Same boat filed & accepted on 2.8.24 & as of of 3/4/24
WMR updated to “STILL BEING PROCESSED”. Owed nothing from prior years, TRANSCRIPTS “N/A” and 2022 states “NO RETURN FILED”. WMR Updated today 1/31/23 but Transcripts still not filled in.

Amended return received 4/5 by IRS for 2020 and nothing on WMAR or on Transcripts when checked on 7/9/21. Advised Congressman’s office.
As far as I know, my Tax Advocate states that they should refund the fees systematically.
I also contacted TurboTax and they said the IRS should be refunding any offsets they took associated to PTC.
Let’s see how long it takes to return the 8962/1095 ACA Premium Offset. Still not showing on my tax account nor has it be direct deposited. Accepted 2/11. This is totally ridiculous.
Amended return for 2020 will not be processed until they finish with my 2020 8962/1095 Premium Offset refund; still waiting for ACA Penalty refund.
The 2019 Amended return posted last week with a 5/24 filing date (sent in March 2021) and it has an “AS OF” of 7/5.

@BELLI they probably removed the amounts from your refund for the 1095a/8962 and have to refund that separately. I have been waiting 2 weeks for that. Per the Recovery Act they should refund it.
Partial – still awaiting reimbursement for 8962 fees that were taken out and should not have under 2021 Recovery Act.
there is no answer at that number they provide on WMR. Sorry I could not edit misspelling. :-(
When they issued my refund they deducted the amount from the 8962 and left a number on the WMR to call extension 332 and their is no answer. I have not received the notice yet. According to the Recovery Act they should not have penalized me for the ACA Premiums. Sent what I had to tax advocate and still waiting for notice they mailed to send that.
The refund excluded the ACA 8962 Reconcile something that was waived with the March 11th Recovery Act. I filed before the law was passed on 1/30/21. They still should reimburse what they offset as there was supposed to be no PENALTY.
My Tax Advocate helped me finally get my return posted to the Master File. However, they offset the fees for the ACA for 3 months. According to my TurboTax results (updates) and the March 11th Recovery Credit they were not supposed to impose any penalties. No notices were sent. Called and h/u after waiting 30m with the IRS.
DDD 17 weeks later of 6/16, unfortunately this excludes the ACA Adjustment that they have to put back into my account, hopefully before the end of June. No Stimulus for dependent. and stimulus “Possibly” when they adjust my filing stat.
Also pending 2 1040Xs -nothing done to adjust filing status. 1. 2019 and 2. 2020.
Finally have a DDD of 6/16 but they still have to adjust my account for the ACA under the Recovery Act.
They have not updated my 2019 for amendment going on 12 wks now and they have my 2020 1040X to correct filing status rec’d 4/9 but nothing has been done because I was N/A all this time. No stimulus yet.@LNB
My transcripts finally updated to the Master File after 16 weeks without a DDD. I have a 570 on it pending additional action. They took out the Health Insurance ACA from my refund but they should have to credit it because penalties wvd under ACA.
No update since last Friday, a weekly.
They have my forms and posted return to Master File. As Of Date is 6-21-21. I still do not have a DDD though and my account has 570. Account has not been adjusted to credit back the recovery act penalty. However, all 2021 fields have data now. Waiting for them to issue my refund. Tax Advocate has a scheduled call back on 6/9.
FINALLY…. have the 2021 return, Acct Transcript populated with data. Therefore it posted to the Master File. Not sure how much longer I have to wait for the processing. They still have not adjusted the penalties for the ACA Reconciliation waived with the Recovery Act.

570I am fuming!! I just got off the phone. IRS said has processed my 8962 docs on May 18-20.
They said I had to wait additional 8 weeks to get my refund 7/27 – 6mos???? WTH … This is beyond ludicrous. They received docs 3/8. This is 4.5 mo post docs.
I cannot wait until end of July. I have been processing since 2/11/2021. 8 more weeks post 5/18/21. 6.5 mo post accept. Not acceptable.!!!

Same here. This week is week 15. Next Friday it will be 4 months (16 wks) since accepted. No DDD and no updates to WMR since mid Feb. No stimulus…

I have been in errors since Mid February. I was accepted 2/11. I sent the response to 12C via fax 3/8 so I am over the 6-8wks – @ 11wks.
My return has not been posted to the master file so I am still @ N/A going on 14 wks. No Refund – No stimulus. This is very very upsetting. There are others that filed and were accepted & cleared and I am still in limbo.Got a call from my Congressman today they will be contacting the IRS. This is totally unacceptable. They will let me know what they say since IRS reps are not being very helpful and continue to give me the runaround.
I called the IRS and they have not done anything after March 8th when fax was sent. I called my congressman, Gimenez 3 times in Florida, and filled out the Privacy form and his office has done nothing either since mid-April, no call back and no posting of return to master file. Advocate Nothing.
I am at almost the 15 week mark of being accepted which will be tomorrow. I was accepted 2/11/21. My 8962 and 1095A were unnecessary since this was waived by the American Recovery Act and put into effect 4/2021 by the IRS.
I have been processing since 2/11 (15 weeks) and still @ N/A with no ETA. Not able to call IRS & Tax Advocate has no answers. Congressman was contacted and has done nothing either.
So it is a waiting game with no end in sight it appears.
15 weeks since electronic filing and acceptance test batch and still N/A and no refund. I have received -0- stimulus. They are taking forever.
My WMAR has not updated for the 2019 return. All I had to do was correct filing status. I mailed it Priority and it was received 3/29/2021 yet no info on wmar or transcripts.
2020 return not processed and sent amendment 4/9 to adjust filing status. Also nothing done because they have not processed my return since acceptance 2/11.
“As OF” date still 5/31/21 – No updates. Have been “still processing” and transcripts N/A for 13 weeks.
TA has not given an ETA. I have left several messages after faxing forms.
I waited 2 hours on their express line and they said the TA has a scheduled call back to me on 6/9. That there were nothing else in the notes.
I am going on 14 weeks waiting for a refund. This is ridiculous.
Faxed forms and called the 1800 number. They received forms and stated my next follow up will not be until June 9th. This is 5 months post being accepted. I was accepted 2/11. i faxed 8962 (3/8) 3 months after sending requested forms. It should not take this long. I am still N/A on transcripts and no WMR updates since Feb. 15th.

