got this msg since 2/16. no eic or forms. just a basic return. filed & accepted 1/28th. still can’t order a return transcript, just an acct transcript. ordered 1st one on 1/31st & it was all blank w/a processing date of 2/18. so i ordered another one on 2/16 when wmr changed to this status to see if i got any 570 or 971 codes like the others since my first one was all blank & on the bottom it even said no tax return filed lol…oh boy. let’s see what the 2nd transcript says this time.
i got this message since 2/16. i still can’t order my return transcript. when i got my account transcript it was totally blank. so i ordered another one after i saw my wmr status w/no bar. so now i’m still waiting on my 2nd acct transcript since i can’t order my return transcript.
I have a DD of 2/21 & expecting a deposit to my Chase account. I called today and a rep told me they now have a tool to check ACH deposits and can see 2 days ahead but didn’t see a deposit in waiting.
Well I received my refund today around 9am pacific time. I don’t know about all netspend users but i am another taxpayer who got his refund 2 days early. I filed free with TT and I’m sure it would have been delayed, at least a day, if they had to fees out. Anyway, Thank you all for your support.

Every body I know that filed last week has got there money but i filed jan 10 and I GOT A REVIEW SEND PAPER WORK AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED BUT I KNOW SOME PEOPLE THAT HAS NEW JOBS AND A NEWBORN AND THEY GOT THERES WITH NO PROBLEM.The problem is they needed to test out there new system and train employees on there new system and took everybody who filed early and we are being USED
I filed 1/25 and was accepted 1/31. Just about a week ago I received the message that it was processing and a DD will be given when it’s done. Not quite sure, but I never got an e-mail for 2/14 or anything like that.
I filed with a pin this year,sent on the 2/2/13 accepted on the 2/4/13 no return date yet.
Jus got my dd on my netspend card at 8:14 pm PST
MY DDD was 2/22… 3 days early wooo!!Filed 1/29. Accepted 2/14. WMR status went from processing to “we have no information on your return” today.
I filed 2/11. I have no hopes of getting my refund before 11 weeks. This is my third year filing IS. I have never heard of transcripts. How do I order this? I requested to join the FB group.

Same here I am waiting to speak with advocate tomorrow but faxed over W-2 as that is all I had besides my 2 kids … received 4464c dated Feb 1 but talked to rep today in holds department and she said that a freeze code will post to my account on 3-4-12 and last 11 cycles or until mid May. Told me best bet is to go through advocate to try and shorten the verification of my W-2 and employment and communicate directly to the reviewer or reviewing department. I have only had the same job for 10 years… and 1 child for 12 years and other child for 2 years. Should not take 60+ days to verify information.
I filed 2/14, accepted 2/14.
WMR gives the generic 21 day line of garbage, but I was able to order transcripts today.
I have no other credits or deductions.
@Marissa 1975 same thing mine say…… Our refund was already approved just on hold for review, even though its the same as the last few years……
I filed on 1/27 before the announcement…was out in que and then finally accepted on 2/14… Only 1 bar on wmr so far! Fingers crossed for an update soon!
I checked with my bank this morning (BOA) and they see my deposit in “waiting” so it will probably be in my account in the morning which is my DDD
Was able to order transcript on 2/15 as well, but still listed as Still Processing, Will Give Refund Date when Available.
Good to hear a lot of you are getting actual dates though. It’s getting closer.
If you’re a 8863er who filed after 1/27 and wasn’t accepted until 2/14. Please check in with any status updates!

