Any thing new TT filers I’m still at accepted since 1/24/14.pls tell me something
Oh it also shows the processing date of 2/24/14 how can that be?
So l looked at my transcript and it shows refund issued 3/3/14 how can it show issued if it is not even march yet? It shows that there was a home-buyers credit repayment of 250.00 which changed the amount of my refund…The tax place that did this did not tell me this..Should they have not known?
I’m actually in the same boat. DDD 2/12, wmr says sent, but I did not use SBBT. Mine is going straight to a walmart moneycard (that makes me nervous-I should have used regular bank account…don’t trust them!) and customer service said this morning nothing has been sent by IRS yet. I’m super frustrated as all of us are. I wish there was some kind of explanation. I’ve never had a delay like this.
WMR site full bars as of 2/12/2014…..called hr block emerald card rep said irs has not released funds…sooooo…i pulled my transcript and it says funds sent 2/24/2014
Keep in mind that Monday is a bank holiday so those of us expecting a return this coming week may be off by a day. I looked at my transcripts from past years and compared them to when I got my deposit and it is in line with the time frame referenced above. That being said, I wouldn’t write checks or make transactions planning on the money being there because the IRS has been really wonky this year. The procedures of your bank or money card will also factor in. My transcript just came up today without the * next to the date, but the WMR still only shows it as received. I think the transcripts are more accurate and updated more often (it still had an * and was unfiled this morning) so I trust that more than I trust the WMR.
It’s not only SBBT. My DDD was 2/12. Woodforest National Bank has no record of it pending. WMR says that it was deposited. Used hrb to file. Will try to get in toouch with someone on Monday.
I filed on 2/2 via TurboTax and got a date quickly that I should expect to receive funds on 2/12. Well 2/12 has come and gone and still nothing. Of course I didn’t have the funds upfront so I have the fees being taken out of my refund. I check the irs site WMR and it says that funds were sent 2/12 and if I don’t have by 2/17 I should check back. I checked SBBT (as it seems many of you have) and they have absolutely no info. All it says is that refund has not been received. Seems a bit puzzling. Now this is not the first time I’ve gone this route but trust me it will be my last. I hope the rest of you waiting get your funds soon. I am giving it until Monday before I start calling IRS & SBBT.
I still don’t understand how some people I know that used TurboTax and had a date of 2/6 acutally received it on 2/7 with no problem. Will keep you all updated.
Finally. at last got ddd for feb 18
The code 20140705 means that was the day it was processed. Your DDD date is four business days from that date. So the processed date was 02/13/14, the DDD date will be Wednesday, 02/19/14, if this information is correct.
I have a dd of 2/12 the irs website said it was sent to my bank on the 12th talked to hr block bank and they said they they haven’t received no money from irs and I should have my refund no later then the 25th
Also, SBBT brought up “the estimated 21 day timeframe to get the money from the IRS”. Leads me to believe that they are holding the money until that 21 days is up (from the time the return was accepted).
Wow, it is funny that this appears to only be a problem with people using SBBT. I just spoke to their customer service and they claim that they have not received it and that basically the IRS is lying. Hmmm, so the IRS is only lying to the people who used SBBT? I will NEVER use that service again.

WMR says that my deposit was sent on 02/12 but SBBT is saying that they have not received it yet. I want to know what the issue is. Any answers can help.

I don’t know if it helps any but I mailed my previous year’s taxes in 2 weeks before I efiled, way late I know.
Still the previous year’s taxes aren’t showing up in the transcripts.
I filed on the 31st and still have one bar. I was able to check transcript and provided a cycle code of 20140605 and then these codes:
570 Additional account action pending 02-24-2014 $0.00
971 Notice issuedI am aware that I do owe IRS because I received a letter stating that I did owe some money, not a lot. Could the 570 code mean that they are holding the refund until they take their cut? I did owe some money last year as well and they took their cut but I have never had a 570 code until this year. Any insight would be appreciated.
I have an offset coming but when I looked at my transcripts, it says the entire amount will be refunded. No mention of an offset. Any chances I’m actually getting a refund?
My cycle date is 20140705 as well and we still don’t have our refund either!! I am confused now I thought the transcripts were accurate?

