I would start contacting Congress, because the IRS is causing you a financial hardship, especially if you’re going into the negative. They are negatively impacting credit now.

Spoke to TA today finally and need to fax copy of last pay stub for 1 of the employers their SUPPOSEDLY Missing…

With any luck what she told me is accurate… She said (TA) once I fax that in it should take within 7 days to release MY refund…

That’s why I used the free edition from them, using premium services is asking for trouble because you just never know what could happen. It’s ok because I doubt many people will be returning to use TurboTax next year, they are going to lose a lot of customers after the bullshit from this year.

Yep me too, if I don’t have the refund by 3/30 then they will auto debit from my account. My fees are $130 I did the self employed version. I feel like they should wait until after the last day to file taxes April 15th

I got a email from TT yesterday morning stating”thanks for filing” I paid for the audit premium edition or whatever. Had fees taken from return. If they tryna take sumthin out of my checking good luck cause it’s a negative balance anyway

I received an email yesterday. Turbotax wants me to pay $84.40, say they will take the $$ from my checking account by 4/3/2020.

I got the same email. The good news is that its saving us $40 since they’re not deducting it from the refund. The bad new is, theres no refund…..yet