Had that happen a couple of days ago… And was able to order a Transcript at that time as well. It hasn’t changed since, but I have heard some saying they received a DD very shortly after.
Got my reurn transcropt today and the amout owed to me is the exact same as expected… It has a return date of either 2/18 or 4/15… I dont understand why its being held for no reason… I called the holds dept to see if I could get somewhere and found out that I didnt claim 1000 of income in 2011 but its not gonna affect this return and honostly cant by law according to the woman I spoke with… I guess al we can do now is twiddle our thumbs and waot for the lazy IRS to get their thumb out of their ass and get us our money

Knew something was wronge seeing as how my brother I law filed last week and received his today!!!
Called and spoke with a very nice lady. She told me my refund had been aproved but had a he on it. So she transferred me to the holds department and from their I was told they didn’t see anything! Was transferred back to customer service and hung up on. Called back this time straight to the holds department.. The lady I spoke with was really short with me. She stated my refund amount and that it had a hold she wouldn’t tell me why just that I should be receiving a 4464c letter then hung up on me!
Recieved CP05 letter today (dated 2/25)!! Says they dont need any information from me at this time!! Looked at account and return transcripts and im noticing a date of 4/15/2013 on both of them… Account transcripts say
Return due date or return recieved dat (whichever is later)] 4/15/13

sent in all my paper work thursday called today and they said it never updated in there system and check back next week and after it updates it might take OVER 30 DAYS TO REVIEW IT DUE TO ALOT OF PEOPLE UNDER REVIEW
Ok, so wmr says My taxes are under review you’ll recieve a letter….don’t call us until then yada, yada, yada.
so my husband calls the IRS, and was told twice we are proccessing? the second agent to tell us this was from the holds department….I”M SO CONFUSED!!!!!! so anyone else had this situation please let me know :)I got my letter today as well. Dated2/25. Found out those processing dates are just dates. Its gonna take at least 30 days.!!!!
@AshleyMT- we were told we were under review a few days after we were accepted on the 30th. But we just got our letter. It took a while and its dated 2/25.

I actually filed and was accepted on 2/6 and have the email to prove it. When I called the IRS this morning, they told me that it was dated 2/11. Not sure where that came from. I am also not sure if I have any recourse any other way. Waiting for my $$ sucks
I posted earlier what my letter said when I received it. I have the take action notice under review….. If you are under review you will probably be getting the CP75 LETTER telling you you need to gather info and mail or fax it to them. You can go back and try to find my previous post or do a quick google search for that code so you can start getting together what you need. Goodluck everyone. Oh and I saw someone asking about 1242 and it means it is on hold and will be released when the receive the specific info they are asking for and if you don’t respond they will just stop the payment for whatever is being held.

I am under review and was told my letter was sent out on January 31st. WTF, that early!? I was able to order both transcripts yesterday. I never received a letter and they told me they do not need any info, just to drew if I will get it by the 31st of March and if not they may need some more info. I filed HOH, 1 dependent and my pay had changed tremendously due to me finding work. I know my pay is the reason for the flag, but I have proof and hate that it is taking so long to let it go!
I have never had a prepaid card frozen in my life. how come some people report their cards get frozen when they get a direct deposit. I have had netspend, rushcard, greendot, and none of them have ever asked for ID info even when i get huge deposits. What makes them pick on some people. is it credit, is it that they dont have a social? what is it
I have a ddd of 2/21 just checked with my bank and they show pending deposits yet. Was hoping to get my refund early too. What is a net spend card?
Don’t know if I’ll get mine today, although I think not since it’s almost the cut off time for posting deposits to my account. I bank with NCSECU. Anyone who bank with NCSECU know if it usually comes early? I’m hoping, lol!

