Well I am still waiting!! F/A 1/30 still nothing! No letters tax topic 152. My 8 weeks was up 3/30. Since IRS said that there was a glitch in system during transmission and it would take that long to process. Oh well hopefully I will get one day. Received NC state friday
This is just a crock of shit!!! F/A 1/30 turbo tax. Tt 152 and still processing this morning. Was told by IRS that it went to errors department and to give it 8 weeks. Well 8 weeks was 3/30. Received no letters!! Transcript still N/A!! I am so frustrated bc I can not get a mumbet to call the IRS. At least my state finally moved to refund accepted a couple days ago. . Just wish that I could at least call and talk to someone at IRS 😢

Thick’s year I did thru turbo tax. Received a letter from my senator here in NC today to mail back a dorm for me to fill out for advocate and to let him know my problem with IRS

No I did not have to verify anything at least that is what I was told. No letters at all. They just told me that it was an error during transmission. The only thing I see in return transcript is N/A but account and wage has 2019 and when I open account it just says as of February 24 2020 no return filed and same on wage
My account transcript is available and wage just not return Transcript. My account transcript has no codes but an as of date of February 24 2020!!! So guess I will get lucky one day

I called state and they said no red flags just call back after April 12 th if I haven’t received my refund. So state does not see any issues. Just no problems in the past with returns. Maybe it is an error issue I just hope they resolve it soon. I did here from other forums that there was a major glitch at the beginning of the tax season.
No update!! Filed accepted 1/30 Irs stated that it went to Errors department bc turbo tax. Whatever !! At this point do not know what to believe. No credits. N/A transcript no NC state refund neither. Was told it would take 8 weeks to process and fix the problem from time I efiled so if no change next week will be calling first of next week

Oh and still processing tt 152. Never no transcript codes for me bc N/A still. Called turbo tax told them they will not be debuting my $190 from my account . Lady said they would push back my date from 4/3/20 to see if my refund will come. Said I would get another email. Well no email so I will be calling them again today!!!
So I filed 1/30 no child credits nor EIC. Self employment thru Turbo tax ( which was my first mistake). Talked to several IRS agents they all tell me same story that there was a problem during transmission and my return went to Errors department. Told me 8 weeks to process which will be end of March. I am still waiting. This is just ridiculous. Saying my taxes did not transmit why then not tell me to amend them??? Going to call in the morning to see what is going on. This is just stupid. State still processing as well. I think if tthere was an error they would tell you. No letters or shit

Funny how I have not received a letter just get the same message from IRS stating that is has to be fixed and it is correcting itself and can take 8 weeks. I have a question about the account transcript. Seeing is my return is N/A but my account transcript has an as of date February 24 2020. Not sure what that means bc down below it says no returned filed. I was accepted 1/30 still processing. I am just wondering g what the as of date means? Any suggestions??????? Hi@. I was accepted 1/30 no credits. Still processing tt 152. I was told a couple weeks ago that my return was not transmitted correctly theu turbo tax and it was being corrected. Lady at irs said no letters and it could take 8 weeks to process. I am in NC and still no state refund either. Will call Monday to see if they can give me an update

Transcript still says N/A. Never received no letter and she told me she did not see any letters being sent. So I guess I will just wait until end of month see what happens. My state is still processing to. I am in NC

Same here. Accepted 1/30 thru turbo tax. 2 weeks later still processing tt 152. Called irs said no issues. Waited over a week ago irs told me that there was an issue during transmission and it needed to be corrected and it could take up to 8 weeks to process. Called tax advocate to see if she told me same and she told me it was correcting itself and it was processing.
Anyone used self employment from turbo tax being told it was not transmitted other than me? Accepted 1/30 IRS stayed thawed was an error with transmission so it will take 8 weeks to process. Anyone else????
All I know is turbo tax can shove that email right up their ass!! Will be calling them this morning. I will NOT pay them the $190 they want to deduct from my bank account! I am sorry that I ask a STupid question like what does as of date means on my account transcript! I also want to know answers to. I thought that what this forum was for was to get some kind of help. If I knew the answer I would never ask. Sorry I asked. I am just trying to get answers that is all.

So I waited to after 21 days called back and lady told me that turbo tax did not transmit my taxes and it has to be corrected. So my niece received her refund yesterday and she got a letter from IRS today saying she owes them $3000.00. They are reviewing a lot this year and comparing to other years. So don’t be surprised to be paying back .
Where are y’all finding these 2020…. codes at? My transcript shows N/A. But my account t transcript is up so g as my wage account . Which both say no return filed but on my account transcript it has an “as of date February 24 2020. What is trat as of date on my account transcript??????

I just got off the phone with tax advocate to see if what lady at IRS told me was the truth about the transmission from Turbo tax not going thru. She actually told me about the same thing . She told me that my return is still processing due to a delay from the transmission and it is correcting itself and that it usually can take up to 6 weeks bc the process is a lot longer. She saw no issues just that my return is correcting itself and processing
So I just called to check on my state taxes as well (NC) to see if there was a transmission error and there was not they have my return and it is still processing. The man did tell me that this year the IRS have more forms that they have to review this year . In the past was only 3 forms and now it is doubled . They are looking and reviewing our taxes to avoid fraud issues. So of course this new format is going to take a lot longer to process.
I tried to contact turbo tax but of course they are closed. I am in NC and they open 7 pacific time. Will try back in a few hours
I paid turbo tax $230 for them not to transmit my return! I mean if what they told me was true. I just can not understand how this could be happening. There are to many issues . I know IRas said my glitch was a transmission error. That they did not get my return like they were suppose to. Anyway I will be contacting Turbo tax tomorrow to see what they tell me.

I am not saying that Turno tax messed up everyone’s return. All I know is that I have no child or earned income credits and for some reason my taxes were taking a long time. Every time I called they were seeing no issues. No letter , nothing wrong. So I finally talked with a lady who found that a few cases were that the transmission on some returns do to certain software did not transmit correctly. We do personal / business and we have several deductions.
I tried that and the ext would not let me get theu so I had to go the pressing 1 then 2 …etc . I talked to a very nice woman who actually looked and found out what my issue was. Now I know it was Turbo tax and not me!!!!

You can request online at IRS.gov. You will need a credit card or auto loan or mortgage to verify your identity online but it is faster. That is how I got mi e.
How do you know if you are a weekly update?? I am seeing up here where some are saying they are weekly updates. The lady at IRS told me over the phone they update every night and there are no major updates during the week. No Wednesday nor Saturday updates they update every night. I am just wondering what to believe. She also told me to stay away from Internet forums 🤣 🤣
