My federal has been approved according to my transcripts. New york state is a different story. Still that damn message no further info is available at this time.
I filed, was accepted changed to final stages than to we received your return no further information is available. Ugh
I filed 01/23… fed accepted 01/23, state accepted 01/27. Received fed DDD of 02/01, was paid fed 01/31 (No EIC and no ACTC). STATE accepted 01/27… went from “We Received your refund and its processing. No firther info available” to “Final Statges of processing”… and back to “We received your refund and its processing. No further info”. And here i still remain….. this is crap. Whats the damn issue with NYS this year man. HAS ANYBODY GOTTEN A POSITIVE MESSAGE YET!?
anyone that got the further review message have any of the PATH credits?
Still the same with the state :“We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time” and my federal is the same with 1 bar TT152 i have only CTC. I filled and was accepted 1/18 and i have only been able to order account transcripts since last week no return transcripts.
@Amuzz my federal status is filed and accepted 1/25, EITC, CTC, 1 bar, no Path message… Just basic topic 152, and cannot order transcripts lol
My federal is being processed still. Accepted on 1/28. However I am hoping to be in the “big update” tonight into tomorrow lol. I’m not sure what federal has to do with State. I also had to file with California for part of the year and already got that yesterday
It seems as if there are two standard messages being sent to us by the nys refund tracker… I wonder if the difference between the two is any relation to status of federal return… What is everyone’s fed status and NY status.. Just trying to see if there is any method to this madness… Lol
Still getting “We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time” as well. Turbotax said i was accepted 1/26, but didn’t see this message until 1/30. Has anyone at all gotten a DDD? Or are the only options either “being processed” or “further review”?

In the span of a week i went from processing, under review, final stages and back to processing
I did not receive a further review message. I went from final stages to still processing and am still there.

Sheesh… at this point im glad mine is still “received and processing. No further info.” I dont like the sound of that other message. Althought i will say, I ALWAYS get my federal before my State here ANYWAYS! 😂😂LOL

Anyone else getting this message? I file CTC and EITC. Ughhh I’m so confused with this all. Never had any messages like this.We should be good to go….. I texted my peep Andrew Cuomo , I don’t know if you know him or not but anyways, after a productful conversation where we agreed BIGLY on what should happen. He is going to issue an executive order to issue DDD for people starting tomorrow afternoon between 1-6pm….. for February 6th. :-P :-) Ha bau DAH . just saying

I’m hoping that the message is a way for all of us to sit on standby till they release the first direct deposit dates..i hope that we all see our statuses change to approved on the same day!! It’s strange how the message is just so vague.
So nobody has feedback as to why our messages say accepted AND no further information is available at this times. This seems to be affecting alot of us. I got my nys in 10 days last year and I claim children. ughh
Nothing has changed ok so last year i got my refund deposited on 2/4 i was an early filler and was resequenced with my federal and that one was deposited on 3/15 which was a Tuesday and The state was on a thursday.
Still no new updates checked my timeline for last year i had filed 1-15-16. Tax season opened last year on 1-19-16. I received state dd to my bank on 2-16-16 so that would make it 28 days after opening of last years tax season
This is my first year filing with NY. Accepted on 1/28. Does anyone think it will be held up for being a new resident? What is the average processing time?

Hey Eddie your giving us hope!!! Lol. I filed on the 24th and was accepted on the 27th. It still since “we received your return….”
for the past 3 years I have received my refund in my bank account exactly 10 days (counting weekends) from the date I was accepted by NYS. I have always received the DDD on a thursday or a Friday the week prior to the deposit.
Filing status changed to: AcceptedWednesday, January 20th 2016 6:01 PM EST
01/31/16 Credit: Direct Deposit from NY STATE for NYSTTAXRFDFiling status changed to: AcceptedThursday, January 22nd 2015 4:31 PM EST
02/02/15 Credit: Direct Deposit from NY STATE for TAX REFUNDhope this helps……… please check your past timeline and see , remember this was deposited to the net spend card and not a bank so you may vary by a few days
I agree. I’m hoping they start giving us the ddd on Friday. Hopefully they start releasing funds on Monday. This is what I noticed from pass refunds.
I’m hoping that it’s a good sign that we all had the same exact update so close together.. I really hope we are all now just waiting for a dd date. It’s just strange that we all got it so close together and have all been sitting here with no further update… Almost like we are done processing and just waiting for something to release funds… I don’t know, just trying to make sense of it.. Lol

I’m having a feeling the website is off… I just checked and it says that they have no information about my return then 20 minutes later I double checked and it says my return is being processed? I was accepted the 28th and have been on that same message since then. Hmm

my nys went , from final stages , to just being processed online……. BUTI CALL THE 518 AUTOMATED PHONE NUMBER AND it says ” its in the final stages of processing” still.
I would be wiling to bet it will update later this afternoon or tomorrow with a DDD

Im am a victim of the PATH act. prior to getting the path message though, there was two days where I had no bars and could only order account. Then magically, path message and return transcript.
Out of curiosity, where does your federal return stand? I’m currently only able to order account transcript with no bars.. Haven’t been able to get returned transcript.. I’m trying to see if there is any correlation between the two
Lol… I hope so too.. Keep me updated if you see any changes and I will do the same… New York returns always makes me nervous ever since I was audited two years ago.. Last year I went through fine but you never know… Keeping my fingers crossed for the both of us, and the rest of NY filers.. Lol

are the state refunds being held as well with the eitc and actc? I filed 1-14-17, on Saturday I had the requires further review message. this morning it says its in final stages of processing
My mom is in the final stage of processing DD when approved, mine is still processing no more information. I think they gonna Audit me again:(
It updates throughout the day. I had my last update at ten last night. I’ve had updates in past years at all different times, sometimes even a couple different updates a day

Just an update on status: I had the initial status of four to six weeks of further review and tonight it has updated to final stages of processing… Hoping it will be good news soon.. The last two years I had this status and one year it changed to an audit correspondence and the other year it went to a ddd….im hoping for the ddd… Lol
Has anyone filed with Taxact and it keeps getting rejected because “taxpayer signature consent checkbox not selected”. Where the heck is this signature checkbox? Anyone can shed some light?? TIA
