It’s 4:38am here on West coast and no DD for me. Still not approved.
Has anyone that filed on 1/20 moved pass the first bar on WMR. If so what’s your status and DDD?
I’m in Ohio too and it updates at 6 a.m.
@Kaylee You seem extremely knowledgeable about the policy of IRS. Let me ask you a question. I am a weekly account. The last time I’ve had collection activity was 2012. My question is…will code 971 throw my account back into the weekly pile? According to the policy I’ve read via the link you posted it said two years prior of Tax Module along with only items will mark your account as weekly. Tax year 2014 last transaction code was 971 0.00 on my transcript.

Just checked WMR as of 6:01 AM CT and now have a 2nd bar and a DDD of 1/29, woot wootWhile happy for those receiving good news, it certainly is perplexing to me, that others accepted after me, are getting approved before me. I have filed with H&R block online, for at least the last 6 years. I have the same job, same dependants, I did move but other than that there’s no change. I have a simple return. Last year I sold some stock, and took a hardship withdrawal from my 401k . My return was accepted early, and sent out with the first batch. Guess you can never predict uncle Sam!! Sorry just a little frustrated, as my fiancee lost his job 2 days before Christmas and we are needing this money in a bad way this year! Happy Wednesday all!
I have had nothing going on no bar movement, not able to order transcripts, filed and accepted on the 19th. I am wondering if it is possible to have an offset that doesn’t show up on the offset hotline?
Glad to see some DDD’s have rolled out! That’s positive news all around even if some of us are still waiting. I was in with the ‘weekly’ group the last few years so hopefully we will see some movement soon. I filed 1/14 with TaxSlayer, accepted 1/14. Still hanging out at 1 bar.
Hey just wanted to let you guys know on the WMR app my return states it has been approved and will be direct deposited into my account on the 29th! Best of luck to all of you and hope your refund starts your year out right!

I filed at 12:30AM on 1/22 via TaxAct. Accepted about 9AM on 1/22.
Just got a DDD of 1/29.
I know that many people are having this issue, but thought maybe we could connect and try to figure it out and update each other.
I’m in KY. I filed on Friday 1/22 and was accepted a few minutes later. I filed married/joint and my husband is the primary name on our return. We also moved back in May 2015. On Monday evening I was able to enter the transcript ordering process with his info, but only with our old address. It showed 2015 account and return as an option, but when I tried to order, it said “unavailable” of course. Yesterday morning, I tried again and it didn’t find his info at all. Not with our old address or new address. I tried my info and it worked with our old address, but they were still unavailable for 2015. Later, around noon, it stopped finding my info too. It’s like neither of us exist in the system anymore. Everyone was hoping this meant that they were processing ours, but I’m not sure now. I tried ordering by phone last night, and it’s still finding us by our old address. I don’t know what to make of it. Why does it find us by phone, but not by website? As of this morning, 1 bar on WMR and still no info found for transcripts. Please share your stories!
My bar finally has moved when I check just now. Federal accepted 1/14 approved 1/27 DD date 1/29
I filed on 1/19/16 and was accepted 1/20/16. Website says processing. Anyone get their status updated on the website yet”

Still waiting, filed with H andR Block online 1/10, accepted 1/12. Hoping I hear something soon! Yay for all those getting accepted today, hope it keeps up and all us early filers get outr DDD today!
Filed H and R Block 1/10, accepted 1/12, still no updates, transits say info don’t match. I moved, so I assume that means I’m not processed yet, because my address hasn’t updated? Happy for those getting info, and DDD, hoping to get something soon ……
So if you weren’t approved today and you filed early when will you be approved? I filed on the 11th and accepted on the 12th. Thanks
@chiinadollmimi If there are no other notes on WMR explaining why your return is under review, then it should take 2 days at the most. So you should see an update by Friday.

I’m happy for those who has a DDD of the 1/29!! No proof needed. I guess everyone is on edge due to the false reporting before. However, this is the second week of the tax season….I’m sure its legit!
Also Midwest has already updated. I have no change. Accepted on the 11th
Anyone that has experienced this process or who is going thru it in this tax season please post and keep us updated
They aren’t lying. I have a DDD of 1/29 as well.
It’s seriously pathetic how low we as a country and species have fallen. When someone says something everyone assumes they are lying about it until given physical proof of it.
Stop being a bunch of babies, and be happy that others have gotten good news.

This site is for idiots because when someone post something legit they’re still accused of lying. So believe it or not but I have my info so you wait for yours. Anybody else that want to find out send your email address or leave me alone either way I don’t care.
@chiinadollmimi Yes, quality review is the next stage. The IRS timeline goes like this (they try to keep this timeline but of course, it’s not perfect)
Up to 10 days in the processing phase. Up to 2 days in quality review phase. This is where the reviewer double checks everything to make sure it was done correctly in the processing phase and that nothing was missed or catch any errors. Once that is done, it’s cleared for refund approval. Now, your file can be flagged for review during the processing phase if errors are found. But if that’s the case, you should get other messages in WMR.
Accepted on the 11th. No change in status and can’t order transcripts.
Welp, no update here for me. But I’m on a weekly cycle so they should be processing mine on Thursday evening. And if nothing goes wrong, I should get a DDD Friday morning. Last year my return was processed Thursday evening, got a DDD Friday morning and the money was in my account that Sunday (I know. I thought that was odd too).
