2 family members here in Michigan just got checks, their GMP said the 6th and got them the 14th. Me, still nothing…
Woke up to deposit at 6:30am. TT green dot card. Gmp shows unavailable. Thank God he always on time!! Praying that everyone receive their dd today!
If you don’t mind me asking, did you get a turbo email asking to re enter account information or did it just finally show up? I am still waiting…filed for the rebate just in case.
I noticed some of you mention Turbo cards have to be in the positive in terms of balance. I have been in the negative since October due to monthly fees, I only use this card for taxes and stimulus so the fees go through even if I have nothing in it.
My point is I talked to them earlier and they said my card is active and can readily accept DD. I was told this would not impact a DD of stimulus. As of today still no stimus, GMP says status unavailable, and TT says I wasn’t affected.
Did anyone here not file for 2019 and still get a payment or a date in GMP?
I just got of the phone with the IRS and they said if you did not file in 2019, then you can only receive the stimulus through doing your taxes.
Was anyone else told this? It contradicts what TT told me.
I dont know if this will help anyone. This link let me find out that my account was NOT affected by the IRS error. When you click to login and update information, it will either let you indicating you were effected, or won’t and tell you your account is not part of it (like it did me!)
Anyone with a similar situation, in regards to not filing 2019 and have turbo card but did NOT have fees taken out (I used free file).
My account went from a negative to 0, then back in the negative. No emails from TT, no DD, status unavailable in GMP.
The balalnce bouncing to 0 happened last time I got my stimulus. It always goes in the neg because of fees because I only use the card at tax time.
I been watching this board for days and see only some have received it.
Did anyone that finally got their money through Turbo NOT have fees taken out of their refund? I had no fees when I filed, yet still no stimulus. Just trying to see of SBTPG is involved with my account at all.

Have any TT customers received their money but had it show a status unavailable or more info needed in the GMP app? Please let us know when or if you get a payment what your GMP says.
I know what IRS is saying about this particular response in the system, but I don’t trust what they say.
I know should be getting it like last time, but this has been my message in GMP. I thought it was happening last night when TT started playing with my balance.

I have the turbo card and my balance cleared within the past 2 hours. GMP still shows no status/need info. though.
This was exactly was happened to me last stimulus, minus the wrong info in GMP, and I got the money the next morning. Hopefully it posts in the morning for TT users.
Anyone with turbo card who got DD…..did it show up in Get My Payment on IRS.gov? I am supposed to get DD but it cant give me my second payment status, it just says need more info or ineligible. Nothing’s changed or me so this is alarming.
Also. did you file 2018/2019 or both to get the second payment? Im having problems with mine. TIA!
