Sbbt has no information of me

This is the first year I had fees taken out. I filed with turbo tax. Accepted on the 19th but irstogo app shows accepted. But when I try to login to sbbt website says it can’t find me. Should I be worried or is this normal

  That happened to me few days ago an today finally shows 2/2/16 try again tomorrow I’ve been accepted since 1/12

  money can’t find my account yet either. ..and I remember last year it kept saying it too and once it did finally find my account then I was coincidentally approved by irs website.

  Hey I had the same problem. Just make sure you’re putting your info in exactly as it is on your return. Make sure you double check that you don’t hit the wrong keys by mistake.
