You are missing something on your return. You will need to wait for the letter or call. It was nothing to do with the path. You will not update until you respond to what the IRS needs.
My Delay Status is still there, but my transcripts updated with an 846-deposit date of 2/22/2024. so, I hope that give everyone hopes!
I received this message also, from what I read it’s mean errors and IRS will take to fix them or you will receive a letter if they can’t fix them. That’s what it says on IRS site.
Sorry, you need to see 846 code that means you are processed, 971 means a letter was sent.
Update: Turbo tax didn’t ask for mine 1095-A. Filed 1/30/2020, faxed paperwork 3/2/2020. Finally transcript update with 3/25/2020 DD.
Faxed my forms on 3/2/2020, still waiting. Filed on 1/30/2020 transcript N/A.
Filed 1/30/2020, one bar only, never got the PATH, 2/18/2020 bars disappeared “still processing”, called 2/28/2020 said my return was in error dept. missing 1095-A form letter was sent. Faxed both forms needed on 3/2/2020. Still can’t see transcripts -N/A, no movement at all.
Please keep updating on your end with this problem?

Good luck, last year I didn’t get my return until July, this year TT didn’t have me send Health 1095-A, so I’m held up on that. Hope its is not July again!!
Faxed mine 1095-A/8962 in on 3/10/2020, no letter came just fax to # giving to by IRS Rep.
no update yet.I called IRS also, simply didn’t process my return. stated most EIC didn’t start processing until Feb. 18th should get an update this week or next. Some boat as all off you filed 1/30, no PATH every showed went to being process to still processing, no 152 code or bars. transcripts are all NA except wages but should no return filed. So hung in there we should update soon.
I just spoke to IRS agent, because I was still processing a refund will be provided at a later date. A real nice guy took a look at my refund at told me I was not done processing yet. That is why my transcripts say NA. Most of the rest off us should update this week, only the first batch got DD. So hope this helps!
