Update. Was not a check. Was a letter from IRS stating I used their system to acess my info. Dated Jan 11. The other item that wasn’t scanned was mail for someone else not IRS related. Still waiting.

My 2nd IRS said they mailed check 1/6 to my address I filed. I had since moved but it looks like USPS did fwd the mail. Mailbox still empty but runs later in afternoon. I’ll let you guys know asap!

So what happened to me was I filed with TT. Received 1st stimulus via debit through TT. Card was still activated and in negative. Account never closed. Later on with 2nd stimulus, no funds ever dd on same tt card. I was not affected by IRS sending to wrong accounts.
I just received informed delivery mail from IRS. I have another piece of mail that can’t show image. Crossing fingers it’s my check! IRS envelope says mailed from Kansas City MO. It is forwarded from my address in Nevada to Ohio. My mail delivery runs late so I’ll post later this afternoon EST.

Anyone forward their mail and get it? I fwd mail last month. In Ohio and still no check.

Same here. I even have informed delivery with usps so i can see if it hits my mailbox. I don’t know if usps is going to fwd it or not. I’m wondering what happens if check gets sent back. Will another attempt be made or that’s it!
I read a post on i got my refund on facebook. She said she called TT and if you got the email last night you will get it dd. I did not get email. I checked spam, everything. Still no dd but irs transcript still says mailing paper check 1/6. I moved and fwd my address with usps 12/28. I don’t know if my check will be fwd or sent back. Some post offices will fwd some will return to sender. I’ll keep everyone posted.

@ashwash you have to go to irs. I just googled how to get irs transcript and it led to irs.gov. you can do it online or have it mailed to you.
@kyle did anyone get a notice that the tt acct was going to be deactivated? I sure didn’t. All I’ve seen were fees added every month. I was still able to log in and check balance. -9.90 until I checked a few hours ago and now it’s 0. I hope that’s a good sign. My irs transcript says check being mailed 1/6.
