Does HRBlock deposit on EXACT ddd or before? Anyone with experience please let me know

I’ve been using HRB for a million years (haha) and I always receive my refund on the day of my DDD. Not before, nor after. I pay my fees out of the refund also so it usually comes in the day of DDD and then around 10am or so it is released by HRB into my bank. Good luck guys.

You guys do realise the reason you didnt get your state is that h&r block took some if not all of it to cover their fees? Common sense. I called about a week ago to ask thats what was told to me. Im in CALI.

Same with me. My dtate was set for deposit on 2/16 abd still nothing.

This is my second year with HRB. Last year, my ddd was 2/23 and I got deposit on 2/22. Hoping for the same this year.

They take their sweet time. They will horde everyone’s money in their own bank account. A couple of days interest on millions of dollars generates a hefty little profit for them believe it or not.

I completely agree. This year is the first time that I have used HRB but from the way it’s going, I am pretty sure that it will also be the last.

I have the emerald card my state was issued on the 1st and I received it on my card first thing in the morning on the 7th.. I was told by the person who worked for the state that I wouldnt receive it in my account till the 12th.. I had read on a previous thread that H&R took their fees out of their state return and not their federal and a lot of people were upset but that did not happen to me… I had the full amount on my card when I woke up on the 7th… So far a good experience with the emerald card!! This is my first time using it!!

I’ve always used HRB with my credit union and get paid on the exact ddd. Last year 2/22 and the year before 2/23. The email they send you is inaccurate. They say the deposit has been sent to your bank and to allow up to 4 days for a deposit, but I always get my $$ that day. I think it depends on who you bank with. Emerald card gets money a lot quicker than me and my credit union. They don’t let go of funds for nuthin’.

Hell thTs a good question. My state was sent in for DD on the 2/11. It still isn’t on my card yet!! To hell with HR BLOCK!
