Same here! She spent about 30 minutes combing through my return. Nothing to worry about. No codes, reviews, or holds. She faxed me my transcripts. Those are complete just missing 846 release code. She said to call back in 2/28 if no dd. Think I’m going to wait it out through the weekend and see if I’m not included in the big batch.
Called IRS. Nothing wrong with my return. No holds, codes, reviews, etc. My transcripts are just like the ones I ordered on 2/10. Completed minus the 846 release code. I was told to call back if no dd by the 27th (hardly likely) but I’m going to wait it out again over the weekend. I’m a weekly so hopefully Saturday morning will be a good one 🎉

Ordered scripts via mail a few weeks ago. All normal minus 846. Cycle 0605. WTH is going on???No update no nothing. No codes. No abnormal messages. Just stuck at processing. This is getting depressing.

I was told that all PATHers are essentially a weekl behind. So, all of us used to the 21-23rd ddd are essentially looking at a 27-28 ddd. Could be sooner, but I’m betting the majority of us 05ers will see a ddd Saturday for Wednesday.

Stuck on “being processed” since 2/16
Expecting a ddd Saturday morning since I can’t access scripts online to view my 846 when it finally updates.Updates for sure tonight for the 05ers!! Scripts update tonight and WMR updates with ddd on Saturday.
I’m thinking the same thing most of y’all are: update Saturday morning with a ddd of 27th or 28th. Which totally makes sense because from what I’ve heard in the igmr Facebook group the IRS is extremely behind this year due to the shutdown and one of the largest tax overhauls in 30 years. Basically what was said by a “irs tax examiner” that’s been posting in there is that whatever you experienced last year as a ddd add a week to that because the irs is a week behind. So, those of us used to a ddd of 2/21-2/23 should expect to see a 2/27-3/1 ddd. Here’s hoping for Saturday and here’s hoping I’m wrong and we get surprise funds tomorrow or Monday.

FB forum has people’s scripts updating at random times throughout the day. Several IRS employees have confirmed that dd will go out without WMR updates and to continue checking bank accounts. They said that they are extremely overloaded with processed returns that are just waiting for a ddd and are going out daily. As of right now there is no weekly just daily until mass amounts of batches are processed. Tons of PATHers this year.
I’m 20190605 without an update since PATH lifted. I’m currently “being processed”. Hope to see a dd between now and 2/25. My transcripts have a 2/25 processing date- according to Google CPA 😉 my return **must** be finished by that date. I update super late every year with a dd before anything else updates. So who knows 🤷🏼♀️
Tonight (Wednesday going into Thursday) is a big WMR update. Was told could see ddd for Friiday. IRS is also telling ppl they could see a dd before WMR even updates because of how backed up they are.
In the FB forum people have started calling the irs this morning and are being told they could see a dd by Friday without WMR even updating. Apparently there’s an “overflow” que and lots of folks are in that batch. IRS rep said those people will update internally but WMR won’t catch up until after the fact.
EIC/ACTC are getting dd as we speak— no release of funds next week. They’re already being released and folks are getting ddd daily. Your answers from IRS are the generic ones they’re giving everyone and have posted on their site.
WMR is boo boo. The forum on Facebook is saying that most people who filed early and have “Being processed” will see a dd on or by 2/22. This is coming from people who have called irs and asked. Some people are even getting deposits! Happened to me a few years back. I think WMR is s l o w but everything else is right on time. I’ll bet most of us see a dd by Friday.
Same thing happened to me a few years ago. Had my deposit in my account for three days before I got a ddd on WMR. Sometimes the WMR is just way behind, but their actual system is doing exactly what it needs to.
A lady in the FB forum called about “Being processed” without any updates since the PATH freeze release on Saturday. The agent told her **most** PATHers who received the “Being processed” message on 2/16 should update by Wednesday (the big update) with a ddd of 2/22. It “could be later”, but she said she had to say that to cover her butt.
Every year since PATH i have never updated on the day the freeze lifts, but I get my refund the same exact week everyone else does that got the ddd the first time. This daily/weekly nonsense is ridiculous. IRS updates everyday and issues dd five days a week. Unless your return is flagged, they’re going as fast as mechanically possible to get returns processed. I don’t think they want to be sitting on them just for the heck of it.
I’ve filed with HRB for years now. They’re the absolute worst when it comes to updates. Every year I get an email that they’re depositing my Federal Return and it could take up to 3 to 4 days. This is after I have received the deposit that morning. 🙄

Back up. No change. “Being processed” since 2/16. Check again in the AM. This was scheduled maintenance, but WMR has an update cycle from 330-6am

Last year I had a DD of 2/22 and the year before 2/23. I never moved off of “being processed” until the Tuesday of that week. I can’t check my transcripts, but I’d be surprised if I didn’t get a DD on the 22 with everyone else.

