3:30am updated to Path Act message! Yayyyyyyyyy! Was able to order return transcripts Friday as well at 3:30! Now just waiting on my money!!!

The audit is for child credits verifications… 4-5 of us called today and we’re all told the same… the letters generate 2/21 smfh

Haven’t heard anything from NYS as far as further updates or movement, so I called yesterday morning to ensure our return was accurate, and we weren’t being audited or had any incomplete or missing information… The rep said we were fine, there were no flags, and the return was complete and accurate, and was still processing. At 3:30am I check, and we’re being audited all of a sudden! We’ve never been audited… NYS is a joke!!!!

“We received your return and it may require further review. This may result in your New York State return taking longer to process than your federal return. Filed/accepted 1/25. Ordered account transcript yesterday at 6pm. Still can’t order return, wmr still on 1bar, no path message yet…
1/25 filed and accepted, o was just able to get account transcript at 6pm. I should update tomorrow with a DDD, and get return transcript soon
@Amuzz my federal status is filed and accepted 1/25, EITC, CTC, 1 bar, no Path message… Just basic topic 152, and cannot order transcripts lol
At about 1am… Before I had the “we received your refund, no further info available at this time”.
Filed 1/25, accepted 1/25… no updates. EITC and CTC.

This has never happened to me either, and I filed EITC and CTC every year
