No transcript and WMR still has one bar

I’ve got EIC, AOG and I’m self-employed so I expect mine will take a bit longer. Keep in mind that those with simpler returns (1040 EZ) will go through the system faster, even if they filed after you.

But seriously, I’d appreciate being done with waiting already! ;)

@Memphismom I would give it until Friday morning. Don’t worry just yet. I filed on the 26th and just got my transcripts today. You would have probably already gotten a letter by now if there was a problem. Just hang in there and thing will work out!

***Update*** Just called the number on the 12c letter that I received 1-866-682-7451 and ext. 569 and I did not have any problem getting the lady to pull up my account, she was very nice, unlike most of the people at the irs. I told her what I had sent in and she said she would research my account. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and she verified that they had received all of the requested information by fax and that my return had started to continue processing and that no further information was required from me. I asked about a time frame and I was given what the letter stated 6 to 8 weeks at most, but I feel much better knowing that my fax was received and has been uploaded!!! I was so worried about it being lost in the shuffle. (I also posted this under Letter 12c)

I just talked to a tax advocate she said even though my return was accepted on 01/06 the IRS didn’t receive it until 02/09 to begin processing it. She said allow 3 wks. for it to be processed but I know it won’t take 3 wks. Its just a waiting game now! :(

@Christen – yes thank you. i was able to get 3 of 4 of the transcripts (not the records one i believe). I have the same cycle as you, but I also have a 570 code which apparently is a issue. I googled it, but it could be tons of reasons apparently.

@Rasten I filed and was accepted on Jan 30 at around 5:30a.m……. Wow you have me nervous now. She did say they would be able to expedite the refund and get the amount of the eviction to me.

She asked me how I got their number and stuff too…..Maybe I don’t sound believable. I really hate lying.LOL

I called on my state (Virginia) they mailed me a letter requesting additional info. I did have a change of address but nothing else changed.

Transcripts can update hourly based on info that is available at the time. If you have an offset you can expect a delay. If it is for federal taxes it can be one or two weeks. What you want to look for on your transcript is your cycle code. Mine is 20150505. Then you want to look for code 846

Any discrepancy in info can cause a delay. Since you can’t view your transcript you have no choice but to call. Hopefully you can get someone that is very helpful and nice. is your transcript blank or are you having issues retrieving it?

I’m just checking back in :) I filed 2/6/15 texted 1/2 hour later it was excepted Around 230.As of right now still no changes stuck on one bar with no deposit date yet. I don’t no how to try to access transcripts so haven’t tried. :) Good luck all!

Accepted 1/20 bar went missing Saturday. Went to look at transcript and got codes 150, 806, 766, 768 and finally 570!!! Says cycle 20150602… WMR site has tax topic 152 still. Isnt 570 a freeze? Or is it just a lame code for, it may take longer? Im confused! I do have child support offset and I added my 1 year old daughter that was born last Feb.. could this possibly be the reason for the 570?

Spoke with a nice lady at SBBT, she said if it shows ACH they sent the money to your bank, then once the bank processes it you will see a trace number,processing is up to your bank..

For those asking SBBT (Santa Barbara Bank and Trust) is the bank TurboTax uses when you have fees taken out of your refund.

No movement for me overnight. Filed 1/31 accepted seconds later. Only one WMR bar and can only see my account transcript but it has all zeros and says “as of 2/23/15”. I filed via Taxact and was apparently given a dead cycle code of “201503” Which I hope is the reason for the long wait. My refund is for slightly over $10k. Was able to access my zeroed account transcript as of last Thursday so I’m hoping that other people are right that it moves along one week after you can access your zero transcript.

My money hit SBBT and I had an offset from 2010 for a whopping$102.96.. Really folks a whole $103 dollars…. The state of Louisiana isn’t playing. LoL.
They got their money and it looks like tomorrow I’ll have mine. I’m taking some for Crawfish and the rest goes into my daughter’s savings account. I wish I had some exotic fancy plans but with our TOPS program bankrupt this year and next year’s return is the only way my child will get to ULL… Hope the rest of all get yalls too. Great question! Hope someone answers yes. I Too was rejected have mail date by 2-13. Hope it gets here sooner. From my understanding, they print daily and the by date is indicated because they do not know when my check will be printed and mailed. Wmr will update when it is sent.

