It could delay it, but it may just auto adjust it because it’s money the IRs owed you. Do not try to amend your return because that will for sure delay it.
They do accept on weekends and holidays. Everything is automated by a computer so it never gets a day off. Mine was accepted this morning. I do know since the season didn’t open until Feb 12 that there is a backlog of people waiting inline for them to accept the taxes. No worries it will come anytime.

Guys don’t waist your time defending why you do prepaid or not. Some people just think they are higher than others. It’s sad, but it’s the world we live in….ps I wish vystar credit union would get my money showing on my account lol

For experience I can tell you that emerald card at the very earliest deposits at 9pm the day before but it’s usually like 3 am the day of your DDD. They like to sit on refunds and collect interest during that time until they HAVE to give it to you.

They started processing way before the 18th. My transcripts were available on the 12. I’m just waiting for a DDD on my transcripts which will be tomorrow
If you Currently have “being processed” on WMR, you will get your DDD on Wednesday…. regardless of being a daily or weekly. If you Currently have 1 bar your still processing and your return isn’t done yet. If your WMR say “still being processed”. Either you have ID verify, wage verify and it has to be manually reviewed. IT DOES NOT MEAN your being audited.
I looked back at all my transcripts and I gather the same theory. Plain and simple we will get a DDD on transcripts Friday and WMR will update Saturday. We will have are money by the 27.

Asshole.A VERY small update is tonight. But it’s not for us path peeps. Also the only thing that will change is the path message will go away and a generic still processing will be on WMR tomorrow….btw that’s not considered an update. Just a message change
Unfortunately that’s not true. Those messages are generic. Some get them, some don’t. Some never get path message and get DDD and WMR never updates.

Just FYI to everyone. Your cycle code and processing date have nothing to do with when you get your refund. Example: last year i was 20190605 and processing date of March 24 and i got my refund on 2/27. Basically we will get our refunds possibly next week, but most likely on Feb 26. I’m sure some of you will not like or agree with that…but that’s just the way it is. BTW, don’t get your hopes up on having your WMR updating tomorrow. Next Saturday it will for weekly’s. Happy Valentines day to those that remember me from last year :)
The HRB tracker is not in a app. Its a link in the text message they send out. Not everyone for some reason gets that texts. I’m one of them. BUT those dates people are getting are just 21 days after they filed. Its just a estimate and is most likely incorrect. I can attest to this from last year when they sent me the tracker and it was off by 9 days
Filed on 1/24 HRB, accepted on 1/27. Still at one bar and transcripts blanks. I’m assuming I’ve been resequenced and hopefully will see some movement on Friday with transcripts and WMR update on Saturday. Otherwise idk wth is going on.
The next big update for weekly’s will be Friday for transcripts and Saturday for WMR. Im patiently waiting for mind to update and I’m a weekly. Accepted on 1/27 but was resequenced so got no update this past week.
Also, you can be a weekly(05) and be processed daily. It’s rare, but happends.
I had the exact same thing happen. I assume we have been resequenced. Hopefully we see changes next Fridays weekly update.

@mommaholly84 I think we resequenced. I’m in the same exact boat and it happens to me twice. My processing date changed and it pushed it back a week 2 times. I still got my DD by Feb 27th though. Hang in there! I know it’s frustrating
Having your earnings show up on your wage report for SSA doesn’t mean your taxes were processed. I checked mine the second week of January and it had my income for last year already posted. I filed on January 27 and accepted that date. The only time you can know your taxes were processed through SSA is if you are self employed because its the only way SSA get your income verified through your taxes. Otherwise your employer by law must report your yearly earnings directly to Social Security.
In most cases 24 hour., But up to 48 hours. Some haven’t changed at all yet. The IRS is keeping things interesting this year.

I had my fees taken out of my return last year from HRB and I had no delay. It goes to hrb and they distribute it immediately to your account after they take out fees.

If it wasn’t rejected then you should be fine in most cases. If they accepted your return then I wouldn’t worry.

wages and income sometimes won’t update to as late as July. So no worries. Look to the right of where you can get your transcripts by year and it tells you what each section mean.Also you need to keep in mind that if you are EITC or ACTC you will not see your money until after the 15th regardless of your cycle code.
You don’t file taxes for Florida State. Lived here 20 years and Florida is not a state income tax state.
