I dont have the 846 refund issue code, my bars went missing Sunday, which I’m guessing was my 21 days, does anyone know if the healthcare penalty is what’s holding my refund up or if it will come earlier.
I’m patiently waiting for 8am here to come so I can check my acct. I have usaa so they don’t usually hold funds if they are there. Finger crossed I’ll let everyone know if it hits today like I’m hoping

I thought usually a group of people get ddd on Wednesday and saturday. Maybe they are behind because of Presidents’ Day.
I filed and was accepted on Jan 31, 2015. It continues to say processing with daily email update alerts saying my status has changed. When I go check, nothing has changed on the status. This is the longest it has ever taken Virginia to process our return. I did file through TurboTax and I know there was some issues with TT state returns where they had to be retransmitted. Not sure but this may be the reason for the delay.

Today was 21 days since I filed so I called the IRS and they told me that my return was unpostable. last year due to identity theft I did not get my refund until July. She told me today it would be about 6 weeks but I’m reading online it could take a lot longer or a lot less time what do you think? She told me that it was impossible because there has been an error on a prior year’s returnreturn. and that she was sending a message for them to go ahead and process my refund.
I have a DD for 2/19 as well and Im impatiently waiting like everyone else. I opted for my refund to go onto the TT Netspend card for the first time. I have gone to several sites where I am seeing tons of complaints as recent as 2/16 that within a couple transactions or days, Netspend is locking accounts and requesting people to send in utility bills, ss card and dl copies via fax to verify their identity. In doing so, the customer service reps are rude and disconnecting phone calls and claiming to have not received any paperwork even though its been faxed several times. Then when they finally “say” they got it, they still will not release the lock for days and even up to 2 weeks after many more phone calls!! I am terrified to use my card after I get my DD. I dont want to get stuck waiting again for my money with this mock IRS card company. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them with netspend? Im stressin out AGAIN!
You call 1-877-777-4778 and they will give you a case number.. After that a case manager will contact you within so many business days.
I really hope everything comes through! My advocate sent my info yesterday.. She said the irs has to contact her with in 3 weeks. I was told they usually will and what’s next depends. Sometimes they comply to release, where others they may want more info!
We moved a town over and my husband got new job.. So they were unsure our identity was secure..

I was wondering if you got your deposit? I have a DDD of 2/19 and wanted to know if they were soon time or slow posting.

that eases my mind thst you’re in the same boat (unfortunate for both of us). but why are WE being reviewed if our refund was initially approved like everyone else’s?? that’s the confusing part. I opted for my monies to be deposited into a pre-paid card that didn’t have my name on it (stupid mistake, I know). and now it’s taking an act of Congress to get a paper check? I see that others had the same codes as us:

but they also had a quick turn around with a paper check. anothe glitch was that i had to verbally update my address with IRS to have notice sent. bc I always have DD so I didn’t think abojt updating. not sure if that had postponed the notice. but it said 971 – 2/23/16. so im assuming that’s the last date IRS has to send out notice. did IRS agent tell you what the notice is about?
the agent i talked to 2 weeks ago was very rude and not helpful. she told me no further action was needed – would NOT confirm that i was in fact receiving a refund at all now and said a notice was coming. 2 weeks later, no notice. sounds like from your post, that the IRS agent disnt tell you that you would definitely be getting a check either? just that a notice wS being sent and it could take 10 weeks from date monies were sent back before anything would happen. what do you think????

No movement what so ever. No letters from IRS NOTHING.. Anyone else on 2-1 or close to it in the same boat as me?
Still two bars but I’m still hopeful since my DDD didn’t update until Saturday morning.. Am I the only person who used TaxSlayer? What is SBBT?

Filed on 2/13 after 11am, and was accepted within 30 minutes. We are now waiting, but still haven’t seen any updates on the wmr pizza tracker or any transcript updates. I’m guessing it may have something to do with it being filed late on 2/13 and Monday being presidents day. I’m basically just looking for other 2/13 filer’s who have seen progress or just want to wait it out here!! Here’s to hoping they’re nothing wrong and we’ll see progress tomorrow!!

