Mine was filed 1/19/2015 and accepted 1/25. No info on the webfile for income account I have. I used to do it on that site but I couldn’t this year so I used Taxact since I live in NH but work in MA.

I suppose I should see it by the end of the week.

BOTH Me and My Fiancee filed with TurboTax
I filed 1/19 at 1PM / My Fiancee filed 1/19 at 4PM
I was Accepted 1/19 at 1:44PM / She was Accepted 1/19 at 5:12PM
STILL 1 bar on WMR for both / Neither of our bars have disappeared
Both SBBT says expected 2/9

However, the last couple years SBBT said something like that as well (about 20 days out from when we filed) and we got ours on the 30th last year. Just like with TurboTax, how it says 21 days from the date you filed, and then gives you a date, SBBT typically receives funds within 20 days, so they put that..
So, with looking at ALL my past history and my fiancée’s, I am expecting everybody that filed 1/19 before the close of business or earlier to be getting refunds on the 30th. Last year, my WMR updated on the Weds (1/28) before my DDD (1/30).
That is how it has ALWAYS been for the first round of DDD’s, because even if you filed early, your refund won’t be processed until the first DDD’s which typically includes some returns filed on the 1st & 2nd day of the season.
Tax season starts, you wait for the first WMR update which it is always the following Weds (7-8 days) after Tax season starts, then the first DDD is always 2 days later on Friday. So we should see a WMR update with DDD’s 4-6AM Weds morning.. You WILL have your money on Friday (depending on your banks hold times)…

Then we will do all this worrying about the IRS “Taking longer than normal” and all of this impatience again next year because we love to get our money back and pay stuff off and buy things!!! What do they expect? I know It’s the only time of the year I have 8 grand all at once on top of my regular income.. Lol. :)

@Bryan go to the IRS.gov website and select “order transcript by mail” (online access is not an option this year). Choose type of transcript and tax year after entering your information as prompted. I hope this helps.

You can only get transcripts mailed so you can see the code until it arrives in the mail. By then you will likely have your refund. If you can order the account transcript then you at least know it was processed.

Mine still hasn’t and I was accepted on 1/15. Some people have put on here they can. I think it will update on WMR tomorrow.

Pattie…I have tried to research it and It seems like it could either be under review, or it has been flagged. When I called the IRS when I first seen it..one lady told me that there was nothing wrong, then another one me that it was going through a “perfection stage” and then yesterday I was told that they do not see anything wrong with it. So my fiancée filed her taxes the same day as me, right after me actually, on 1/19 at around 4PM. We used TurboTax.. Her WMR tracker has changed as things happen, but she has never gone into “Manual Review” like I have. Last night the WMR still said it was “Processing” her return, but when she went to her bank account (to check to see if our Netflix was paid) she saw a pending deposit for her return from the State of Oregon. This morning WMR is updated and funds are available… I am still sitting in “manual review”…

Her return was almost identical to mine!! Same daycare provider, same everything, she claimed her son.. The only difference is, this year, my son was a “qualifying child” but not a dependent because it is his mother’s year to claim him. That is literally the only difference in mine and my fiancée’s return. Apparently, I was told by TurboTax that they have had some issues and problems with their software this year when it comes to returns in the State of Oregon. Which is most likely why I was put on “Manual Review”..

Did all of you who are under “Manual Review” use TurboTax as well? If not what did you use? Did you have Dependents? Child Care? Just wondering..

@bryan – go to irs.gov, look in tools for the transcript option, fill in form, choosing return (first), then do it again choosing account. return should show your refund cycle (first set of digits is the week number and last 2 digits is the day of the week)

[example: last year, 0602 meant fri 2/13]

if you cannot order this year’s transcripts, your return hasn’t been processed/ddd still up in the air.

Just checked my bank statement from last year and my deposit was in my bank on Wed Feb 4, 2015 and if I remember correctly when I got home from work on Monday night the 2nd….. igmr was going bonkers with DDD’s and thats how I found out. So it updated sometime on the 2nd and I was an early filer. I filed on the 7th of January with TT and accepted on 16th. Hope this helps. Im always an early filer but always got it the first week in Feb.

My NYS refund was received early last week and today when I checked on the status it says it needs further review and may take up to 90 days.

Has anybody had this happen before? What does it mean? I can’t imagine why it would be flagged, my return has been the same for the past four years and it’s pretty standard.

Y’all be careful with these fake posts and the links they’re adding . IRS tightened security system for our benefit so the fraudulent people are trying new ways to steal our refunds. IRS did start a week early therefore refunds will start being issueed a week early I.e. 1/29/16 Feb 5 was the original start date.

Hey (trust no one) , mine has said that my federal was deposited to my account and such as well…I noticed it right away when I was accepted on the 11th. I think it’s just because we were in the test batch. I have no pending transactions and it’s never changed. I think it will just stay that way til it’s actually deposited. Kind of mis leading for sure. I’m banking on this Friday for me which means it will post to my bank on wed. But for those with netspend may see it straight away….who knows. I’m just guessing :/ hope I’m right lol

I filed my Ohio taxes 1/17 with tt and my taxes are still pending.so I just went to ohio.gov and filed online there,so I will see now how and if the finally get accepted. I just thought I would chime in after several days of browsing here. I filed early and was accepted on 1/14/16 like many of people here. I am only on the first bar on the IRS website and their refund app thing. I filed using the free version of TurboTax which also says I was accepted on the 14th. When u look at the time line it says my refund will be here between the 19th and the 5th of February I think it was . But strangely when I click back from there it brings me to a page that shows my refund amount and then it goes on to say it was deposited into my bank account and it shows my routing and account info. I just noticed this for the first Time this weekend so I’m not sure how long it’s been that way but it’s obviously a bug in their program. I’m inclined to believe it’s a glitch because like everyone else I haven’t received my money and TurboTax stills says 0% of people have gotten theirs either. I sure do hope it shows up sooner than later as I am waiting to move across country until it does. I’m ready to bounce! Anyway I’m not one to speculate but if I had to guess I’m thinking most early filers will recieve their refund by Friday of this week instead of it being delayed til next week. Most of what I have read over the past week seems to indicate that’s how it will play out. So it will be soon! I have faith in the IRS system this year.

Now the REAL reason I chimed in. This guy posting under the alias “Refund Wanter” is not to be trusted. I have been keeping up on his constant posting and it’s all bull$H! T. Normally I wouldn’t care, especially enough to post in a forum . Quite honestly, He has provided me with some good laughs from his post and even from some of the responses to them from other people. So much ignorance and hatred. Its been great. Haha BUT Now that he is advising people to go to these websites I wanted to give my advice to people and recommend not doing this. I’ve seen many scams and people who fall for them and its not worth the risk. Don’t lose your refund to some pricks scam because you were impatient. It will be here soon. Refunds haven’t been delayed for early filers. Most of us will have our refunds in a few short days. Thats not to say every person who filled early will have them soon, sadly there is no guarantee especially when it comes to money and/or the government. But most of us will. Be patient! Trust NO one!! And good luck everyone!! ?
