Wmr is always a step behind. Last year i was on second bar with a dd and it was there before the date but it never said sent. So we may have dates they may just not be showing up yet then when they do your money may already be on its way.
Updates during the week usually happens between 3am and 6am EST.

@jenFiled early accepted 1/14 and still just one bar, no pending deposits no ddd and I filed with Jackson Hewitt and am using a netspend card for deposit.
I know I’m ready for a update Ughhh, I’ll be up as well checking all 3 places for a update irs website, turbo tax, an netspend account online? Anyone else use turbo tax an press the option to receive a prepaid netspend card in the mail? I’ve had mine for a week now an I’m so gettin tired of waiting?

No wmr has not been updated I received a notification from republic bankI filed 1/19 through tt. Ohio is still pending. I have never had it take this long to accept. I wonder what the deal is. Has anyone that filed through turbo got their refund or a ddd yet? I almost re-filed through Ohio’s website but don’t want that to mess anything up.

This is a link to the refund cycle chart released from the Irs. It’s hard to understand if you don’t know what your looking at but there is a link provided that gives you dates based on that data. Early filers should start receiving refunds on the 29th based on it. It’s the same kinda figurations they used to make a refund calendar last year, and last year it was spot on, I ended up receiving it two days before it said. So, that said I’m sticking with that being true again this year. I expect to see deposits this week for early filers.
Lets all stay up til midnight well those that can, and wait to see if there will be an update, lets make it a little slumber party
Istewa2 the serve card now has the same limits as the Bluebird card. No daily limit for purchases just one total monthly limit of $15,000. I used my BlueBird to buy a used car at a dealership. I had called to make sure since when I bought another car with my Walmart Money card it had a $3000 daily limit. Had to charge half one day and half another day. Was told by BlueBird just a monthly limit. I had no issue paying $3600 for the car and still using my card for lunch afterwards. I was looking at serve cards for someone else and seen they now have the same limits as Bluebird and called and confirmed. They have a serve card and wants to use it to buy a used car.
I filed this morning with turbo tax and was accepted for federal within an hour. Just checked the irs2go app and I have 1 bar which is return received. State (va) was accepted this evening and no info in their site.

Has anybody else seen this info? The part about taxes is about 2/3 down. Sure hope this is not true, and they are only holding some like the press release says.
Are there any filers from Missouri waiting for DDD?? Mine says processing now. File on 18th and accepted on 19th.

My VA state refund was approved last week. Refund date is 1/26 (tonight at midnight
I was accepted 1/12 but dor site says no record found???
I have AE Bluebird and have gotten my refund on it the past 2 years. I always get it a couple days before my DDD. Never had any issues. Now it gives me 5% back on all purchases I make with it and I think that’s great for a prepaid card

I called today to 1 517 636 4486 and was told they are not processing state returns until after January 29th. I filed 1/19 Accepted per TT 1/20.Anyone know how long we can expect to receive our state refund after they start processing? Hopefully right away.

So I just checked the refund page for mi and they added this year to the list but it still ask you to wait 14 days but them adding this year to the list is still progress.
lavanidosa26 Did you already get a DD date? my state got authorized on Saturday (1/23) I hope i get it this week!

My VA state was just accepted few minutes ago.
I’ve had a SERVE card for about three years as well. Aside from the atm limit (it’s 750/day now), I’ve had no trouble getting deposits, making withdrawals or purchases. I have half my paycheck deposited regularly. I read some bad reviews recently….but I haven’t had any of the issues I saw posted.
Last year I put part of my refund on the bluebird card and the other part in my bank. The part that came on my BB card showed up two or three days before the part in my bank which was a nice surprise. I had no issues using it. I hardly use the card to be honest. The reviews for the BB/Serve card are not great but It serves its purpose.
My return was done using TT online and was transmitted January 19, 2016, 1:36 PM PST. It was accepted January 19, 2016, 2:34 PM PST. Still not approved as of today at 4:30 PM PST. For some reason, my return has taken almost the full 21 days for the last few years even though I am a retiree with the exact same 1099-R and standard deductions, as well as the same bank account direct deposit. Nothing has changed during all 12 years of retirement. I hope this year things change back to how they were a few years ago when I would get my return 7-9 days after filing. This is a great forum to find out what’s going on with others who file the same time I do. Good luck to us all!
I was told at 4 pm today MD delayed accepting state taxes until today. I filed on the 18th and was told they couldn’t send my state via e-file bc they weren’t accepting until the 19th, like federal. I called to check today bc I’ve gotten updated on my federal, texts and via website, but nothing on state. I just received a text at 6 pm stating my MD was accepted.