Ive never delt with such LAZY reps in my life… Just cussed out a rep and asked what exactly their job is supposed to be besides being lazy, also asked if they had to go to a special class to play stupid or are they all really just that stupid?! Lmfao, needless to say that he hung up on me instead of answering my question… They wouldnt look up my info so they dont know who I am, time to call 20 more times, Im done playing nice until I get answers… Wrote a letter to Jackson Hewett, IRS, and my governor….
My DDD was today and it was there first thing this morning :)
I suggest calling netspend and verifying the account prior to expected the return. They put him through all of that because of all the fraud going on. It of course is not fair to the rest of us, but that is life. I got a Netspend card for my 2009 return and have used it ever since. Sometimes when I need to put money on a card but do not have time to wait for my bank to hold it for a day before letting me have it, I will use the card. It can accept up to 15,000 DD. I would just call Netspend (866)387-7363 and ask if there is anything you need to do. I hope all goes well and you receive it soon!
congrats to all that got early deposits. Have not received mine yet but really don’t expect to receive it early as I bank at Chase
my refund was done processing 2/5 or that seems to be what every rep has said and its just being held for review, we have a simple review and its the same every year don’t know what the hell is taking them forever to look up.
My son got his 1 day before, BUT then Netspend froze his account and it has been a week of calles everyday, faxes of everything several times cuz no one ever got them, they let them spend part of it then froze it. then needed to check there w-2, utility bill, ssn, photo id,insurance cards, now if Turbo tax and the IRS ok’d the return why do they need all this, I too am suppose to get mine on the 21st with netspend but believe me I will transfer my money off the card ASAP, Just a FYI.

man, i still can’t irder my return transcript. honestly, i am losing hope. really wanted to go with family to disneyland but looks like i can’t. i’m so pissed i don’t even call anymore. i just come here instead.
so i reordered my transcripts w/ a guy on the phone…last friday i was told by a bit-c-h of a lady im still process their are no returns i can order..
anyways told me that my refund hasn’t been released yet but i already know tyhat…..well i guess 10 days and i’ll have my tanscripts

sry..i know 3 people myself that full ut lied and are enjoying pissing away their freemoney…i am honest hard working dude- they canteven tell me how many days to call back…why dont they just say a year…

I have been under review for 2 weeks, got my letter after I had contacted the tax advocate to help me out. i am being reviewed for EIC, HOH, and dependents. Yesterday I sent a 30 page fax to the advocate, including a 3 day notice from my landlord. Told her I had a week to come up with $3k from my $7k refund or would be taken to court and me and my 2 year old developmentally disabled nephew and 15 year old daughter would be facing eviction. She said it could take up to 4 weeks but would try to get a manual release of the $3k. Same exact filing as last year, this is such BS. for those of you who are really under review for EIC or HOH, start getting your paperwork together, and if you have a legitimate hardship get in touch with a tax advocate.
I received this letter , and I’m just wondering how long its going to take for me to receive my refund. Does anyone know?
Just got off the Phone wit the irs rep….she stated that im done processing, but my refund is Under Review….really dont get y would that go through the trouble to Process a Return that is Accurate…I swear these irs reps…be lying

I have a DDD of 2/1 and I used TaxAct so I have to have my fees taken etc from Republic Bank so I’m guessing I won’t see anything early. As of this morning nothing on the RB website or my bank account.
I have a DDD of 2/21 – I checked Republic Bank’s website and it says it isn’t received yet – I haven’t checked my bank account yet but I’m guessing if RB doesn’t see it then its not at my bank.
It’s happening to almost everyone. It’s been almost 21 days since they started processing. It makes no sense to have the 21 day message when its been over 21 days

I agree also…@HollD….. just give a date and I would let them do their job and not bother them. The unknown of what is going on bothers me but I will wait until Thur 21 days have expired before I call again. Hoping for update on Tue or Wed as there are alot of people getting the processing date will be given when available and alot of peole on the blog that have reviews, holds, freezes.
Filed using IP pin from ID theft last year. My dependent and myself were victims. Filed exactly the same this year plus IP pin on 1/31, accepted same day… Now have a ddd of 2/21.
OMGosh!!! ME TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told there are two systems, one is the efile system and one is like a holding tank (per taxact) and I must still me in the holding one. When I look online irs still has no info on me and the one very unhelpful irs agent I talked to said she couldnt find me either but to give it a couple more days I do have a submission id though.
Just wondering if any of my fellow NetSpend users have had to wait until their DDD to get their money? I see many posts of NetSpend users getting their refunds 2 days early and even some getting it 3 days early. NetSpend even Advertises that you get your money 2 days faster also. So just want to know if all NetSpend users get theirs early?

Approved 2/16 with DDD of 2/21.
