@Robert Congrats! I hope I receive a ddd next week.
My refund amount appears in my account in green. This morning I checked my refund status and received a message that instructed me to call and press 3. She asked a few questions to verify my identity. Next, she told me that she was able to release the funds and that I should expect them within the next 90 days.
After disconnecting the call, I checked my refund status and received the following notice:
Your tax return has been received and is being processed. Please allow 90 business days to complete processing.Which is the same message I received yesterday. Looks like I’m right back where I started from. LOL.

@Kcmae
I hope this information helps. Here’s my experience.
01/31 I submitted my return/state of GA accepted
WMR status provided the generic 90 day message and refund showed up as a credit (in green)02/09 Individual refund date changed from 01/31 to 02/09. I think this was the day the state started working on my tax return.
02/13 WMR status changed generic 90 day message and instructions to call 877 and select option 3. I called and talked to a nice rep. I confirmed my employer and a few other questions, he placed me on hold, came back and told me that he had processed my refund and I should receive it within 7-30 days.
02/14 my pending credit in green was replaced with all zeros.
02/15 WMR status changed – My refund was transmitted and I had a DDD of 02/16
02/16 received my direct deposit.
I received my refund this morning – Wells Fargo
If you are unsure of your status, I recommend that you call the number listed on GA site and select option 3 (twice). I simply stated that I checked my refund status online and was told to give this number a call and the representative took a look at my account and processed my refund.
Good Luck.
I logged into my account this morning and it looked like nothing had changed. I have zero notifications and I have not received a letter.
So, I clicked on “check refund status” and got the following: Your refund is scheduled to be transmitted, or was transmitted, to your designated bank account on 2/16/2018. Please allow 10 business days from that date and verify….
I checked my account and my pending credit ( in green) has changed to 0.00. When I click on 31 DEC 2017 to view account details the refund amount is listed under Summary as “Other”. I have yet to receive a notice, message or any sort of notification.

Stuck at one bar, No Transcripts, zero movement, zero communication@sandwds Log into your account, click on “Individual Income Tax” link, Look for “I want to”, click on the option to “see more links for my account”, click on “sign up for notifications”
I checked my account this morning and the following message was provided: Your return has been received, and it is currently being processed. Please contact the Department at 1-877-GADOR11 (1-877-423-6711), option 3 to speak to a customer service representative during our normal business hours M-F 8am -5pm.
I called the number and selected option 3 (twice). I reached a nice representative who asked how may he assist me. I explained that I checked my refund status and was instructed to call. He asked me to verify some info and placed me on hold for 5-10 minutes. He told me that he processed my refund and I should receive it between 7-30 days but it can take up to 90 days. He stated that it usually doesn’t take 90 days to issue refunds.
I clicked on “Request a refund” and it took me to a form that asked the following: Refund Amount Requested, Filing Period Begin, Filing Period End, Select Reason (drop down), Additional Info (field) and finally you are asked Do you want your refund to be direct deposit?.
I decided not to fill out the form. Instead, I signed up for push notifications regarding refund and return statuses.
