So, how’s it going?
4 weeks ago tomorrow, my ctc portal updated to enrolled. I have not received a payment.
My husband is getting this message but mine says a check will be mailed the 6th.
yes, I have the take action, contact us, reference code 1541. Had it for weeks now. F/A 1/29.
By law they have to hold it for 6 months in case an injured spouse claim form is filed but i don’t see how that is possible since you said he’s single. They must’ve been holding it cause he filed with someone else.
I have the 570 code but we filed an injured spouse form with ours.
Our ddd on 4/03 was rejected because it was in my husbands name only and now we have the take action call 1800 whatever ext 362 number for question or more info and reference 1121 when calling. When I called last week the reps I spoke to said that our refund wasn’t supposed to be deposited until the 8th.
I’ve been trying to view my transcripts online but everytime I do it tells me to call the ispu number. Have called them twice and still can not access it. The last person I talked to said she was going to make a refferal which would take 30 because I have not had any id theft issues and have even checked my credit reports for all 3 credit bureaus recently and nothing is wrong with them. So idk why it keeps telling me to contact that number.
Yes, finally today after being on hold for 2 hours, I got a copy of our transcript from the ISPU department. He mailed it out to me. I asked if I could view it online and he said no I just mailed it out to you. So I have to wait 7 to 10 days before I will be able to view my transcript. When trying to view it online it keeps telling me to call the ISPU department even though I called them today.