Yes. Same exact thing last year and the year before. Since PATH started I can’t access scripts and I never update during the “big one” on Saturday when PATH lifts. I’m stuck at one bar until that following Tuesday and get my DD that Thursday. I always file around 1/25 and am accepted when the IRS opens. This year my return was accepted 1/24 which is the first time I’ve ever been accepted early. Back before PATH when I could access my scripts I was an 05 weekly.
It didn’t apply last year either. I didn’t update to DDD like everyone else on the big Saturday WMR update. My WMR updated Tuesday after the holiday with a ddd of 2/22. I got my money the same day everyone else did. So who knows 🤷🏼♀️
WMR updates nightly — you can update into next week with a ddd. I wouldn’t stress too much. There are a TON of PATHers to work through and the system can only do so much at a time.

Accepted 1/24 and can’t access transcripts. I updated last night to processing but no WMR update with a DDD. I’m hoping by Friday to see a DD. Sinnce I started dealing with PATH I have always had a dd on the 23 (2017) and 22 (2018). Ugh. Hopefully we’ll see something by midnight if not tomorrow. WMR updated daily and this is just the first big batch.

I’ve always used HRB with my credit union and get paid on the exact ddd. Last year 2/22 and the year before 2/23. The email they send you is inaccurate. They say the deposit has been sent to your bank and to allow up to 4 days for a deposit, but I always get my $$ that day. I think it depends on who you bank with. Emerald card gets money a lot quicker than me and my credit union. They don’t let go of funds for nuthin’.
When I had an offset that was paid, I got my DD on the 23rd of Feb in 2017— right on time with most every other PATHer. I’ve never tracked my transcripts.

Everybody’s Where’s My Refund? statuses changed back to bars or a Processing message because the PATH hold came to an end at 11:59:59 on February 15th.
During the 2018 tax season, some taxpayer that had access to view transcripts could see their 846 Refund Issued dates on their account transcripts as early as Friday, February 16, 2018. The first Direct Deposit Dates started pouring in at 3:30 am early Saturday, February 17, 2018, with an update for the majority of early filers with daily and weekly accounts with 2/22 Direct Deposit Dates. The majority of early filer accounts that were approved and held under the PATH Hold updated Saturday, February 17, 2018, with Direct Deposit Dates of 2/22. Affective starting in 2018 all major tax refund updates for both daily and weekly accounts seen most updates on Saturday mornings because of the c-freeze hold on their accounts. The hold forces both daily & weekly accounts claiming EIC and/ or ACTC credits to get their final Direct Deposit Date updates on Saturdays. Starting the following week Saturday, February 24, 2018, the IRS returned to normal processing of daily and weekly accounts, but if you claimed either EIC and/or ACTC those refunds only saw the final updates with direct deposit dates updated on Saturday Mornings.
In 2018 the IRS said that the majority of the early filers would see an update by Feb. 24, 2018. It took three batches of updates Friday, Feb. 16, Saturday, Feb. 17, and Saturday, Feb. 24 to push out the large number of early filers returns that were approved and held by the PATH ACT Hold.
The PATH message this year reads that the majority of early filers held under the PATH hold should see an update By Feb. 23, 2019. So if the IRS follow the same schedule they did in 2018. There is a good chance this Saturday morning is going to be big days for updates.
Transcripts should start updating throughout the day Friday and some should start to see 846 Refund issued codes showing up on their transcripts.
From what I’ve read on other sites WMR isn’t completely done until around 6am. I read that we should see a DDD by Tuesday (if we don’t see one by 6am Saturday) for a date of 2/21 or 2/22. The past two years on PATH I’ve gotten my DDD on Saturday and it hits my bank account on Thursday.
