Turbo tax, Bank of America. transcripts read DD of 2/25. No update on WMR. Filed and accepted 2/17 fees paid upfront
Just checked my transcripts. 846 code refund issues 11-25-20. Sitting here crying.
Literally nothing. Filed February 1st. Can’t get the reps or the advocate to reach out to me. We have emailed them 10 times over the course of the last 2 months since being assigned an advocate
@Luis Duenas no, my account transcript did update. It just has everything zeroed out with an As of October 19th date. It appeared 2 weeks ago.
@Luis Duenas No my transcripts still say as of October 19th and they are blank everywhere else
@Luis Duenas mine had October 19th 2020 and nothing has updated at all :/
@Millie what number are you using to get ahold of someone? We can’t get through on any line
@Shottyb not the case for me. We’ve just given up hope. Our tax advocate won’t call us back. We’ve relentlessly emailed and called our district representative. There’s nothing else we can do.
I got the most bizarre update to my account transcript. It has 0.00 next to account balance and interest accrued but then next to that says as of October 19th 2020. Has anyone else got an update like this? At the bottom it says tax return not filed. I’m so confused and can’t get ahold of anyone
Update
From Florida.
Filed 2/1
Faxed 3/5No change in transcripts since no filed letter
Got a tax advocate who faxed an inquiry in the 8th of September
Got a letter today dated September 10th that they resent my 8962 to the errors and resolution department and that is will take 45 days for them to contact me but 4-6 weeks until I either get my return or hear from them. This is BULL SHIT.
A lot of us have N/A
Filed 2/1
Faxed 3/5
Still nothing
N/A transcriptsMy husband finally got ahold of our local rep (Val Demings rep for Orlando Florida) and he said that the errors and resolution department just opened up. He offered to put an inquiry in for us but those can take up to 30 days so he said he for sure thinks we will get it back in 30 days. He said he will call us back in 15 days
I faxed on 3/5 in Florida and still nothing. I just had to have surgery so I hope it comes through soon.
Anyone in Florida with answers?
Filed 2/1
Sent forms 3/5
A few weeks ago I was able to get ahold of the IRS and they said they saw all my forms in there. Still nothing on transcripts. We are SO frustratedFiled 2/1
Faxed documents 3/5 with confirmation
Called when the IRS opened back up and they confirmed all my info was in there
Still nothingHow is it that we are all told different information? You were told to resubmit but we were told to wait and that WMR would update in a few weeks. Did your IRS representative tell you they could see your taxes and forms in the system?
We got ahold of the IRS today. She seemed pretty clueless and said she has no idea why we got the “non filers” letter sent to our transcripts. She said she can see that our taxes we’re filed on 2/1 and that our paperwork was submitted on 3/5. Which is great news because I honestly thought our papers were sitting on some massive pile somewhere at the IRS. She said to give it a few weeks and WMR should update. Here’s to hoping even though we are hopeless at this point
Almost identical dates as you. Got the same message. Wondering if I should just file again? I wonder if that would be a bad idea
I filed 2/1 and Sent in my documents 3/5 and still nothing. I’m not hopefully at all at this point. I can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve completely given up all hope.
@FaulknerW103 right? Absolutely NEVER again. TT did so many so dirty this tax season
I filed 2/1 and sent documents 3/5
Updated wage and incomeFor those that updated wage and income- did you file for unemployment? I’m thinking that has something to do with it
This is actually getting ridiculous at this point. What can we do?
Mailed documents on 3/5. Still nothing
Faxed 3/4 and still nothing
I get that it’s so frustrating to see people who got their refunds now complaining about the stimulus payment when some of us haven’t gotten either. Filed on 2/3 and majorly struggling. Unfortunately, can’t change that that’s just what people are going to do.
I filed 2/1 and still haven’t gotten mine
Still no update from me either
Filed 2/1
Sent documents in 3/5
Transcripts still say NAI was just telling this to my mother the other day.
Those that haven’t gotten a refund or a stimulus and our unemployment is just sitting in limbo. My husband can’t go out and work an essential job because I’m immunocompromised and we have a newborn. We are flat out forgotten about and no one cares.
@WTH that’s great news! I’m glad they are working on it. Did your where’s my refund update too? If it updates tomorrow will you let ya know please? I’m happy for you!!
Yes. My sister was a dependent last year but this year (2019 tax season) she has lived on her own. They went off 2019 taxes and she got her stimulus
Did you check the portal tool?
we got ours this morning. Well half. They used our 2018 return because our 2019 hasn’t been processed. So my daughter and myself are not included on it. However, it’s something 🙄
Nope
Nothing. Has advance but no fees (because TT demands that I pay them now that my return hasn’t come 🙄) no negative balance, no general funding deposit. Been trying to get into the portal for 22 minutes
April 14, 2020 at 9:37 pm in reply to: Anyone able to help me on this Stimulus payment thing? Cant file #4406755This is happening to us too. So following for answers
Hey @thicks thanks for the info! I just checked my 2018 TS and it says as of March 29 2019 so I’m assuming that they’ll use this years. I guess my 2019 is in the system because they had to know to ask me for my 1099 forms. So I’m assuming they’ll go off this year. My tax return for 2019 has my acct and routing number for my TT card so I’m assuming it’ll go there?
