Just now able to order mine. However, I’m still on one bar and Topic 152. I’m on the phone waiting to talk to a tax advocate….877-777-4778 if anyone wants the number.
Looking at the posts and threads and looks like alot of us that are still waiting are 05’ers on the cycle chart. I don’t understand what the delay is last year and even when they took some of my refund back in 2013 I had my return back in 12 days. This is absolutely insane, please post or keep everyone informed if you are a 05’er and see an update on WMR tool.
I just called the tax advocate and they wouldn’t even pull up my info. I filed and accepted in the 19th. He was pretty rude acting lie I was stupid. He said I have to wait three weeks and if I don’t see anything to call back.
Just curious, because never heard of until this year. But I was able to order last night after trying for a week. No update on WMR today though. thanks for any info.
I filed on 1/2 accepted within minutes. Wmr been having generic message no info tt 152. Woke up this am w/one bar. Checked republic bank website has a dd of $0.00 call asked them said it was a test deposit. So looks as if the money is on its way…..thank god
I too had that, I don’t understand the verification part? I looked and my cycle was 2015060 I don’t know when that would be either I know last year I filed today, and received my taxes by the 13th, 11 days! So we should see something Jeeze
My return is still in processing status, no change, was accepted on the 19th; however as of today I am able to order my return transcript. Is that good?

DOES ANYONE know when cycle 05 weekly should be getting an update or WMR???
We will be hitting 21 days as of next week! It has NEVER taken this long.@Hailey2016 she looked and said that it was reason I was placed on hold. I actually received the 1098T yesterday in the mail so fingers crossed
Ordered account trans on 1-29 but unable to get return until finally late last night i could. I dont know much about transcripts but from what ive read this could be a good sign? As of this morning still on 1 bar with 152 tax topic.
Really hoping so, still no transcripts either..
@Missy the IRS is really full of it this year! How do I go about getting in touch with an advocate?
Representing the missing car crew here. Lol. Disappeared last night little before midnight and hasn’t showed back up. Taxes were accepted 1/14. Crossing my fingers for that DDD tomorrow morning.

Ok everyone. I just spoke with Ms. Moore a tax advocate and was told that a lot of people that can’t order return transcripts that claimed the American Opportunity Credit were placed on hold for one week pending verification. She told me that I should see something by 2/8/16 because that is my processing cycle. If you want to check that for yourselves, call the tax advocate line and they will research it the number is 877-777-4778

Filed 01/09 with TT, Accepted 1/12, fees being taken by SBBT.
They went missing Friday night along with my amount and TT 152. TT 152 and the amount came back later in the day, but still no bars. Was able to order acct Transcript on Friday using old address, but never return, and only over phone. Was able to order acct online yesterday, but not any longer.Ugh, this is so confusing.
In all honesty I have been following this forum almost 2 weeks. I am not trying to stir up anything. But lets be blunt and clear. If you have a DD and it is on the SBTG site. Please please PLEASE stop coming here for questions on when you are getting your refund. ALL of us want our money But come on you basically have it, just the matter of it being released, call your bank! Some of us are tired of scrolling and scrolling to figure out if our specific questions have been answered and to think of it I doubt a lot of you have scrolled to find. Do like I did, subscribe to the forum and read it live, instead of asking the SAME question over again. After all your answers have been answered to your liking unsubscribe and delete already notified alerts people. You googled to get to this forum, google some more like I did and call as a lot have been stating on here, tell a fib, do what you have to get the money you are entitled to. Whatever, you do PLEASE stop asking about the money if SBTG already has it on their site and you have your DD. Call your bank because IRS already sent apparently. You have been patent this long, well what is another 12hrs? Also, please spare me the personal stories on how you are soon to be evicted, etc etc. Every site the same story. Instead of being on here 8 hrs a day should be looking for a new place. I stated before not starting any problems, I am entitled to my opinion and how I feel.

@ Dan, they sent it to your bank, but if the DD is 3rd, they will release the funds tonight at midnight.

Thank you! The wait time was as you said less than one minute… Unfortunately for me the woman I spoke to said that the call I told her I received from the IRS had to be a scam and she gave me a different number to call and report it 18003664484?
She didn’t feel looking into my account was necessary as she was sure that, that was a scammer…

I filed with Tax Act on opening day Jan 19th. couple mins later i got notice that the IRS accepted my return. I’ve been stuck on 1 bar for the past two weeks. I would like to know is everyone who is stuck on 1 bar has the same generic message? mine said:
“we have received your tax return and it is being processed” You should get your refund within 21 days from the date we received your tax return.

I called the hotline and spoke with some lady who just told me I had to call back on the 9th because it has not been 21 days yet.
Hopefully we all get great news in the a.m. let’s keep each other updated.
Still no update for me. I check my cycle from last year and it is 20150502. I filed 1/19 accepted 11pm on 1/19. Can’t order transcripts for the return. So frustrated!!!
Return filed 1/19. Accepted ~10 minutes later. Processing ever since. No DDD. Unable to request account or return transcripts.
