TOTALLY AGREE!! I do not understand this post dated letters BS. If you know you’re going to be sending me a letter in three weeks, why not just send it now? Let’s get this freaking show on the road. 🤬🤬🤬

Our codes and dates are almost identical. I’m impatiently waiting to see what (if anything) happens on the 16th. Hopefully we’ll be getting our DDDs SOON!
I know we are not to talk about the specific amounts of our refunds, but I do wonder if that has something to do with the delay. Like if most of us still waiting are on the higher end of the refund scale? For me, this year’s refund is the biggest I’ve ever gotten by a couple thousand dollars. Just a thought…🤔

You have the 570 & 971 codes on your transcripts, but never received a letter? That’s odd. The 570 means you’re under a 45-60 day review (in case you didn’t already know what those codes meant). I’m broke too and hoping and praying we see some movement VERY SOON!
I have a new address this year and I didn’t have to IDV, but I am under the dreaded 60 day review…🙄🙄🙄
There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for the madness this tax season, at least not to me. I have a new address this year, filed 2/5 and didnt have to IDV, but I did get the “under 60 day review” letter. I have a processing date on my transcript of 3/16, but who the hell knows what that means. I check these boards every day hoping to see if anyone has made sense as to why this is going on this year, but we all seem to be in very similar situations.🤞🙏🤞
You’ve only been waiting 14 days. If you don’t receive your approval/DDD after 21 days, call the taxpayer hotline to see if your refund is on hold for some reason.

That’s exactly the problem-no one knows what’s going on and we seem to all be dealing with the same crap. Letters, reviews, checking WMR incessantly trying to make heads or tails of why in the world we haven’t gotten ours yet. Some think it’s a stall tactic by the irs because their behind, others are wondering why the hell their return is “being reviewed”. Hang in there…we’re all in the boat right along with ya 🙄🤞🙏🤞

Same exact boat as you! What do you mean by your transcripts show N/A? Like there isnt any information on any of them regarding your return? Does yours show a cycle code or 570 or any dates? My transcripts show cycle 20200905 with 570 code and a processing date of 3-16-2020. Nothing on my wage transcript, but it does say that one may not update until summer. I’m so confused.@KCP
Same as you, 20200905 with a processing date of 3-16-2020 next to it. No update for me today. Does the 3-16 date mean that’s when they will be processing my refund or is that the date they START reviewing my return? Confused by that date.@Joseph

I’m so sorry :-( I’m not under review that the CSR could see, but I’m “still processing” so I feel your pain on that level. But to be told you have absolutely NO chance of getting it before the 60 days are up must be maddening. Hang in there!Same here with my fiance, so freaking frustrating! WMR says deposit sent 2/26, still nothing in the account. I’ve always used my WMMC for my tax refunds and never had a problem. It seems like nothing is going right this tax year. Mine are still processing, his deposit was supposedly sent yesterday but it’s still not in our account. It’s less than $300, but still! Ugh.
You might have either had an offset-where you had a hold on your return for a Gov’t related tax debt or child support, student loans, etc. Or there was a mistake in your return. The only people that could exactly explain why would be the irs. Good luck
Yes, but I claimed both credits. Filed & accepted on 2/5. Had bars & “being processed” until last week. Then bars gone and STILL being processed & TT152. Called today, system wasn’t showing much info, just that mine is still being processed. Asked about being reviewed, no just still processing. CSR mentioned she’s noticed ALOT more returns w/ credits are being reviewed this year. Hope this helps…good luck everyone!
