Accepted on March 15th. Been in the still being processed stage for going on six months. Checked today and I have a refund date for tomorrow September 2nd. I pray it actually shows up. Fingers crossed.

Still haven’t heard a word. No letter, no update on the where’s my refund site. Nothing.

I’m in the exact same situation. They took my return for my wife’s student loans and we’re not in a community property state and she had 0 income. 100% of income was brought in by me. The IRS received our injured spouse form on 5/29 and we haven’t heard a word. This seems to be typical behavior for them.

Please post an update when you get your letter. Thanks.

So after getting an update on WMR saying they deposited my return on the 9th they updated again this Saturday saying they have taken my whole return for a debt. There offset hotline doesn’t say anything. Looks like it’s time to raise some hell.

“I filed with Tax Slayer 1/23, accepted 1/24. After 3 letters and nearly 4 months of waiting my WMR updated Saturday morning with a DDD of 5/9.”

Here it is the 11th with WMR showing it was deposited on the 9th yet I have no money in my account and my bank is saying they show no incoming deposits. Has this happened to anyone else? After all this crap they turn around and pull this. I’m complete over the governments incompetence this year. What really stinks is there’s absolutely nothing we can do but put up with it.

I filed with Tax Slayer 1/23, accepted 1/24. Received letter to fax forms 8962 on February 15. Faxed on Feb 22nd. 60 day review letter received March 8. Two weeks later another letter saying they were adjusting my return. After 3 letters and nearly 4 months of waiting my WMR updated Saturday morning with a DDD of 5/9.

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I filed with Tax Slayer 1/23, accepted 1/24 and only movement was my bars disappearing over the weekend.

Got home from work yesterday with a letter from the IRS awaiting me. They want more proof of my insurance. They want Tax Form 8962 filled out and mailed back. I’ve been using TS for the last 20 years or so and I’ve never had an issue. I guess this was just my year to be flagged. Letter states it will take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to get my refund from the date they receive the form back from me. No return for me until around April.

Good luck to everyone. Hope you have a better experience this year than I have had.
