But how can it be an advanced date of “as of”. I updated today only in the account transcript 2023. I only have 2023 in wages and act transcript. The only thing that appeared was as of date 3/11/24. I filed 2/17 and accepted 2/19. That’s 21 days give or take a Sunday. Last year I was accepted 2/20 and had an as of date of 3/13. I firmly believe it’s their own way of saying we have to pay you before that “as of date”. 21 days.
Do updates happen all day today for weekly? I’m 20240405 and still no update on transcripts.
it’s weird I’m usually 03 or 04, but this year I was switched to 05. So happy to finally have a date. Stuck on “still being processed” for a week, but kept tax topic 152, never a notification to verify. I’ve seen somebody have that same message on where’s my refund, but they’re tax topic disappeared. Not sure if that matters at all?

Received 971 today. Called IRS, they said I was one of the ones flagged for verification. They told my to check my taxes and if everything is correct to leave them as they are and if I need to change something file an amended. That it can take up to 120 days to resolve. Taxes done by HRB called them & verified all info is correct… I feel like it is just a way to help off set the backlog on ITS part.Updated this morning to 971 date of 3/11 with $0.00. Now my as of date changed to 3/11 but my processing date still shows 3/4. How do I figure out how often I update? I’ve seen people say they cycle daily and some weekly. WMR still shows delayed.
If you got a transcript change today then wmr should update tomorrow. It’s usually a day later. I still have yet to see any changes since I filed. But good luck to those of you who have!
Just called IRS he said there an “action” on my acct that had already been resolved a few days ago and to continue to check WMR and transcripts should update within a few weeks. My acct did not need to verify he said So just the generic answers as usual and keeping checking. Ugggg
@jay-b Nothing yet. However, when I talked to the agent, she did say that there was a delay. There are no updates on my transcript. It still says N/A and the WMR still says “still processing”. I have seen in the past, where are updates on Sat. and Sunday. I hope everyone get there’s. I will update once mines change.
Filed and accepted 2/7. Still no update to transcripts. I am a weekly cycle code-05. Not a path-er. Just a little nervous though wondering why it has taken so long to update transcript! Wmr still shows tax topic 152

My WMR is still on one bar. However, in the last 3 years, my WMR didn’t update at all until AFTER I received my refund. So in my experience it has been useless to me these last 3 years.Got my codes backwards meant 570 is dated 2/26 and 971 is dated 3/4 im so frustrated lol
Updated to 971 code dated 3/11/24. No letters received. It’s infuriating that when you owe money, they’re very timely lol disappointed the tax advocate was useless and chastised us for relying on a tax refund to survive. I’d rather not have to rely on this money to get ahead, but alas, here I am. Reached out the local reps office and they’re sending me release forms, and will assist as much as they can to move this along. Keep hoping it’ll update on its own to 571 with refund date.

I’ve called the irs twice and get the same answer that I have to wait due to being selected for review. Wmr still has path msg. Hoping to update 😩Two years ago I had a 570 with a 971. I got my refund 5 days before the date on the 971. I got the letter after my refund was already in my account. Hoping for the same situation this year. Happy for everyone who is getting this resolved quickly and updated to the 846!

So you were advised you needed to verify? I have never had to do that and never received a letter except the 1462 I think it was stating that I logged on to my transcripts. I filed and accepted 1/29 eic ctc. My tax topic 152 disappeared about a week or so after filing on wmr and as of date just keeps changing on transcripts. So frustrating because it has never done this before

Has anyone else not seen a transcript update?? I have the basic codes but not 846 and my cycle code suggests I update on Thursdays. Do the updates happen all day long??

I filed my taxes on 1/22/24 , mine were accepted on 1/24/24 and im still waiting. I don’t think WMR is accurate
Were still waiting on ours. But our son filed and it took them a week to send his tex return to him.
We go to the same person every year to file.
This morning the app keep kicking me back to the log page with out any updates or errors. They sure can take it faster then giving it back at this point its been 4 weeks..and nothing not even a update

@lmc849 me too! And I have faith it will! I’ve also seen peoples transcripts on FB where they had 570 & 971 3/4 or 3/11 and updated today with 846. It’s the same nonsense every year with irs, whether it’s with you personally or seeing someone else go through it. In 2021 I got my taxes 3/31, no 570, no 971, they seriously just took their sweet time even with covid still around
Jimmie- my transcripts updated to 846 but my wmr changed to a delay in processing. Hoping it updates tonight.
@Elizabeth Fingers crossed we follow that same trend this go round!! I’m trying my best to stay patient and hopeful for a quick and easy resolution but sheesh, it’s hella hard right now lol
Mine just says it should be there by February 27. if not there by March 3 to call my bank. So I have no idea on when my will drop

I never even received a letter because nothing was wrong, they were simply backed up and I got put in the bottom of the stack.The wmr tool will most likely update tomorrow morning.

Mine is the exact same. 2 bottom transcripts say 2023 but are blank with as of date 3/11. Top 2 still sat na. I called Tuesday and she let me verify online without the letter. But nothing has changed on my account, still says I need to verify so I’m wondering if she actually verified me. I’m gunna try to call again today and see if they will let me verify again and they should be able to let me know if I’m already verified.Still no info on transcripts. As of date changed from 3/4/24 to 3/11/24 what does that mean and why??? This is second time it changed, it was 2/26/24 then changed to 3/4/24 now 3/11/24. WTH!!
I had 570 for a week also ,then this morning I updated to the ugly 971 with 3/11 🤷🏽♀️ I just don’t know anymore! This is ridiculous honestly. I’ll come back on here once I receive this famous letter. Good luck everyone that is still waiting and congratulations 🎉 to all who have updated to the magic 846!!

Had 570 for a week, this morning updated to 571 (issue resolved) and 846 with DDD of 2/27/24.
For y’all that got an update today on transcript, do you have your WMR as still being processed or it has moved to the second bar( Approved).
I got a DDD date but status is yet to change from still being processed.