I have a BB&T money accout (prepaidcard) DD 2/12/14 and it has not posted yet…Anybody else with this type os account
I filed on Feb 5th, Still no changes on WMR. I am able to order all transcripts electronically as of today. (not sure what significance that has? anyone know?)
My cycle code says 21040705. Which according to the information above is 2/13/2014. I still do not have my refund yet. Are these the correct dates?
@ Sharon, incorrect, if you owe federal agencies, it would be taken from your return by the IRS and they will send you a notice in the mail explaining which and what agencies it was. But if you were given a DDD, then that part has already happened (or been deducted if you owed it). The DDD means, we have sent the FINAL BALANCE to your account.
And obviously SBBT has it in a pile because they have half the workers they needed to make it happen successfully.filed Jan 21st.. Accepted Jan 27th. Processed Feb 8, DDD sent Feb 12. Was showing DDD sent 2/12 on the WMR on 2/10.
SBBT doesn’t have it yet “IRS hasn’t sent to us yet.” as of today. They told me they update all day long, and to keep checking up until midnight tonight EST. This is obviously a lie, Federal Reserve guarantees a deposit in 48 hours from sending, and IRS sent it 2/12 at the latest.
SBBT definitely is behind, they probably have recvd way more than they have the staff available for to process. So they are probably waiting somewhere in a pile (not in teh system yet) to be put into the system. That is why they all say “we don’t have it yet” because they actually think they don’t.
VERY FED UP THIS YEAR THE WORST. I will def file turbotax next year again and pay upfront!! no SBBT! everyone that paid upfront 100% have their funds from 2/12.So when should I expect refund? 2/18 is a mailed date. #confused
Updated to 3/3 but still 000’s.
Lost the * this morning by the 2013 and record of transcript shows 2013 now too instead of n/a.

Nope. Not yet. My ddd says 2/18 if mailed, but within 5 days if dd. When should I expect?
If you file Form 8379 separately, please be sure to attach a copy of all Forms W-2 and W-2G for both spouses, and any Forms 1099 showing federal income tax withholding, to Form 8379. The processing of Form 8379 may be delayed if these forms are not attached, if the form is incomplete when filed, or if you attach a copy of your joint tax return.
Where you send it to is based on where you would send your normal taxes to which I believe you can find at http://www.irs.gov/uac/Where-To-File-Addresses-for-Tax-Professionals. It can also be found in the 1040 instructions I think. I did the exact same thing last year and it took an additional 8 weeks to get some of my money back.
I was an early filer and accepted on 1/26 and on the WMR its STILL saying “processing” I was able to view my transcripts 2 days ago but Ive yet to receive a refund or a DD.
Ive been reading and researcing all day the last 2 days and from what it seems like (from my own opinion) people who filed before the 31st are all having issues. I did my boyfriends taxes the 1st of Feb and he received his return on the 10th and then my co worker also filed the 1st of feb and received hers on the 6th. Ugh how annoying is this.
I just wish I had an IDEA of how long this “glitch” is putting of my return. Blah!
Today is the 14th, 8:22am CST and still nothing. I was a 2/12er as well. WMR updated around 12:30am on the 13th to show that the deposit was sent to the bank on the 12th. There is no pending deposit and the bank hasn’t seen it. I double checked my direct deposit information on my return to make sure the info was correct and it is. I don’t think I owe any money to any federal agencies, if I do I haven’t been informed of such anyway. The WMR site says to wait until the 17th and then contact your bank but I don’t understand why it would take 5 days from the day they claim to have sent it to when the bank would see it. Are they sending it via carrier pigeon? I guess I’ll keep checking and if it isn’t there Monday the 17th I’ll contact the bank again. After that I don’t know who to contact. The IRS seems like they don’t want to be bothered with inquiries about tax returns. You know if I owed them money and I didn’t pay it by a date they set I would owe late fees and interest. Wonder if I can charge them the same fees? I also wonder if it’s because I’m not a registered democrat and obama is using the IRS against non-liberals again? Wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Patience is a virtue right? Right?
Anyone get their Wisconsin refund today? I was accepted on Feb. 3rd and still nothing???

So today is now the 14th, WMR still shows refund sent on 2/12, still no deposit. Now the SBBT says didn’t receive your refund as expected check back in a week from now. I don’t think it is coming. If you owe any Federal agencies it may have been taken as an offset.
No change for me either at 6:38 a.m. cst
Update: No change to WMR, or transcripts, no DD.

