PATH doesn’t actually lift until the very last minute of February 15th, which is technically the 16th. Or so I’ve been told. I have heard some PATHER’s say before it has a chance for it to update, they receive their refund before WMR even has a chance to update. It all just depends. Happy Valentine’s Day

I filed and got accepted on 1/30. Friday 2/10 transcripts updated with a 846 code 2/15 DDD, 2/11 WMR had two bars and message about an offset with no DDD. on 2/10 the deposit was showing in my bank as pending for 2/15 I use a small credit union (Spire) and this is even how my paycheck shows so tomorrow I should have it moved from pending to in my account. Also I payed fee’s upfront.

It’s only if u paid fees with your refund. If you didn’t, IRS sends u the money directly..not through SBTPG

SBTPG is only if you pay using your refund. Being that you paid your fees upfront, you will see your refund faster since you’re not going through a third party. I hope this helps. Happy tax season!

Yes, it seems you will likely get your DD this week. What is your cycle code? I’m a weekly, and will see an 846 on my transcript Friday morning, and my WMR update on Saturday as well. I’m thinking being my as of date is 2.27, I will more than likely get a DD between the 21st & 24th. Hurry up taxmas!

I feel those of us with 2.27 as of dates & 05er’s will see 846 added to our transcripts on Friday (Feb 17th) at some point, and possibly a change on our WMR as well It also seems likely we will see DD’s to our accounts shortly after. I’m ready!

LOL i found my IGMR family!

Definite PATHer with EITC & ACTC. Filed 2/1 w/ Freetaxusa (first time and I really like it!), accepted 2/2. Initially got the TT152 on WMR, which was making me nervous, but then it updated Friday for me to the Path msg. Transcripts updated overnight sometime Thursday night to Saturday morning with everything but 846. Same cycle code (05 every year) and same as of date too!!

Hoping we update on the 17th with the 846!!

@Amber is a rebate check, look at line 10 from your 2021 taxes. If there’s a amount there. It should be the amount of your check.

Definitely alot of misinformation but telling people that their reading comprehension is bad isnt so nice lol BUT you are absolutely correct about the early deposits. Last year I received my deposit 5 days before my DDD. 3/14 as of and the processing date DDD 3/9 but received it 3/4 on JH serve card with an advance. I think were all a little antsy and its gotten a little bad with the info over the years.

Too much misinformation given here, making people hopeful in the wrong way. Those ones revealing the truth, are not Karens. They are trying to speak what is authentic….that’s how I read it. Noone on the path will be given an 846 code until the 15th. Depends when ur transcripts update. I personally have received my deposit on the 16th before ONLY BECAUSE I use a prepaid bank account for direct deposit that gives deposit when it comes thru (earlier than DDD date/846 issue date)

My transcripts say refund issued 2/15 but my where’s my refund page says I have an offset (which I knew about) and no DDD. It just says “if you haven’t received your refund by Feb 20….” So I don’t know when my DDD actually is.

With all my years of being on this forum, I’ve never seen anyone with as of dates before the 15th with or without PATH. I feel like the IRS has the ball rolling this year! Still patiently waiting for the 15th to pass. Im a daily but I don’t check my transcripts til the 16th once it approaches the path lift. Ok maybe im a little impatient lol but you guys make the wait a little better🙂
