My WMR updated with DDD 4/1

Per the Refund update and dd chart

Filed and accepted dates 3/12-3/18 Daily accounts WMR should update sometime today 3/22 with a DDD of 3/24

Filed and accepted dates 3/12-3/18 Weekly accounts WMR should update on 3/25 with DDD of 3/29

I assume I am weekly bc my WMR didn’t update today maybe it will later.

Your check will come with an explantation as long, As they think you’re entitled to the credits. Per the documents you’ve sent in. If there was nothing allowed there will be no check. If it’s a partial refund they will explain/give options to submit more “proof”, To release the rest of the funds.

Currently waiting to be assigned ugh, but I went thru this last year and get all my credits approved. dd was requested, but instead a check was mailed out.

Hold tight usually it takes about 30 days for it to be assigned and then up to another 30 days to complete review. If in fact all proof requirements have been met. Even if you requested dd…They will release the funds usually with a paper check with explanation on what was allowed or disallowed If any.

This is all based on my own experience

Currently going thru the same situation…waiting to be assigned since march 11,

You know they can they just choose not to. Then again sometimes it’s how you word it when speaking to them. If they realize you have no clue they can pull a sample they wouldn’t divulge such info. Why bc they don’t like to do their jobs some of them smh.

That’s crazy , they Went in another system and pulled up a sample letter , that was being mailed out on the 18th.

no problem as long as you can prove most of it. Which would be what you paid for with your account. Unless theres receipts for the cash payments. Get all your proof together…You are due everything else by right per your W2. Good Luck!!

Type I got a letter in search box and all the different categories will pop up with the different letters and it will give details on what the letter looks like and what would be request depending on one’s tax situation.

If you keep great records and your business or personal account match your records, you have nothing to worry about (For those who filed self employment if you’re Scamming the system good luck!

Now they have 30 days to respond from when it’s reassigned to an auditor. Will keep you’ll posted….

Went through this exact thing last year. it took the full 30 days to be assigned and reviewed. Got most of my money back and was sent a paper check with an explanation of what was disallowed.

I was ready and waiting with my doc’s to upload this year bloop.

You can fax, mail, or upload the documents by making an Online account, if you haven’t done so already. If you did give it about a week after receiving the audit message for them to upload your letter. Or wait on it in the mail.

They are getting ready to send you form DTF-973.52
On the top right corner of that letter there’s a Case Id number. (Examle: X-123456789)

You will need that Case id number to respond to the letter with what they are requesting in the audit letter.

Have all your ledgers and bank statement to match every single dollar you earn, nys will audit you to prove.

Yes you have to wait for them to send or make an online account and sign up for all your electronic notices to be upload to your account. From there you can submit all your required documents.

The letter they send has a special unique number you have to use to submit all that’s required.