T/A received everything and per TA line they will not follow up until 6/9/21 that is 4 mnths post acceptance and 12 weeks after faxing forms to IRS. This is totally ridiculous.
I am still N/A for 2020 return and no refund. As of Date on Acct T 2020 changed to 5/31 and on 2019 return 5/10. Master file 2020 still shows no return filed. WMR – Still being processesed.

8962 and 1095-A were sent via fax the morning of 3/8/21. Have fax confirmation.
Account “AS OF” dates updated on 2020 to 05/03/21 and on 2019 to 05/10/21. Nothing else has changed. NOTHING…..
My 2020 Return has not been posted & still says “No Return On FIle”. Received no stimulus & had to use savings for medical expenses and increased utilities. IRS only says “WAIT” & opened a case with Tax Advocate. Had to re-fax all forms. :-(
5/10/21 – Filed 1/30 transmitted test batch and accepted 2/11. Received 12C 3/5 responded via fax with 8962 and 1095A 3/8/21 am (8 weeks/2 mos ago).. I have been in ERS dept. since mid-February with nothing done and no posting to the master file.
The IRS should process returns that have been in ERS longest and not let them sitting there gathering dust. Contacted TA (again) I faxed 2 911 Forms in March – no response. Finally got assigned one 2 months later.
12 weeks after being accepted(2/11) and 8 weeks after responding to 12C (3/8/21) and still being processed and transcripts still N/A.
No response from Congressman or TA… Still in limbo going on 4 months now since more than 12 wks.
@kikachu – I have my fax confirmation from 3/8/21 that they were faxed successfully. Another rep told me that they “had”received it but it is in ERS and would be up to 8 weeks. Saturday will be the 8 weeks…. Nothing has been done and Tax still not processed or released from ERS as of yesterday. TA has not called me either sent 2 911 forms, an open case and nothing 9th day.
I do not understand how the IRS says it processes refund in order received and my refund has been accepted since 2/11 and transcripts are still N/A almost 12 weeks later.

No Update… Very Very Upset at IRS… so inept.
This morning no updates. Over 11 weeks processing. 8962 faxed 3/8. Account Transcript “5/3/21” but no other updates. Everything still N/A. I filed 1/30 & accepted 2/11. So I am well over the 8 weeks. Going on 3 months with nothing done. No refund, no stimulus, no info, nothing. :-(

The “As Of” was updated to 5/3/2021 but nothing else. WMR remains with same message. No Stimulus and no refund. They said I need to be patient. 11 weeks and 8 weeks since faxing docs for 12C which states 6-8 wks to process. This is BS.
Accepted 2/11 used TT. Faxed 8962 3/8/21. Today is 4/26/21 and no updates whatsoever, “Still being Processed….”.

Still N/A. Called IRS & said the letter advised that I had 6-8 weeks. (8962) via fax it is now the 8th week since docs were faxed morn of 3/8/2021.IRS said delayed for 10 wks… I said that is not what the 12C letter indicated. I am within the time frame and 6-8 wks have come and gone and NOTHING has been done. Taxes were filed 1/30/21 and accepted 2/11/2021.

I contacted my Congressman with this. They should process first in and first out not just let things sit there gathering dust. :-(

As of 3/27/2021 – Transcripts are still N/A, WMR is still @ “We have received your return. A refund date will be provided when available”Total processing time to date = 6 weeks. Going on 3 weeks since responding to 12C. No confirmation of fax received. Reps say they see nothing in system. Ridiculous!!!!!!
Called the IRS. They said since I filed 2020 and they are working on it they cannot issue the stimulus to my dependent until they are done with the process.
They said I am still processing and cannot verify the info I sent them by FAX.
They said it was 6-8 weeks since they requested the documents they have to process.
I need to amend and this is a nightmare. No updates, no responses…. just the run-a-round. :-(
Dependent had it for a couple of months but attending physician did not accept insurance.
Faxed 12C, 8962 and & 1095-A on 3/8/21.
As of today, No confirmation received and definitely no refund. Returns still N/A. Going on 3 weeks. Accepted 2/11/21.
The only good thing right now is that the ACA will not negatively affect the return per the 2021 Recovery Act.

I never had any issues. This is the 1st time ever filed early…. Never again!!!
