inefficiency and the everyday tax-paying public are the ones mostly affected.
NishaHas anybody been approved with dates for Alabama. I file on the 20th and I’m still stuck on the first bar!
January 24, 2015 at 1:16 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093788creneeDoes anyone know of any other forums where people discuss tax refunds?

January 24, 2015 at 12:56 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093786bobbyI hope they update it soon.
Ms MitchMine keeps saying my information doesn’t match.
January 24, 2015 at 12:48 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093784NikI think everyone is stuck here still!!! I just read the email TA sent when my boyfriends were accepted:
“If you expect a federal refund, the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool will provide personalized information about your tax return beginning January 31st. The timeframe for issuing refunds will not begin before this date.”
I don’t know how much of that statement is a CYA thing for Tax Act or if they have some IRS information.
January 24, 2015 at 12:46 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093783bobby mcinvailleYou just read so many horror storys from it meaning you are getting reviewed to them needing to do some kinda identity check.
sueHas anyone got a ddd for NC state refund?
January 24, 2015 at 12:27 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093781BobbyYeah I just hope it is some glitch and we aren’t pushed back for filing early. This was my first year doing so and I do not plan to do so again honestly.
no movement yet on my nj state, filed 01/18…..accepted…waiting…..
KimI filed via TT on 1/22. Just checked SBBT and they haven’t received my refund yet.
KimI filed on 1/22 via TT online. Federal was accepted like an hour later, state was accepted overnight. TT is giving me DDD dates of 1/23-2/12 and WMR is still on the first bar, but I have the Tax Info 152 thingy. I’m hoping we see money this coming week, either federal or state (state usually deposits first).
January 24, 2015 at 12:06 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093777GailCrystal I totally understand, my comment was directed at someone that said it only updates once a week, which is not true. I remember when I was waiting last year it would update several times throughout the week.
January 24, 2015 at 12:04 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093776CrystalWMR may update more than once a week, but for me, in past years, WMR hasn’t always updated by the time I have got my return back.
January 24, 2015 at 12:01 pm in reply to: Anyone stuck on "Your refund is still being processed" #4093775GailOmg come on, WMR updates more than once a week. Once we see the first DDD’s you will see them all throughout the week.
