Actually, I do have some type of movement to report. My Wage & Income transcript has begun to be filled out- it was blank up until today. It has all of my information except for one of my 2 employers. Hopefully once they send their information to the IRS, I’ll see some type of update. Sweeeet.

Called 2 days ago just to see what they would tell me about my cp05 letter. Just told to wait 45-60 days from the date on the letter and that I was randomly pulled for review to verify my income and whatnot. At least that’s 2 people who have told me basically the same thing.

Just gonna sit here and continue to wait, I guess. Sorry I’ve no better updates.

Yup, you’re totally not alone. Still waiting as well. Accepted 1/21 with a cp05 letter telling me to sit back and wait. Meh.

My situation mimics yours perfectly. Dates and all. I was wondering if anyone else was in the same situation and also had their refund amount show back up. Hopefully you’re right and we see something in a couple of weeks.

I have it as well. It’s a freeze code- could be for multiple things from what I am hearing. In my case, I need to verify my income, or so said the woman from the IRS a couple days ago. They’re now sending me a letter about it.

I had just a 570 for a little over a week. Called IRS, she told me I may need to verify my income and that a letter may be sent. She said nothing else looked off on my return. This morning, my transcript updated to a 971- letter sent. So, I guess they’ll be wanting my W2’s.

I see a couple had multiple 766 credits on their transcripts like I did. Did you get an additional refund from having the ACA credit? Not a penalty, but more money added to your refund for your income being lower than your estimate? I have a feeling that’s why they want me to verify my income. All my info is pretty much the same otherwise.

I posted this on the main feed, but just in case it gets buried….

I just spoke to the IRS a bit ago. I’ve been able to view my trans for a little over 2 weeks. The first week I was all 000’s and the second week, it was filled out with codes 150, 866, 766, 766, 768, 570. I filed the 20th and HRB says I was accepted the 21st. I called today and fibbed that I was at 21 days and a woman looked into my account for a good 15 minutes. She verified everything from my Employer’s (2 W2s were filed), to my personal info, to my kid’s info, to practically my horoscope.

The first thing she told me right away is that they did not even receive my return until February 3rd! She says everything looks fine and that I’ll probably be getting a letter soon asking me to verify my income since I got the additional ACA credit and my income went up from last year, but still was not what I had estimated, plus I had the additional job. She told me to wait out the 21 days they require starting from the 3rd and to call back if I don’t either get my refund or instructions about how to prove my income.

So that 570 code I’ve been staring at isn’t quite as scary as I thought. Hopefully this all works itself out because the “this may delay your refund a little” was not too comforting. I’m glad I got SOME info finally though.

I have code 570, but no 971. Been hanging out like this since Tuesday/Wednesday. I cannot wait to call on Tuesday and find out my misfortune. So greatful I don’t need this money quick, I’d be losing my mind. Hopefully everyone gets theirs soon. I’m keepin my fingers crossed for ya’ll. Filed the 20th, accepted 21st. Nothing strange or different about my return except for getting an additional $160 credit from ACA because my income was less than my estimate due to 2.5 months of FMLA leave for surgery.

Filed 1/20, accepted 1/21 both state and federal. PA refund is pending in my account. I’ve never gotten PA before Federal or even this fast in general. Pennsylvania is on the ball- too bad the IRS can’t get their act together.

I just lost my bar and refund amount this morning. I still have topic 152. Filed the 20th, accepted 21st, transcripts with all 0’s since last Monday night. Ugh. :( I know for a fact I don’t owe any offsets. I’m just baffled.