Following. I was under the impression it wouldn’t go to my turbo card
That number of less than 10k is not correct. You must report any income over $600. And thick’s is right, it’s not about if they do claim you but if they could. I doubt you will get stimulus money. Just being honest here
Still nothing guys.
Filed 2/1
Tax topic went away 2/22
Was told to fax 1095 and 8962 on 3/4
Sent on 3/5
No update and can’t get through to the IRS.Still here. Sent my 1095 and 8962 almost a month ago. Husband laid off, kids home, expecting our stimulus check before taxes at this point
We are. But unemployment is not even a fraction of how much he made. There’s no way it’ll sustain us
I thankfully haven’t gotten this email yet however WTF?! Turbo tax is the reason so many people don’t have their refunds yet. Y’all better call and give them a ear full
I faxed mine without the letter, call the IRS and ask for the correct fax number. You’ll need to put “sp: reject team.” On it and “12c notice letter not received”
@JC thanks for the reply! I’m really hoping to get some sort of update on Saturday which will be 1.5 weeks since faxing
@sisi you have to fax a 8962 as well. Usually turbo tax generates it but they didn’t this year which is why everyone is having this problem.
@sisi it’s the premium tax credit form. You’ll need to fill it out or have turbo tax generate it for you
@Kaitlyn I would give it a full 2 weeks then wait to see if your WMR updates. Can you access you transcripts to see what they say? That may still give you an idea. Mine is NA still. I’m going to give it a full 2 weeks and see if the WMR updates as that’s what I’ve seen most people update within after sending their documents.
@Aimz thanks for the update! Looks like it’ll taken 2 weeks or so for my WMR to update which keeps me calm until then haha
@WiZzZ Yeah they told us we were on review since 2/3?! I’m like uh okay
@WiZzZ has your WMR updated?
@WiZzZ awesome! So about a month since you sent your 1095A form? That’s not nearly as bad as some of the horror stories I’ve read about not getting a return till June or July!
@WiZzZ what’s your issue date?
March 4, 2020 at 7:59 am in reply to: I have to wait March 9th for a letter, am I under a 60 day review? #4388504I had my third child 12/21/19 so I think that may be why I’m under review. 🙄
@WhatAJoke
Are you 100% sure about that’? Because I’ve been sitting here thinking my taxes are in review because I didn’t input my 1095B but if that’s not why then WHAT THE FUCK.
@sumrae
My online transcripts say NA and WMR says still processing. It’s such bullYeah my transcripts say NA
February 29, 2020 at 3:45 pm in reply to: stuck on “Received refund it is being processed”help!! #4386481Check your transcripts then call the IRS. You’re probably under review like the rest of us
This is our next step if I don’t see some movement. We have called the IRS three times and the most recent one the rep was awful to my husband. Telling him “she doesn’t have to do this for us” and then when one of our toddlers started crying she rudely said “why aren’t you listening, stop watching TV!” When he wasn’t even dealing with the toddler, I was. And he was paying 100% attention to her. Transcripts still show N/A.
None. Still NA
Been waiting since 2/3 for them to send a letter. 2/3 is apparently when my refund went to error status aka under review. It’s BS. It’s the 26th and all the IRS Tells me is “sorry we have no info for you call back on March 30th”
Been waiting since 2/3 for a letter, that’s apparently when my refund went into “error status” aka under review
It’s definitely a cover up for them not having enough time. We called again yesterday and got a different answer. This time the rep said “your refund WILL be processing for 8 weeks” not “it could take up to 8 weeks”. My husband nicely said back “okay well I guess I’ll just call back tomorrow then. Thank you for your time” To which the rep very rudely snapped back at him “no, SIR! Do not call back. Your return IS being processed for 8 weeks. There’s no reason to call”
I’m under 60 day review and under “still processing”
Under review and the IRS basically said there’s nothing I can do. Haven’t gotten a letter
Has anyone been told by the IRS that no letter was sent yet they are still under review?
When did they tell you that you were under review? And when is your DDD for?
I’m in review as of 2/3 but the IRS keeps saying no letters have been sent. I’m so darn confused
They accepted it within minutes. It’s just been sitting in processing
Under review, started on 2/3 she couldn’t tell me why. TT didn’t prompt me for health insurance this year. Could that be why? I was under the impression health insurance was no longer required
Still waiting. Called IRS today, under review started 2/3
The IRS told my husband today that we were under review and in “error status” then she proceeded to say that our return hasn’t even been processed at all yet or looked at. He said “how would you know if there’s an error if it hasn’t been looked at” and she said well it’s gotten that far just been flagged for an error? So bizarre. We are gonna call back tomorrow and see if we get a different answer
How’d you even get a TT representative on the line? We tried and it kept sending us to an virtual representative
Filed 2/1 accepted minutes later
2/20 changed from being processed to still processed, bars went away and TT went away
Finally caved and called the IRS informed that we were in error status and being manually reviewed started 2/3
Told to call back March 30 if WMRA doesn’t update before then. So mad.Update: Called the IRS. Under 60 day review.
If you are under review- what does your WMR look like? Do you have a tax topic? Is your refund on the left bar? Do you have any bars? Does it say still being or being processed?