Hey there. So I filed with turbo tax, the refund was approved and I received a DDD of 2/12/14. (Which was wednesday) The IRS website WMR tool finally changed from accepted to sent (your refund was sent to your bank on 2/12/14) and this was last wednesday night like 10 pm. Now today (Thursday 2/13) I checked my bank online to see if anything was in there. NOTHING. Two questions. There was a state of emergency for today because chris cristie is fat and we got like 3 inches of snow so I’m guessing my horrible bank (Santander aka Sovereign bank) was closed due to the lousy 3-4 inches of snow we got. You think it will be in there tomorrow? One more question. I used to have a checking account with that bank but since I was locked up last year I couldn’t keep up with paying for my car insurance so due to returned item fees, insufficient fund fees, ect., they just closed my checking account but my savings account is still there on the website and has a positive balance. I had my return deposited in my savings account. Will they just take my entire refund due to owing fees from my checking account that I had no control over? If it is not there in the morning I will storm over to the bank and demand to speak with a supervisor or a manager. If anyone has any advice from personal experience I would greatly appreciate it, thanks so much.
i checked the sc state refund website it say deposit set for 2/14 …does that mean i get a ach that day or around that time…also would it show that if i had a state offset?
Holy crap!!!!! I finally got an update. For reference, I filed thru turbo tax on 1/26. It was accepted 1/29. Up until now I have only had one bar and TT152 and nothing on transcripts.
2013 still has an * and non filing letter in it. Record of transcript has n/a where 2013 should be. I have an 846 code for refund issued and cycle date of 20140705, which now I need to look up and see what ddd that means.
Oh and I was a 2/24.
That happened to my boyfriend also. I filed his taxes on the 3rd with HR block. Got the text that they were accepted and confirmation number. On Monday the bar went away and it just says it is processing and tax topic 152. I technically filed on the 4th because it was after midnight and used taxact. I don’t which one made the difference but I got my refund on Wed. I can’t even log in to try to get his transcripts because it says the information doesn’t match the most recent return and I know it does. I have never had this happen before. I am starting to worry now that I can’t log in to get his transcripts. I am hoping it is a glitch but this waiting, worrying not knowing is making me old.
How do you know you are receiving a check in the mail? My boyfriend’s bars disappeared around the same time as yours. All his says is it is processing and tax topic 152. I tried to get transcripts and it locked me out. It said the info didn’t match the latest return and I know it did. So where did you see that you were getting a check? I would be happy to know that they were going to do something besides leave him in return purgatory.
I’m still confused……I filed 1/18, accepted 1/26, got a ddd for 2/6. My bars said it was sent to my bank ut never came…then suddenly on 2/8 my bars disappeared and all I get when I check daily is “we have received your tax return and it is being processed”. My transcript says my cycle date is 20140601. No errors -nothing to indicate anything. The transcrpit hasn’t changed…
I called the irs and they told me nothing also.As of 9:31 pm CST there is no change “still processing”
I bank with Bank of America. DD 2-12, WMR says was sent to bank yesterday. Bank has nothing and doesn’t see anything processing through ach either. Very very frustrating
I paid for a fast return (7-14 days to process) and was accepted on the 31st, website showed as received and 21 days to process with the first bar on the 6th, then all of a sudden on the 7th my bars disappeared and is saying still processing and I will receive a deposit day once available. I am suppose to receive a check in the mail. If anyone has any news or information about this I would greatly appreciate it!!!
Hi there, I am new to your plight, just discovered my husbands taxes that I in no way contributed income too, got completely offset due to my old student loans. We got married a few months ago, and frankly I am lost on this.
I already efiled, was approved, and money taken, I am about to mail off this injured spouse form but I was wondering what do I have to send with it if I already efiled. Also does anyone know where to send it too, the irs has a few addresses and its just making my brain swim in circles.

Sooooo….. after trying for weeks with the numbers listed throughout these forum in hopes of getting someone Live to speak to about my refund, I tried a method that I have yet seen happen. I called the Theft Hot Line…that’s right…THEFT:1-800-908-4490. Got someone IMMEDIATELY! Less than 25 seconds of wait time. Explained to the rep that I had concerns of “theft due to the apparent codes listed on my transcript”. He stated that it was nothing to be concerned about as far as theft, but there was an issue of my 2011 taxes not being filed, resulting in me not already receiving my refund. He then stated that a ” Notice Issue” AKA 971, is suppose to come out next week to notify me of the problems at hand, but since he had me on the line, he could mail me the information I needed to file my 2011, so that my 2013 return could be processed. He explained that the codes such as 570 and 971 could mean ANYTHING! There is no way of one finding out what those issues are until they receive notice from the IRS by mail or if they call to speak to someone, (and not ask, “Where’s my Refund? or, What is my DDD.) Approach the situation, if possible, as if you do have concern, not of how come your money isn’t deposited yet, but of what exactly is going on and the possible issues that surrounds your refund. I know MANY of us are stressing and feel its a war that can’t be won. Stay positive. There are some great reps out there who truly want to help; Its in the matter of just dialing the right number. Although it will be a while before I get my 2013 refund, the best action we can all take is being proactive and not waiting for the IRS to contact us. P.S…..”Where’s my refund” is a joke! Anyone else out there still waiting for their DDD 2/12 to hit their accounts? WMR shows the refund has been deposited but when I called my credit union, they said that it still hasn’t been sent as of now and they show nothing pending.
