I filed 1/19 and was accepted 2 hours later on 1/19 with TT. I checked this morning and I have 2 bars and a DD of 1/29. As far as I can gather from reading on sites this was the first wave of DDs. I am sure by tomorrow some other of us 1/19ers will also have DD of 1/29. I am in NV and I process out of the UT center and they seem to move quick up there. I would think I would process out of the CA, but what do I know?! I remember last year people were early/later depending on where they were coming out of. I bet tomorrow a lot more of us will be posting happy DD.

The only pattern I am seeing, and idk about this…. But the people with fees paid up front seem to be getting ddd 1/29. Those who are having fees taken out are not? But it can still happen that they will get ddd 1/29 too, I have received my money before wmr has even moved from one bar in previous years.

Here’s a perplexing one. Yesterday I checked the WI site and I have a message that my refund will be dd by 1/31/16. It’s nice to have a general idea, but it’s a little vague. Nothing today, so i’m assuming tomorrow or Friday. Too bad the IRS isn’t as efficient as the state of WI.

Filed 1/23 in the afternoon, accepted less than 15 minutes later, woke up this morning to 2 bars and DDD of 1/29.

I’m surprised, we are never in the first deposit. We did it through H&R Block, did the PIN and DL#. No money yet, watching USAA account because they deposit when they get it.

Not sure if this means anything but, WMR for me has not updated since day one. But, TurboTax as informed me that my return was accepted. I filed on the 7th and was accepted on the 11th. I noticed while messing around on TurboTax website it says”Your Refund was deposited to” and showed my account information. Doesn’t say “Your refund will be deposited to”. Just something to consider. Anyways, good luck hope everyone gets their returns in a timely fashion.

@Kmill I’m a fellow TT filer also. Filed 1/11 accepted 1/12. No update to WMR. No email from TT. But I couldn’t order transcripts yesterday. I know because I had to keep putting in my old address (moved middle of last year) now it won’t accept my old address but I don’t know how they have my new one formatted as I have an apartment number. But SBBT will have your info because TT uses that bank to collect their fees. So once you filed, your info was transferred from TT to SBBT to await the refund for fee collection. Hope that helps!! Thats what i’m trying to figure out as well. I usually get my hrblock email before wmr updates. I’m in Oregon so I assume I go through the Fresno, CA processing center. I wonder if this has anything to do with it? I cant order any transcripts, have no ddd, and was accepted 1/19

Here is my question.

It is for my boyfriends taxes. he did not work for 7 years so this year is the first year he is filing. Claimed 3 dependents. Our child together and his 2 from his previous marriage…that is still going though the divorce proceedings. When we filed we were told to put him as Head of household since he was claiming the kids. 2 things I am worried about

1. 7 years no tax returns…is that going to effect the IRS at all or are they use to it and will it delay the refund.

2. Filing head of household still tech married but Legally Separated (They have been separated for years.) He did not include her anywhere on his taxes…will that effect it as well.

I know I should have filed the kids with me this year but I make way too much now.

If I filed on 1/19 and was accepted on 1/19 but I am still showing 1 bar and the 152, does that mean I am SOL on DD of 1/29? Or can they possibly roll out the update through the day? I have three guys at work that filed the same day/accepted same day and all of us still only have 1 bar and the 152. Thanks so much! At least some of us have some happy endings!

I was accepted 1/14. Filed with TT. I do not have a dd date and I cannot order transcripts, however the IRS usually does an update on Friday nights also, so maybe those of us who weren’t approved today will be in that batch. They can’t possibly process everyone all at once. I’m sure ours will be soon :)

I find it odd that people that were accepted 1/21 have DDD, while those accepted 1/11 do not. I understand open day officially was 1/19, but come on now. I am trying to find out if any of these following factors have any role in how refunds are processed, as far as order and/or update:

I filed on 1/11 and was accepted 1/12. My wmr bar still has not moved from accepted. The irs issues refunds on fridays so if we are not approved by this Friday the next friday date (feb 5th)will be beyond 21 days for anyone who was accepted on 1/12 1/13 or 1/14 so with that being said we should be seeing our refunds this week. Thank you! I got my transcripts last year as well, and I seem to remember I was an 05 too….but not positive. I got my return last year on 2/9 (Monday)—I have filed early the past couple years but I never end up in that first batch of refunds. I guess I should calm down and be patient!