I’ve been able to pull my account transcript for over a week now and I have no updates. All 0’s on transcript and no codes nothing on WMR either.

WMR only updates 1x a day. It’s likely your refund will deposit before all 3 bars do.

As long as the IRS is sticking to the same cycle code format as last year the codes can be broken down using the info below.

The 1st 4 #s = year, next 2 #s = cycle week, last 2#s = day of the week
Cycle weeks begin on Thursdays so the 1st Cycle week started on Thurs. Jan 8th, the 2nd cycle week would be Thurs. Jan. 15th, the 3rd would be Thurs Jan. 22 and so on.

The days of the week are only business days starting with Thursday as the 1st day of the cycle week and ending with Wednesday as the 5th day. The last 2 digits will always be one of the following depending on the day of your deposit.

01 – Thurs

02 – Fri

03 – Mon

04 – Tues

05 – Wed

So for cycle code 20150602 (for example): That should translate into Feb. 13th.

Sorry for this long winded explanation. Hope it helps.

I updated last night. All transcripts are Available. Cycle code 20150602 and 846. But wmr didn’t update at all.

Just advice for those who have account to login to check your transcripts:

I never had any problems with login until this morning when i entered my user name. It said didn’t match records and try again later. I realized my phone was on wifi and turned it off tried again and login went through no problem! Maybe if you’ve been using one browser or ip address and try another it recognizes..or maybe it was just magic

Anyone that banks with USAA and had fees taken out with sbbt have a deposit yet? SBBT shows my refund and fees taken out but no trace number and no deposit into my USAA acct yet. Since USAA usually posts direct deposits immediately I was hoping to see it today.

I have a cycle code of 20150505 my transcript codes are 150 806 826 and 971. I do know I have a federal tax offset. But I don’t know what the codes mean and when I will receive the balance of my refund. There is also a date on the transcript 02/23/2015

This is important!! If you’re checking SBB, make sure you use the primary filers SSN! I have been checking and checking, with no results. Immediately after checking the last time, I tried my husbands SSN and everything was there.

I called the fraud dept this morning after waitimg 30 minutes ugh. All the agemt did was had me verify my ssn and address, then told mey fumfs had been released and i would receive it 30 days from my filing date of 1/30/15.
Now the wmr has wemt back to the generic message.

I’m just concerned because Chase shows no pending deposits (I paid fees up front) and WMR still shows only two bars with a date of 2/11.

I wasn’t expecting the money until tomorrow so i’m not upset about that but I am concerned that the IRS hasn’t sent notification to my bank so I won’t receive a deposit tomorrow.

If there’s people who got their money with only 2 bars i’d feel better.

@Rasten okay I tried it again. The lady seemed to have looked up my return for me but didn’t tell me what wad going on. I’m thinking its nothing negative because I would think she would’ve mentioned it ( review etc). She knew exactly which forms we filed, and gave me a case number. Gosh I hate lying.

So do you think perhaps its just we’ve been put on the back burner and have yet to be processed? I told her I saw a message about ID theft and she didn’t confirm that was the reason.

Going by 20150602, the 6th full week of the year would be this week, and the 2nd day would be Friday, according to the numerous things I have read from other filers. If last year is any indication, & 03 is really Monday, then it was correct, because mine was 20140603 & I received my refund on Monday the 10th. That was the 6th full week of that year, and the “3rd” day (in IRS days anyway). Yes, it is very confusing, but I am really hoping it is correct! Mine says 20150602 this year as well! Just able to see that this morning. filed/accepted 1/29 (really accepted 2/2 I think).

I filed on 1/29 and accepted on 1/29. WMR still has yet to do anything. I am able to see 3 of the 4 transcripts (the record one i believe said no return on file or something).