WMR one bar, topic 152, personal info on the left.I have access to my 2014 Wage & Income transcript, which reads “No record of return filed”, the other 3- 2014 read NA. Should I be concerned?

I was accepted on 1/20. I used taxact, as I did the last two years. My bars disappeared in the beginning of February. Shows topic 152, but no refund amount on wmr. I can see all of my transcripts for this year, cycle is 20150504. Codes 766, 766, 768 all with negative amounts. Codes 570 then 971 with 0.00 next to them. 570 has a date of 2-23 . 971 has a date of 3-2. My correct refund amount is shown as a negative number at the top. It has an as of date of 2-23. Every figure all the way through the transcript is as it should be. I’ve received no mail. Any insight? Thank you for your time.corndog yes that means there was a problem and the system kicked it out that had to be re corrected and then it would have to be re entered and then processing starts. this happens sometimes and nothing of any one fault
wise same as above. the return get kicked out for some reason and cant post so they re process it and the return starts all over

I filed/accepted on 1/29 and no refund yet.
How long does it usually takes?
I’ve checked the Where’s my refund website for NM and it says that my return was processed on-time.

Update…I filed and accepted 1/27 bar disappeared this past Saturday and account transcript says no return filed….spoke with an irs rep this afternoon and he said that they just received my return yesterday. Said I was re-sequenced or something. He said that even tho I received an email saying I was accepted and where’s my refund has been saying I was processing, he still couldn’t see anything before 2/16/15. Told me to just wait another 21 days and call back if I don’t have a DDD by then. Is this something that happens occasionally?I just called my bank too. Nothing pending :(
Filed 2/5. Accepted 2/6. Still one bar. Account Transcript shows 0’s and March 02. GRRRR.

So I spoke with a IRS rep today. Told them it’s been well over 21 days since I filed and got accepted. Like I stated before all bars disappeared stating date will be available when processed. The rep said my returned got “resequenced” on feb 6th and the only code he saw was for education credit in which I got a 1099t for but no letter mailed no flags on his end. Any insight? He gave a little sun ray of hope saying it could be released any day now once the review is done but I need to completely understand this re sequencing process.

kwiseDDD 2/19 also…. I use BB&T. I’m patiently waiting by the computer! This is the FIRST year I’ve received a DDD without an audit so I’m ecstatic! LOL. Still nervous…. Just waiting…. Active BB&T acct and the refund is not over 5k so I have high hopes.
Oh wow that’s nuts. I thought if someone files a w2 for you they report it to the irs and they know your incomr. Thanks for making me feel better about that. Now it’s trying to figure out how long it will take. My refund was done correctly. Do you recommend a ta and if so how can I get then to actually help?
Called my bank and was told my DDD for 2/19 would be available at midnight tonight. I have woodforest.
Robin if you TA does it right u should get it 14-21 days :) 30 days worse case

Filed 2/5/2015 accepted the same day. Received code 9001 2/15/2015 called irs today got a rude lady seemed like she wanted to rush me off the phone all she told me was to wait the full 21 days but wmr said i could call if I had questions. Anyone else have this code?
Sorry for omitting the details. I filed Jan 23rd and accepted hours later. Supposedly, NC always uses this general statement even if you are expecting a DD. Using Netspend so I’ll be patient but MAN, I will be SO HAPPY when I get anything after this year’s fiasco.

Thought I’d give you an update.
Turns out I called for an advocate last Weds
due to needing peocessed asap fpe FAFSA
they assigned me an advocate in Seattle on my 17th day so that was very nice. Drove down rook my ID and w2s etc… talked to them today
my return was sent for expidiated process
identity issue and was flagged as unpostable
the advocate couldnt promise but she said good chance of less than 30 days to get my refund since its the only issue.

Not sure when I should expect a check. The weather might set me back a few days but this is good news. I filed electronically but my federal was offset so that might be why they wrote my check.

Trav that’s totally normal, that isn’t usually filled in until July or so. The one on the bottom left, account, is what you want. 846 refund issued and a cycle date like 20150605. That’s what ya want!
