Please check sbtpg website. Once you can login and you are able to check that robot box a couple of times and it will time out on you maybe 4 times and then you can click check status. If it shows zeros and unfunded. Just let it sit on that page, after a minute , information will start to show up little by little. And then all info will be there for you. I just checked it and I can see funded with bank last four numbers, fees and so on. Hope this helps

Mine did that too. It takes some time to load, but at first mine came up unknown, then everything updated. Keep checking, it should definitely update to funded for you today. Also, mine states that it is being sent to my bank today 2/22. Good luck to all!

When I finally get through on SBTPG it says unfunded but all my other info says unknown (amount, deposit info, etc) when previously all the info was there. Hopefully this is a fluke?

@B — I got laid off in 2021 during the great resignation, 2022 saw mass layoffs in IT. Applied for 400 jobs in 2022 and had a single interview where I ranked 4th for two openings.

Two young kiddos, daycare is astronomical so wife and I can’t both work full-time, the math does itself once you are in this kind of situation.

Thank goodness for this tax credit, we made under $40k last year after I went back to basically min-wage to keep us alive instead of waiting longer for a real income.

I’ve gone thru TT /SBTPG for yrs (diff banks/or turbo cards I’ve used for actual deposits) always was funded by 5pm the same day SBTPG released funds. This is 1st yr using Credit Karma. I would hope they wouldn’t wait until morning, but if you get your DDD 2/23 funded to your CK account today let us know the time(And time zone

Last year I filed on 2/8, did the same thing as this year (credit karma with advance through TurboTax) and last year I had my refund on 2/24, so I’m disappointed.

My wmr updated this morning to “still being processed” tax topic 152 still there, refund amount gone, transcript 2022 there now but all 0’s and says no tax return filed on it. Don’t have a good feeling based on everything I’ve read about still being processed…. I’m bummed

Hey is anyone else flying blind this tax season? I filed 1/22, was accepted 1/23 TT/CK advance and fees through SBTPG. My WMR updated within a few days to 1 bar and I’ve been stuck ever since. I don’t have an irs account because I lost my ID recently. I’m clearly not in the 2/22 or 2/23 batch because my TPG still says unfunded.

Not sure what going on. I filed 1/26 and was accepted 1/30. When I first checked a few weeks later I was on “further review.”. A week after that I was updated to “was revived and being processed.” I just checked today and now it’s saying they have no information on my return.

Should I be worried?

I don’t even know when my DD is. My federal DD is 2/23.

SBTPG website is overloaded but if you patiently wait for the page to load it eventually shows the changes to your account.

Usually you need to have a letter. I had a letter 488C mailed out, It had a control number on it, They did not ask me for the control number. On FB, some are saying if they got a nice enough rep, then they would still verify without a letter. But you should call to see if you even need to verify in the first place. There could be other factors that are holding up your refund too. Has it been 21 days?

If they will send you a check, you will owe the tax preparer the fees. So make sure you connect with them when you get your check! But if you want to make sure I would chat with support on that exact tax preparer you used.

As of 10:30am eastern time my SBTPG says funded. A little trick I learned from the last years, log into your SBTPG and wait for a few minutes it’s going to say unfunded first and then wait and it’ll updated alone to funded.

Just let the site load takes a few minutes but it will load. They just have everyone logging in at once. Took me like 5 mins to see mines change starts at unfunded and then it slowly changes.

I had to ID verify. They told me I would receive a paper check and no direct deposit. Had an advance and fees taken out. Will the IRS send the advance payment to the bank that gave the advance anyone know? I don’t want the headache of having to do that!
