File 2/12/2021 but accepted the same night a few ours later IRS they said that they got it 2/16
Had 1 bar from 2/12 to 3/6
3/6 bar and TT disappeared stayed that way from 3/6 until 3/23 still processing and date when available
Call IRS told no errors just wait 10 weeks
3/24 TT back and amount disappeared just said tax period 12/31/2020 still processing and date when available
Today 3/26 bars back DD of 3/30

IF THE IRS WOULD SAY WHEN THEY ARE RELEASING THE NEXT WAVE OF DD. PEOPLE WOULDN’T WORRY OR BE CALLING THEM .
NO REFUND AND ONLY GOT 1/2 MY STIMULUS. i MEAN COME ON

Filed married jointly with one dependent. I got my half today as where my payment said but on where my payment for my husband it say date will update. Why not together as the first 2 times???
I MEAN JUST SOMEONE FROM THE IRS EXPLAINING WHAT IS GOING ON WOULD SAVE THEM PHONE CALLS!

My Where’s my refund still have 1 bar no changes there!
Can not see Transcripts no on line access.Guess the question is now @Jenn do we waste are time calling the IRS to see if we can get more Info or just keep waiting! Single mom in a car wreck in Dec and have not been able to work related to injuries since. Has used all my saving paying the bills the last few months! Need my refund until I get back to work after my broken leg heals. If I would of known using look back would delay I just wouldn’t of used it!
I sure hope thats not true 6 months if people knew that they wouldn’t of used the look back I am sure. I was never told that when I prepared my taxes that is something that should of popped up when they asked if you wanted to use it!
On one of these forums someone said that their tax person said that it could cause a 6 month delay for people using look back! Was anyone else told this information! Sure hope they were told the wrong information!

Files 1/27 accepted same day 0705 processing date 3/2 no movement at all e-filed with IS form!
My daughter has a DDD date of 2/18 so i guess Wednesday is not the only day the do DDD. BTW her refund as in her checking account this morning. Hope that helps!

Hi Carissa! I know this is your post from 2017 but can you tell me what happened when you got the 840 code because have it this year! how long until you got your refund??
filed 1/22 and still waiting!
It means join the rest of us that have been waiting forever for there refund! I filed 1/22 and have “still” and guess what still waiting!
05 at the end of the cycle date is a weekly update not daily!

From what I have read they don’t have to pay you interest until 45 days after April 15th which gives them until the end of May before they have to start paying interest! And you have to claim it as income and pay taxes on any interest you earn next you when you file taxes!
Not every year but 3 years in a row most of the time you have to do ID verify and they should of giving you a code to use to file with your return for this year and next year then you don’t have to do the ID Verify! The code does that for you! Just my experience!
When I needed a tax advocate a few years ago it still took other 30 days after I got an advocate.
My WMR went from still processing with no refund amount and tax code to still processing with refund amount and no tax code anymore! I am not sure what that means but I still wait! Filed 1/19/2019 accepted 1/22/2019.
Sorry to hear this! When I had ID verifications a few years ago. Even after I did the phone call I had to get a tax Advocate to get my refund and still didn’t get it until 4/14. And It messed up my taxes refunds for the next 2 years after that!
So, What I know of the “Still processing” statement is that it may take more then the 21 days to get your refund! My says “still processing” but I filed injuried spouse this year! A few years ago I had this as well and had to do ID Verify two years in a row. All 3 times I have had this my return took more then the 21 days but not much longer! Just what has happened to me!
